Good afternoon, I purchased a pair of PUMA Speeder Mesh Lace Up Casual Shoes - Green, White, size 6.5, but I received a pair of Adidas Haiwee Sesame/CBrown/Goldmt EG9074 in size 10. The issue is not just with the wrong brand and size, but I received 2 right shoes. I would like to inquire if you could possibly send me the 2 left shoes, for which I am willing to pay the full price as a regular purchase. You have 2 left shoes and I have 2 right shoes.

I received the wrong shoe size. I ordered size 11 and 1/2 but got 10 and 1/2 instead. This is the first issue I've had with your company. I'm usually satisfied with your services and products. The order number is 06-09[redacted]3. I prefer the size 11 as I found the 10 and a half too tight. I believe that size 11 will be suitable. Please email me to arrange the exchange swiftly and easily. Thank you. The shoes are the Mirage Dazed Pumas.
