What happens if the event is postponed or canceled?

If an event is postponed or canceled, See Tickets follows the guidelines set by the event organizers and promoters. In the case of a postponement, tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date, and there are no further actions required from the ticket holders. If the event is canceled, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund, excluding any applicable fees.
