Dear Scribd,
Upon reviewing my account, I discovered a charge of 41.56 PLN made to your Netherlands department. I want to clarify that I have not signed up for any services with your company nor am I familiar with Scribd before today. I request a refund for this unauthorized transaction promptly.
Sincerely,
Tomasz Kalkandzis

Hello,
I have been trying to reach out for assistance, but have not received a response for over two weeks now.
I wanted to let you know that a group of books was supposed to be available by May 26th (or possibly the 25th), coinciding with my renewal date. However, they were only accessible for a brief period before becoming unavailable again. Now, I have to wait until June 26th to access them.
This practice is known as "bait and switch" and is illegal. I kindly request that the 15 books be made available to me promptly.
Thank you in advance.
-A.

I'm having trouble accessing the audiobooks I saved to listen to this month. The system is asking me to wait until next month, which seems unfair. I carefully selected the titles I needed and downloaded them, but now I can't listen to them until my next billing cycle. I'm feeling frustrated by this situation. Can someone please explain how Scribd works and why there are limitations on how many titles we can listen to each month? Thank you.

I signed up for the free trial but didn't use it much. I briefly browsed for about 2 hours on the day I signed up and never actually read a book on Scribd. Unfortunately, I forgot to cancel last week due to personal reasons, as my son has been in the hospital. I have been charged for the yearly subscription, which is a significant amount for me. Could you please assist me in getting a refund on my credit card and ensure that my subscription is canceled permanently? I hope you can verify my account activity and see that I genuinely did not utilize your services. Thank you for your assistance.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to address an issue with my Scribd account. I subscribed using the email address [redacted] and deleted my account on June 9, [redacted], due to personal reasons. Despite this, Scribd has continued to deduct money for the subscription from my account even though it was deleted and inactive.
I believe I should not have been charged as I couldn't use the services. I request a refund for the charges and the cancellation of the subscription. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Christina Barrows

I was charged twice on my card. The first four digits are [redacted] and the last four are [redacted]. The email associated with my subscription is [redacted] The card is in the name of Mark Fosnight. The double charge occurred on September 13 when I updated my payment method and it led to a duplicate charge as if it created a new account instead of unlocking my existing one.

I am experiencing difficulty logging into Scribd after signing up for a year-long subscription on the first day of the free trial. When trying to use the troubleshooting help, my messages appear backwards and the representatives are unable to read them. The first three books I attempted to download either do not exist or fail to download. Additionally, Scribd no longer recognizes the two email addresses I used for sign-up. After investing numerous hours without resolution, I request that my subscription be canceled immediately. Thank you, Carlo B. Bertuzzi. Email: [redacted], [redacted].
