URGENT! EVENT TOMORROW! I received an email from SeatGeek on Saturday regarding a ticket exchange due to issues with the seller. I agreed to new discounted tickets which would result in a refund. However, I haven't received the new tickets yet for the Mannheim Steamroller event in Hartford, CT on 12/6/[redacted]. My name is B. Laurito. [redacted].

I bought tickets to attend the Englebert Humperdink concert scheduled for December 3rd, [redacted]. Unfortunately, upon arriving at the concert hall with my mother who flew in from MI to join me, we discovered that the event had been rescheduled without any notification. I was unable to adjust my mother's flight plans and missed the concert. I am disappointed by the lack of communication regarding the rescheduling and would like a refund for the tickets purchased. This experience has left me feeling neglected as a customer. I frequently purchase tickets through SeatGeek, but this incident has made me reconsider my options for future ticket purchases.

I'm experiencing frustration trying to retrieve my tickets from SeatGeek. After receiving an email stating that my e-tickets are ready, clicking on "View Tickets" redirects me to the seating chart to purchase more tickets for the performance day. The system prompts me to sign into my email account, which I am already in. This issue is consuming a significant amount of my time dealing with two separate reservations. Please, I just need my tickets! The order numbers are 6P2-5VJ58VG for 3 tickets for "A Beautiful Noise" on Dec. 14 under Randi W. and 6P2-3KRJKP3 for 2 tickets for "A Beautiful Noise" on Dec. 20.

I am having trouble accepting my tickets as they are all showing as "pending". When I check them individually, I noticed that the email address associated with my name is incorrect. This makes me worried that I might not receive the tickets due to the wrong email. Strangely, all other notifications related to the tickets are coming to my correct email address. However, on the ticket notifications themselves, the email is incorrect. Could this mean the tickets are being sent to the wrong person?

I purchased tickets online through Ticketmaster using my home computer email address. I received messages from SeatGeek with a link to claim the tickets. How can I access them on my phone? My phone has limited storage, so I prefer not to download the Ticketmaster app. The order number is #[redacted]. Please contact me via my home email at [redacted] My phone's email is [redacted] What if there is insufficient room for the tickets and I don't realize it until I try to access them? Can I forward tickets sent to my home email to my phone?

Hello, I purchased tickets and got the email confirming it. However, when I try to accept the tickets, I'm stuck on a loading screen that tells me to wait. I know there's a 48-hour window to claim the tickets, but I'm struggling to do so. I'm concerned about losing out on the tickets and the money. I'd appreciate it if Seatgeek could assist me with this matter promptly. Thank you.

I purchased a Bonnaroo Music Festival 4 Day Pass for Sept. 9, [redacted], but it was canceled due to poor weather. I received a promo code for future events, but it expired before I could use it. I couldn't attend the rescheduled festival due to the change in artists and date. The credit must be used for a single event, which I find unfair as I had other concert options I would have liked to use it for. I feel it would have been more reasonable to refund the $[redacted]+ credit to my bank account, especially since some others have received cash refunds. I respectfully request a refund for my ticket as I believe it's the right thing to do. Thank you for your consideration and I hope to hear from you soon.

I bought tickets on SeatGeek for two events and got the email confirming my purchase. The tickets show up in my SeatGeek account online but not in the app. I keep getting a message saying "cannot authenticate account" when I try to access them through the app. I thought I needed the tickets in the app to get into the events.

I accidentally bought tickets for the wrong date to a comedy show. It was my first time using the site, and I got too excited about the tickets. I missed checking the correct show date. I contacted axs immediately for help, but they informed me that I contacted the wrong site. Can I please request a refund? I made an honest mistake, and I won't be able to attend the show on that date.

