I manage a band and have a Seetickets account with the number [redacted]. We recently had to cancel an event at the Globe in Hay on Wye on 20 November without a new date. I informed ticket holders of the cancellation but couldn't transfer their tickets to a new date. The event is now rescheduled for 8 July [redacted]. I'm seeking assistance on how to retrospectively transfer tickets to the new date to avoid losing sales. I have been unable to reach Seetickets helpline as it's closed. Any guidance on how to proceed, either by your intervention or instructions on how to do it myself, would be greatly appreciated. I'm eager to resolve this before ticket holders seek refunds.

We have tickets for Windsor Great Park Illuminated tonight, but we are waiting for PCR test results after one person had a positive lateral flow test yesterday. Two others in our group are close contacts and have done PCR tests today. It seems we won't be able to attend. We want to reschedule our tickets for a date in January. I submitted an online query to SeeTickets yesterday, but I haven't received a response yet.

We had plans to visit the UK and see the Christmas lights at Bute in Cardiff. Unfortunately, we are unable to travel due to possible exposure to COVID-19. My wife, who is 73, isn't feeling well, so we have decided not to proceed with our trip. We are seeking a refund for the two tickets purchased by our daughter. Attempts to contact See Tickets by phone have been unsuccessful as their lines are closed. We would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

I recently received an email response that I found unacceptable. Despite pre-booking several rides to save time queuing, we still encountered long lines upon arriving at 5 pm. When we finally reached the ice slide, there was only an hour and a half until our parking expired, and the queue was equally as long. I attempted to address the issue at a ticket desk but was advised to contact customer service for a potential ticket exchange or refund, which I couldn't do on-site.
I am disappointed in the experience. The purpose of pre-booking seems defeated if queues are still long. Losing £25 on top of the expenses for the day is frustrating. I hope you can address this situation and consider informing your staff about handling refunds more effectively in the future.
Sincerely,
Lucy O.

Subject: Issue with Tickets for UK OPEN SNOOKER
Dear Support Team,
I am writing regarding our recent purchase of tickets for the UK OPEN SNOOKER in April. We had bought two semi-final tickets and two final tickets with an option to cancel in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Due to health reasons, we requested a cancellation at the end of October, which was confirmed by your team. We provided our bank account details as instructed. However, instead of receiving a refund, we received additional tickets on November 19th: E-Ticket Order [redacted]5 and E-Ticket Order [redacted]2.
I kindly request that the refund be processed and transferred to the given account at your earliest convenience.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
Best regards,
Leonid A.

Subject: Follow-Up on World Matchplay Tickets Order
Good morning,
I haven't received any confirmation regarding my order, and I'm starting to get concerned. I previously purchased 8 seated tickets for the World Matchplay at Winter Gardens, Blackpool, scheduled for Saturday, July 16, [redacted], after deferring them from last year due to COVID-19.
While I understand that tickets are now on priority sale for PDC members, I am yet to receive confirmation of my seating allocation for the event. These tickets were originally purchased as a 40th birthday gift, and I am eager to secure the seating arrangements.
Any updates or a confirmation of my seating allocation would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Paul Corrigan

My father is 80 years old and a former military member. He's a long-time member of the camping and caravan club and relies on their advice. He was informed he could purchase two tickets for the camping and caravan show at the NEC at the door without the need to pre-book online, which isn't an option. I'm hoping to buy two tickets for Friday, the 25th, as it would mean a lot to him. It's all he's been eagerly talking about for the past few months. Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I purchased tickets for a show that got rescheduled multiple times due to Covid. The last rescheduled date coincided with a wedding, so I requested a refund. When the wedding date changed, I informed SeeTickets that I no longer needed the refund. Unfortunately, I received an email in January [redacted] stating that my tickets were canceled, and a refund was initiated. Despite my attempts to reach out to customer service, I haven't received the £71.50 refund. With SeeTickets' call center closed, I haven't been able to resolve this issue. It's worth noting that they may encounter difficulty refunding the money as I have a new debit card now, and the old card details are on file.

I am having trouble accessing my ticket for the Nick Mason concert at Royal Albert Hall that I booked 2.5 years ago because the credit card I used was compromised and canceled. I have been attempting to contact See Tickets to inquire about reselling the ticket (Circle V Block: V - Row: 3 - Seat: [redacted]) as my friend can no longer attend, but have had no luck. Despite trying multiple ways to reach out, including using the Customer Service template and calling, I have not been able to get assistance. Time is running out as the show is approaching, and I need guidance on how to proceed with selling the ticket. Your prompt help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, B. Forbes.

I purchased tickets for Junction 2 Festival in January [redacted]. The event was initially scheduled for June [redacted] but was canceled due to Covid. I chose to roll over my tickets, but it was canceled again in [redacted], and once more this year. However, the date and venue have changed since I opted to keep the tickets, and I can no longer attend. I have 5 tickets - 4 bought together and 1 for a friend. I now need to refund my friends and get my own money back. I've received emails from See Tickets about the changes and tried to request a refund on their website. However, the booking reference numbers are not being accepted. I'm struggling to contact anyone. I no longer have the same bank card used for the purchase, but I have proof of purchase with emails, screenshots, and bank statements. Any assistance in getting a refund would be appreciated. Thanks, R. Kelly.

