In early September, I purchased two tickets for Camille Lellouche's show on January 29th at the Bordeaux Arena. I used my debit card for payment, totaling €73.45. As of today, I have not received any tickets via mail, email, or SMS, and I am unsure how to access them. The only references I have are related to my payment: Tickets [redacted]0gb and Reference bn8r07g. Can someone assist me with this? Thank you in advance. - C. Manzano

Hello, I recently received an email informing me that the SIMPLY RED concert in Paris has been rescheduled to 29/10/[redacted]. The email mentioned that my tickets for order [redacted]41 would still be valid for the new date. However, I purchased three tickets and would like to inquire if it's possible to get a refund for just one of them as our daughter won't be able to attend with us on the new date. The link provided did not specify if partial refunds are an option. Any clarification on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Jean Marie T.

I need assistance. I made a booking on Monday, September 14, [redacted], for three tickets to watch "Tenet" on October 2, [redacted], at 3:30 pm at The Backyard Cinema. I did not receive a reference number after booking, which is necessary to track my order. I attempted to have a live chat with See Tickets, but without the reference number, I couldn't proceed. The payment was made with my Visa debit card ending in [redacted], confirmed by my bank. Booking details: Name: Mrs. Kalpana Kalotia Address: 4 Bixley Close, Southall, UB24EL Contact: [redacted]8 There might be an error in my email address as I haven't received a booking confirmation. The correct email is [redacted]; I may have mistakenly entered [redacted] I've tried calling various numbers but couldn't reach anyone and emailed both Backyard Cinema and See Tickets with no response. Kindly assist in correcting my email to receive the reference number and tickets. The payment has been processed according to my bank. Looking forward to your prompt response. Feel free to reach out if more information is required. Warm Regards, Kalpana Kalotia 0[redacted] [redacted]

On October 8, [redacted], I bought 2 tickets for Christmas at Kew - Peak time on November 20 at 5:40 pm at Kew Gardens Victoria Gate. These tickets are a special Christmas gift for my granddaughter. I am a member of Kew with Membership number MM[redacted]8, and Kew Gardens mentioned I could get a member's discount on the tickets. I also bought refund protection through See Tickets. The payment of £44.30 was charged to my credit card by See Tickets on October 9, [redacted]. The tickets are under my granddaughter's name, Miss Naomi Doerge, but I don't have a reference number to check the status with See Tickets. I would appreciate any help to ensure we receive the tickets on time. Thank you, Sally Lynch.

Good afternoon, I requested a refund for four tickets purchased for the June [redacted] John Fogerty concert in Madrid that was canceled. The refund claims were submitted on July 13, [redacted], with the reference numbers: [redacted]6 and [redacted]6. We were informed via email back then (sent to my sister, Carolina Panizo Alonso, email: [redacted]) that we would receive the refund within 45 days. However, it has been 3 months and 17 days since then, and we have not received the refunds. We demand an immediate refund of the full price of the four tickets, and we are considering taking legal action for damages. We hope for an urgent resolution in our favor. Regards, Marta Panizo Alonso

This is the last time I hope I have to reach out to you. I still haven't received the refund for my VIña Rock festival tickets. Your previous response stated the refund was processed, but it's been over 20 days and no refund has been received. I will now pursue legal action as there is no way to contact you (no email, phone unreachable). I expect a response promptly as I am extremely dissatisfied, as are many others facing the same issue.

I did not receive a refund for the postage or transaction charge on my three Boomtown Rats tickets. The tickets were never printed or sent to me, so I believe I am owed a refund for these services. I have contacted trading standards who confirmed I am entitled to a refund for these charges, as well as the booking fee for each ticket due to the event being canceled by the trader. I have attempted to reach out through various channels but have not received a response. Please refund me the £10.50 fees for the two tickets purchased together, and the £6.75 for the single ticket purchased later. I have limited internet access and would appreciate a phone call to discuss this issue further.

I purchased a Boardmasters VIP 5-day camping ticket through a payment plan with See Tickets. On June 25, [redacted], I was notified that the payment plan totaling £[redacted].50 had been completed. However, when I downloaded the E-ticket from the See Tickets tracking site, I noticed it only showed a face value of £35.85, which was the final payment amount, not the full ticket price. I have tried to reach See Tickets through various channels, but all contact numbers are inaccessible due to COVID-19, with the only option being an online form where I have not received any responses despite multiple attempts. Unfortunately, I am no longer able to attend the event and wish to resell the ticket through the festival's official reseller, but I can only sell it for face value. I find it unfair that I paid the full face value and received a ticket that reflects a lower value. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you. - M

I purchased tickets to see the play "Leopoldstadt" at Wyndham's Theatre on 12/6. The performance was cancelled, and See Tickets emailed to inform me that the show has been rescheduled to August. I previously emailed on 28/4 to request a refund as I would not be able to attend in August. They replied promptly confirming my refund request, stating it could take up to 28 working days. After 35 days, I followed up multiple times with no response. Their customer service line disconnects immediately, and their online form just shows the tickets have been rebooked for 7/8. Despite their confirmation of my refund, I have not received it. I escalated the issue via Resolver, attaching my previous emails and their acknowledgment of the refund request, yet the responses remain the same. I am unable to speak to anyone, and my emails go unanswered. It has been 3 months since the refund was confirmed in writing, and I'm still waiting for it.