Hello, I'm Norbert Weissberg. I recently won a silent auction for 2 Brooklyn Nets tickets from Mr. Drew Phillips. He sent the tickets through SeatGeek, but despite accepting them, I am facing issues with getting the tickets delivered. I have already downloaded the SeatGeek app and my account email is [redacted] I am looking for assistance on how to resolve this matter and receive the tickets. Thank you. - NW

I attempted to purchase tickets using my credit card, but after submitting the payment, I received a charge on my personal bank account instead. The transaction failed with my credit card. I suspect the charge may have been processed through my Apple Pay. I am unable to locate the tickets I was charged for.

I bought two tickets for the Sabrina Carpenter concert in Houston, TX on March 22, [redacted]. The payment processed on my bank account successfully. Unfortunately, I mistakenly entered the wrong email address to receive the tickets. Because I didn't have a SeatGeek account, the checkout page vanished, and I didn't get an order number. The tickets were sent to [redacted] in error. I need assistance in accessing the tickets or receiving a refund for them.

Parking Inquiry - This is my first time using your service, and I must say, your team has been fantastic. However, I have a query regarding parking. Is the price I see on your website for parking the final amount? I have visited other sites that add a service fee on top of the displayed price, so I just want to confirm if there are any additional charges for parking on your site. Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I received a second chance offer to purchase 2 Taylor Swift tickets from Ticketmaster. I received a confirmation code, [redacted]7. Later, I got a reminder to submit an order, so I did and received another confirmation, [redacted]7. I was surprised to get another code. My credit card ending in [redacted] was charged on 12/21 and processed on 12/22. I am unsure if I successfully purchased tickets and when I can expect a confirmation email. I followed instructions and reached out to Ticketstoday who directed me to contact Seatgeek regarding the tickets. Thank you, J. M.

I recently purchased tickets for the wrong date and had to return them, then repurchased the correct ones without using a promo code, leading to a credit of $[redacted].93 to be released back to my Affirm account. This refund is needed since I have already obtained the right tickets for the event. The Affirm payment is still in process, so canceling it with Seat Geek to release the funds is necessary. The order number for the returned tickets is 6P2-4MR7ELP.

I had a event planned for August 13th, the Lil Durk concert at TD Garden in Boston with order code 6P2-K43RYQG. I bought two tickets, but the event got cancelled. I received a $[redacted] promo code for a future purchase. I tried using the code to buy two tickets for the Boston Celtics basketball game against the Pelicans on January 11. At checkout, I realized I only bought one ticket instead of two. I tried to transfer the ticket back to SeatGeek's email, but their policy is to apply the promo code only to that ticket, totaling $[redacted]. I'm anxious because I had $[redacted] to use, but now I can't apply it to an event I can attend. Can the $[redacted] be refunded to my account since I haven't used it and won't be going to any of these events? Please help.

The tickets I purchased were marked as returnable, which gave me confidence in buying them. However, when I tried to return them, I only received a credit instead of a refund. I believe this was misleading in the advertisement. My decision to buy from Seetgeak was based on the assumption of receiving a refund if needed. I am disappointed in the advertising and would appreciate getting my money back for this order or even a partial refund to address this discrepancy.

I made a payment to SEATGEEK on November 3, [redacted] for a concert. I recently discovered that they charged me the same amount again two months later for the same event. I recommend anyone with saved card information on their profile to remove it to avoid unexpected charges. As a precaution, I have already deleted my card information from their website. I would appreciate a prompt refund of $[redacted].04, which was mistakenly charged to my account yesterday. In total, I have paid $[redacted].08 for a single event, and I request a quick resolution to this issue.

I previously contacted SeatGeek support regarding two tickets for the same event. I was assured that one ticket would be refunded, but this has not been processed after several weeks. The orders in question are #6P2-99R5R3J and #6P2-NZEYED2. According to the SeatGeek app, they should be returnable by today, December 30th. I only require one ticket and would appreciate prompt assistance with this matter. Thank you. - Peter C.

I purchased concert tickets but found the price too high so I returned them. The app assured me of a full refund without any questions. However, I later discovered I could only get store credit instead of a refund to my card, which I prefer. I noticed on the app a refund option that required inputting my social insurance number. Can you confirm if this is the correct process to receive my refund?