I am seeking assistance regarding my refund for Kew The Music with DJ Spoony. The event was canceled in [redacted] and [redacted] due to Covid restrictions. Although the rescheduled date for [redacted] does not suit everyone in my group, I requested a refund. I was informed via email that the refund would be issued to the original card used for payment. However, I explained that the card has expired and wanted to provide new card details. I was advised that they would attempt to process the refund and notify me within 30 days if unsuccessful, this was in February [redacted]. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach See Tickets or MyTickets.co.uk to update my payment information and receive the refund. I am hoping for someone from either company to reach out to me so I can provide my current card details and finalize the refund process.

I have tickets for Liam Gallagher this coming Friday, June 3rd. Initially, I could access the tickets through the See Tickets Wallet app, which I am unable to do now. The ticket reminder emails state that the tickets are only accessible via this method. I am unable to access the app because it seems to be linked to my Spotify account. How do I unlink my Spotify account from my See Tickets account? The tickets were purchased using my email [redacted], and the reference numbers for my tickets are [redacted]1 and [redacted]6. I am unable to access the See Tickets app, which is supposedly linked to a Spotify account, making it difficult for me with the concert just 2 days away.

I am writing to inform you that I am unable to attend the Slam Dunk Festival tomorrow. Unfortunately, I have been dealing with a heart issue and am still experiencing chest pain. Hi,
Regarding show code [redacted] and ticket order no. [redacted]9 for the Musical Convention on 23.10.22, I am seeking assistance with a ticket refund. My daughter, C.L., who is 24 years old and has Autism and learning difficulties, unknowingly purchased 2 tickets with her debit card while at her day unit. She is a fan of a specific actress who will be at the convention but is unable to attend such events. As C.L.'s full-time carer, I handle all her financial transactions. The purchase was made through her email at [redacted] I have contacted seetickets for a refund but have not received a response beyond a link to the show details. I appreciate any help in resolving this matter. Thank you, Cathy Lock.

I purchased two tickets on June 8th for Queen Symphonic at Kimbolton Castle on September 3rd, [redacted], along with the optional cancellation fee. Later, I also added priority parking for £11. I made the payment through PayPal and received a confirmation email, but I cannot locate it with my e-tickets. My address is 3 Waters View, Yarwell Mill, Yarwell, Peterborough, PE8 6EU, and you can reach me at 07[redacted]50. If further details are needed, feel free to reach out.

Hello,
My name is Kristine Fominiha. On 20.09.22, someone transferred money from my account (Sparkasse Emsland Bank) to your company, See Tickets. The first payment was 27.69 EUR and the second payment was 0.99 EUR.
I did not authorize these transactions as I am not familiar with your company, "See Tickets." I kindly request that you refund my money as this was a mistaken transfer. I can provide you with the details from the payment reference:
1. Payment Reference - [redacted][redacted] PP.[redacted].PP. See Tickets, Your purchase at See Tickets
2. Payment Reference - [redacted][redacted] PP.[redacted].PP. Freenet DLS GmbH, Your purchase at Freenet DLS
Please refund my money promptly. This was my last bit of savings, and I am puzzled as to who could have made these transactions. Importantly, I have not made any recent online purchases nor have I registered on your website. I currently only have 20 EUR left in my account.
Please respond to me via email at [redacted]. I will be waiting for your reply. If you are unable to refund the money, I will have to involve the police as this situation is unjust. I am 22 years old, work diligently, and pay [redacted] EUR alone for a small apartment because my husband left me for another woman. I am emotionally drained, exhausted, and now this has happened! To some, this might be a negligible amount, but for me, it can cover my living expenses for two weeks!
Please reply to me urgently! I need to know how to proceed.
Sincerely,
Kristine

Dear SeeTickets Team,
I am writing to inform you of the unexpected cancellation of the Rock Against Racism gig scheduled for this Saturday, October 8th, at The Chalk in Brighton. I discovered this by accident after contacting The Chalk for another matter and was informed that the gig had been canceled a few days ago due to a musician's health, yet I received no notification.
Tickets were still on sale until I raised the issue with The Chalk today, causing me to purchase 4 tickets since October 2nd, two of which were bought last night, without knowledge of the cancellation. Consequently, I had also booked accommodations at 2 different hotels and now find myself out of pocket due to this oversight.
While I understand that cancellations are beyond your control, I believe there is an ethical obligation to cease ticket sales once an event is canceled. I would like to exchange my tickets for any rescheduled dates rather than requesting a refund, as this was meant to be a surprise weekend for my husband's 65th birthday, and we were looking forward to seeing Misty Roots.
I am disappointed by the lack of communication and the financial loss incurred and hope for a resolution soon.
Thank you.
Denise S.

Good evening,
I am reaching out regarding my reservation for the Dunham Massey light trail on Monday, December 19th at 16:45 with Booking No [redacted]7. My family and I have three reservations for that time as my children and their children are visiting from down South. Unexpectedly, my son in the Royal Navy will be joining us earlier than planned, after a deployment that was due to end in early January. Unfortunately, when trying to book tickets for him and his family, we discovered it was fully booked. It would mean a lot to have the whole family together before Christmas. Is there any possibility of adding his family to our existing reservation?
Thank you and looking forward to your response.
Best regards,
Pauline Davey

I need to change the date of my tickets for the Hilliers Light Show near Winchester for 5 people from 4.12.22 due to one person having covid. I bought the tickets through See Tickets and also purchased refund protection. I have already emailed See Tickets, but since the event is only 2 days away, I am worried I won't hear back before the scheduled date. Unfortunately, there is no telephone number available for See Tickets.
