I am looking to request a refund for the Scribd subscription that I mistakenly purchased and did not intend to keep for 5 months.
I initially signed up for a Scribd free trial and was later surprised to see a charge of $13.99 AUD on my account after the trial ended.
Despite my attempt to cancel the subscription promptly, I later discovered that multiple additional payments were deducted for the continued service.
After navigating the convoluted cancellation process on your website, I eventually managed to confirm the cancellation.
I firmly believe I am entitled to a refund for the 5 unauthorized $13.99 charges due to the following reasons:
- I never intentionally subscribed to your service.
- I made every effort to cancel the accidental subscription.
- I never utilized the subscription as evidenced by the absence of any content in my account.

I am seeking a refund for 5 repeated charges for a Scribd subscription that I unknowingly purchased.
After activating a Scribd free trial, I was surprised to see a recurring charge of $13.99 AUD on my bank statement.

I'm experiencing difficulty making payment for Scribd services. Is there a UPI ID available for Google Pay or Paytm payment methods? I have attempted to activate my account using a different email address, but both PayPal and credit/debit card transactions have been declined. I had a Scribd membership that I cancelled last year. However, I recently noticed unauthorized charges on my card dating back six months. When attempting to log into my account, I encountered issues. Trying with Google resulted in a loop back to the sign-in page, and using email said there was no account. I found an email address that claimed to be Scribd's, but now I'm skeptical as they don't seem to have one. The situation seems suspicious, and I feel that I am being taken advantage of.

I purchased a 6-month Scribd subscription for my husband with confirmation code W9FRMZBF. However, upon trying to read a book, it prompts to "Try free for 30 days" instead. I noticed a charge of $12.71 on my card for an unknown item. I requested a refund, and was informed it was issued on December 7th. My bank and PayPal have no record of receiving the refund, and I am not alone in this situation. Others are also awaiting refunds and some are considering legal action. I have been mistakenly charged for a service I did not sign up for. I have been in contact with your team via email, but unfortunately, the conversation abruptly ended several days ago without any response. I fear I will be charged again in 7 days if this matter is not resolved promptly.
I discovered that the charges were linked to an email address I own, [redacted], and the order number associated with this transaction is #[redacted]51. Despite this information being connected to my email, I can confirm that I did not authorize this purchase.

Less than a month ago, I signed up for a complimentary 30-day membership on Scribd to access some Akan history. I provided my card information but used a temporary account. I recently remembered that I hadn't confirmed if I had canceled the trial within the 30 days. I have experienced multiple instances of theft on this app. Last month, I reported being charged twice with no resolution. Just two days ago, I received a debit alert for my Scribd subscription, and today I am being charged again, totaling [redacted] for the subscription. I feel this is unjust and the organization is not being truthful. I am having trouble logging into my Scribd account.
Every time I attempt to sign in, I receive a message saying that the email and/or password is incorrect.
I reached out to the help desk, but unfortunately, they were not able to assist me.
Yesterday, I attempted to log in 15 times, and today, I tried 5 times, yet I still encounter the same issue.
I made sure to double-check the email spelling and password for accuracy.
I've had an account with Scribd before, but I faced similar connectivity issues and eventually cancelled it.

On June 8th, I successfully updated my payment method. However, I received a notification today stating that my payment was declined, leading to the cancellation of my subscription.
