Due to recent changes in my travel plans, I have encountered complications with ticket dates and refunds. Here is a breakdown of the transactions and refunds owed: 1. Ref [redacted]5 was originally booked for 1 Adult ticket, 1 Family ticket, 1 Parking space, a Family Blue badge parking space, and fees totaling £[redacted].85 for 9 December @ 18.45. 2. Ref [redacted]8 was rebooked for 1 Family ticket, a Parking space, and fees totaling £85.10 for 16 December @ 17.45. 3. Ref [redacted]6 was booked for 1 Adult ticket and fees totaling £25.65 for 16 December @ 17.45. 4. Ref [redacted]6 was booked for 1 Parking space and fees totaling £8.50 for 16 December @ 17.45. 5. Ref [redacted]0 was booked for 2 Family tickets, 2 Parking spaces, and fees totaling £[redacted].70 for 16 December @ 18.45. Following discussions with your team, refunds were processed for the above transactions. I am still awaiting refunds for Ref [redacted]5 and Ref [redacted]8. Please process these refunds promptly. Thank you.

It has been incredibly difficult to get in touch with anyone. I encountered an issue with the booking system. Instructions were to book an adult ticket first and then the children's tickets. Strangely, I only received confirmation for the child ticket, and Castle Howard states this is not a valid scenario. Unfortunately, I am now left with a single child ticket and couldn't add two more tickets as the system timed out. This was for the "Into the Woods" event at Castle Howard on Sunday, December 11th at 10:15. Castle Howard claims there are still tickets available for that slot, but your website shows them as sold out. I urgently need to resolve this within the next few days or cancel the lone ticket. I attempted to call, but the phone line appears to be closed.

I purchased tickets to see Deathcab in Manchester using Amazon Pay. I had downloaded the app to access the tickets, but I have been logged out and can't log back in with my Amazon email. I am unable to contact customer service as they require an email that is not recognized. Despite the payment being deducted from my bank account, I never received a confirmation email. I have reached out via Instagram and Twitter but have not received a response. The payment reference only shows as AMZ*See Tickets without a reference number provided.

I'm reaching out for assistance regarding the incident on NYE involving my family at the blue zone fireworks event. We held up our 4 tickets upon arrival around 10 pm near Big Ben but faced a chaotic crowd. Even after an hour of trying to reach the gate, only I managed to talk to security as my family was stuck at the back. It turned into a dangerous situation at 11:10 pm when the crowd broke barriers and rushed into the blue zone. Despite waiting and respecting the system, security closed the gates at 11:15, refusing us entry. My wife even sustained facial injuries. We seek a refund for the unfortunate events that prevented any of us from accessing the event.

I am in urgent need of Chris to contact me. Today, Chris left a message on my phone saying he would reach out again tomorrow at the same time. I will be available to answer the phone after 3 pm. If Chris is available now, please have him contact me to arrange a call. This situation is causing me stress due to my anxiety, and I was devastated to have missed his call today. Regarding order number [redacted]1 for Coco Rosie at Camden Electric Ballroom, I am uncertain whether the tickets have been refunded or are still valid. In my account's event details page, I noticed a strikethrough on the price and the event, but I have not received any refund notification. Your previous message mentioned that I would be informed of the rescheduled event date, yet I have not received such notification. I only discovered the new event date yesterday, and now the rescheduled event is tomorrow.

Dear Sir/Madam, I had a ticket for The Chicks' concert in Manchester under booking reference [redacted]2 with SeeTickets. I had a train from Newcastle booked to get me to the concert on time. Despite having purchased travel insurance/refund protection, only yesterday I was informed that my train would be cancelled. I wish to claim a refund under the Refund Promise I bought because the alternative train I was told to take was also cancelled on the day of the event, not giving me enough time to make alternative arrangements. I can provide evidence of the train cancellation from Trainline to support my claim. I believe this unforeseen disruption justifies a refund as per the terms and conditions. Good afternoon, yesterday I purchased 4 tickets for the "Eras Tour - Taylor Swift," but I did not receive the payment confirmation because the card had a spending limit of €[redacted], even though there was more money on the card, and I spent around €[redacted]. I have now increased the spending limit to €[redacted]. If you could kindly resend the payment confirmation, I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you for your attention! I would like See Tickets to resend the payment confirmation so I can proceed with the payment and secure my tickets.

My daughter made 5 monthly payments for a Boardmasters ticket, but See Tickets didn't process the 6th payment. We haven't received the ticket, a refund, or any explanation for the missed payment. With the festival starting in a week, I've been unable to reach them for assistance. The call center is closed, and they haven't responded to my attempts on social media. I've tweeted and posted on their Facebook, but to no avail. We've filled out the contact form over 20 times with no response. So far, she has paid £[redacted] towards the ticket.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding our upcoming reservation to see "The Phantom of the Opera" at the theater on Friday, September 29th at 7:30 pm. We have reserved wheelchair-accessible seats at His Majesty's Theatre. Our booking reference is [redacted]. I bought tickets on Seetickets UK three days ago. The transaction went through, and my money was charged, but I didn’t receive any confirmation. I have the order number screenshot, but it doesn't show anything on the site, and I can't find the order in my email. I'm unsure how to proceed or reach out to the company for help with my order.

I attempted to purchase Glastonbury [redacted] tickets on the festival's website on Sunday, November 19. After repeatedly refreshing the page, I finally accessed the See Tickets portal. I filled out information for 2 tickets but encountered an issue when trying to input payment details, which prevented me from completing the purchase. After 10 minutes, I was logged out. I find this unjust given the effort to access the site. I possess evidence of the situation. Can I file a complaint and secure 2 tickets for Glastonbury [redacted]?

On Sunday, November 19th, I spent nearly an hour refreshing the Glastonbury page trying to purchase tickets for Glastonbury [redacted]. I got redirected to the See Tickets portal. I filled in the necessary information, but when I tried to enter my payment details, I kept encountering an error. This prevented me from completing the transaction. Unfortunately, after the allotted 10 minutes passed, I was automatically logged out of the portal. I have photos documenting the issue.
