For the past four weeks, I have been attempting to obtain a letter from Seterus confirming that only my name is on the mortgage, not my ex-wife. Each time I reach out to customer service, the timeline for the letter's availability changes. Despite speaking with 4 to 5 supervisors, I have not made any progress. This letter is crucial as my ex-wife is alleging her name is on the mortgage when it is not. To prove our case in court, I need this letter. Without it, there is a risk of losing my home in Dallas, especially given the current housing shortage. I have requested the letter be faxed directly to my lawyer and a copy sent to me. Despite assurances from customer service that it has been sent, neither I nor my lawyer have received it. With the court date approaching on 6-14, my lawyer requires this letter urgently for preparation. It is immensely distressing to face the prospect of my family being homeless due to the potential oversight of others not fulfilling their responsibilities.

I am a Seterus customer with an urgent matter that requires immediate attention. I have been trying to obtain a letter from Seterus confirming that I am the only person on my mortgage, not my ex-wife, who is claiming otherwise in court. Despite multiple calls to customer service and speaking with several supervisors, I have not received the letter. The title company's error has caused a lot of stress, especially with the housing situation in Dallas. I urgently need the letter faxed to my lawyer by 6-11-18 for a court hearing on 6-14. During the challenging times I faced after losing my long-time job, Seterus provided kind assistance in helping me keep my home, for which I am grateful. Unfortunately, the back of my home is deteriorating, and I anticipate receiving a notice from the city about this issue. Despite my job loss years ago, I have been slowly improving my financial situation, but I now need to address the repairs. As the FHA holds my loan, I am considering refinancing or modifying my loan with Seterus to access equity for the much-needed repairs. The deteriorating condition of my home is not only a concern but also impacts my neighbors and property values, causing me embarrassment. I am unsure whether approaching traditional banks for refinancing would be a better option. I am seeking guidance and resources to help me navigate this situation and make the best decision possible.

I am experiencing difficulty with a late charge of $[redacted].27 on my mortgage. I have consistently paid on the 25th of each month without fail. When my loan was transferred to Mr. Cooper, I noticed these fees. Initially, when our loan transitioned to Serterus, I had requested a due date change to the 25th, which was confirmed by an employee. Consequently, I upheld this arrangement. Upon the transfer to Mr. Cooper, I discovered that the due date was set for the 1st of the month. Despite my request to switch it back to the 25th, I was informed it had to remain as the previous mortgage company had established it. I presumed it was already aligned with my payment pattern. The accrued late fees are unjust given my consistent payments. The lack of proper communication with Serterus has led to this situation. I seek your assistance in possibly waiving these fees and adjusting the due date with Mr. Cooper to the 25th monthly.