Hello, I am writing to inform you that I am unable to attend the Away From Home Festival on August 30, [redacted], despite winning tickets with booking reference [redacted]7. Unfortunately, I recently tested positive for Covid-19 and must adhere to a 10-day quarantine period. Given these circumstances, I kindly request to have my friend, Megan Wykes, attend the festival in my place. I would greatly appreciate it if you could update the ticket name to Megan Wykes to ensure her entry, as I understand that ID matching the ticket name will be required. Thank you for your understanding and assistance. Best regards, Ruby Tavola

I made some mistakes with my bookings. Yesterday, I accidentally purchased day tickets for Sunday instead of camping tickets. I now see that camping tickets are available, so we will be camping for two days instead. I'm wondering how I can request a refund for the day tickets. The booking reference is [redacted]1. Additionally, I recently went to book camping and entry tickets at Reebok for two days. Unfortunately, my husband mistakenly selected 3 adult tickets at $95 each instead of 2 adult and 2 kids tickets. We are unsure how to rectify this as we haven't received the confirmation email yet. The booking is under Richard Walton's name. We plan to rebook, hoping for a smooth refund process.

I had booked tickets for Gardeners World Live in [redacted]. The event got cancelled, and I received a new booking reference, [redacted]6, due to Covid-19. I couldn't attend the August [redacted] event and requested a refund. Unfortunately, the refund form arrived when my computer was under repair, and by the time I got it back, I missed the two-week deadline to fill it out. I've tried contacting customer service with no response, and the phone line is closed due to Covid-19. I'm disappointed as I spent a lot on the tickets and just want my money back. I'll pursue further action if I don't hear back from See Tickets soon. I've decided not to make any more purchases from them until this is resolved and will also be reaching out to the editor of Gardeners World. Thank you. - S.R.

I am disappointed by the lack of clarity regarding the Castle Concert on Saturday, September 18. I tried to find the opening times and came across new details that concern me. Particularly, the restriction on portable seating is concerning as several members of my group have mobility issues but are not officially disabled. It seems chairs will not be provided by the venue, and sitting on the floor for hours is not feasible for us. This poses a challenge for older attendees who may struggle with such arrangements. I am dismayed by the lack of seating, which impacts social distancing. If this policy stands, we will have to cancel our attendance and would like information on refund options, considering the terms and conditions were not clear at the time of booking. I hope to receive clarification promptly as some in my group need to cancel costly travel plans.

I am disappointed that I cannot reach someone to discuss my concerns regarding the Castle Concert on Saturday, September 18, urgently. I would appreciate a callback at 07[redacted]30. We bought tickets for the Rochester Castle Concert featuring UB40. The lack of detailed terms and conditions during booking led to my recent shock upon discovering restrictions, particularly the prohibition on portable seating. This poses a problem for members of my group with mobility issues not qualifying as disabled but struggling with joint pain when sitting on the floor for long periods. The absence of seating could affect proper social distancing, especially considering the anticipated older audience. Could you clarify the seating situation, as we may not attend if suitable arrangements are not provided? I am also concerned about the policy on refunds, given that the terms and conditions were unclear at the time of purchase. Prompt clarification is essential, as some members of our group need to adjust costly travel plans if we choose not to attend. Thank you.

I need assistance! I purchased two tickets for New Order at the O2 on Sat, Nov 6, [redacted], back on Feb 28, [redacted], using PayPal. I am now unable to access my old email, [redacted], where the tickets were sent, and have not received them in the mail. The event is approaching, and I am concerned as I've already made hotel arrangements without tickets. I have evidence of the PayPal transaction and can provide screen shots of the payment made from my Co-Operative bank account ending in [redacted], totaling £[redacted].30. The tickets are for two standing spots for New Order this Saturday, Nov 6, at the O2. As my previous email is inaccessible, I am reaching out for urgent assistance. My current email is [redacted], and my current phone number is 07[redacted]60. Your prompt help would be greatly appreciated. Best regards, Rita and Chris King - devoted fans of New Order, hoping for a resolution soon.

I purchased a ticket for the Simply Red concert on February 19th at the O2 Arena in London via Seetickets. I inquired about adding another ticket next to mine for a companion, but after buying the extra ticket, they now say they cannot ensure adjacent seating. Despite my attempts to contact them multiple times, I haven't received any further assistance. The two tickets I have are far apart, and I am unsure of what steps to take next. Your help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I purchased a ticket for a festival in Cala de Mijas, Málaga, Spain (Arctic Monkeys, September 1st - 3rd) yesterday afternoon. Unfortunately, there was an error, and I received an e-ticket for a festival in Lisbon instead. I have since purchased the correct ticket for the Cala de Mijas festival. I have been trying to cancel the Lisbon ticket, but it seems to be quite difficult. I would appreciate it if I could receive a refund for the Lisbon entrance. Thank you in advance.

Dear See Tickets Team, I purchased 10 tickets for the [redacted]/[redacted] William Hill World Darts Championship at Alexandra Palace. The recent travel restrictions, effective November 27, [redacted], require us to quarantine for two days. This means we can only end quarantine on the third day. Unfortunately, this means we won't be able to attend the event on January 1. I kindly request a refund for the tickets. Please advise on the refund procedure. Best regards, Lukas Scheibler

URGENT HELP NEEDED Hello, I have been trying to reach out to customer service with no luck regarding changing our booking with BOOKING REFERENCE [redacted]2 for the LUX exhibition scheduled for tonight to Saturday, the 18th, at any time. We are currently waiting for PCR test results and must stay at home. One member of our group, an artist visiting from Japan specifically for this exhibition, is departing on Monday.
