Regarding Double Booking with Ryanair My wife, I.D. and I, E.D., attempted to book a return trip from Eindhoven to Edinburgh for July 18th to 25th, [redacted], on April 29, [redacted]. Initially, an error occurred with the departure date showing as July 15th, causing multiple unsuccessful attempts to correct it on the website. Subsequently, only the return flight was successfully booked due to email service issues preventing us from receiving notifications. After the email problem was resolved, we realized we inadvertently booked the outward flight twice. Upon recent discussions with the customer service helpdesk, we were advised to provide details and evidence, which are attached. We kindly request the cancellation of the July 15th flight and a refund to our Mastercard for the duplicate booking. The relevant booking information and payment details are enclosed. Thank you.

Good morning, I am reaching out to express my frustration with an issue during booking. My husband attempted to book flights online for my friend and me. However, there was a glitch that duplicated my surname for my friend as well. Despite multiple attempts to correct this error, we were unsuccessful. I spent most of the day trying to resolve the issue, and even sought assistance from five different Ryanair staff members who were unable to help. Upon arrival at the airport, we were informed that we would have to pay an additional £[redacted] to rectify the situation. This has caused us immense stress and inconvenience, especially as we were looking forward to a relaxing holiday following some difficult news prior to our trip. My husband attempted to check us in for our return flight today, only to encounter the same issue once again. He has even recorded the check-in process to prove that the mistake is not on our end. I booked flights through My Trip on 21st May. After receiving confirmation from Ryanair, I noticed the flights were arranged incorrectly. I reached out to My Trip to rectify the issue but had to pay £15. Unfortunately, I did not receive a confirmation for the correction. Upon contacting My Trip again, I paid an additional £15 to fix the tickets. However, I am still awaiting confirmation and only reach their voicemail when I call. I am looking to adjust the tickets to the correct itinerary and change the return date. As I purchased Flexi tickets and reported the mistake promptly, I believe I should not incur extra charges. Despite my attempts, I have been unable to contact Ryanair’s customer service as the number seems to be invalid. At 83 years old, dealing with multiple phone numbers has been stressful. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide.

Dear Sir or Madam, I flew with Ryanair from Luxembourg to Marseille today. I tried to check in yesterday, but unfortunately, I couldn't due to a technical issue with the app. Today, when I tried to check in at the airport, it still didn't work, and I had to pay [redacted] Euros for my wife and me to check in. I need assistance regarding a flight booking. The names on the reservation are Keira Lamb and Chaeyeon Lim, for a journey from LDN Stansted to Karlruhe on the 17th of June. - The booking was made through eDream with reference [redacted]5. - eDream mentioned that this booking was automatically canceled, but RyanAir claims it's still in progress. - eDream stated the booking failed and advised us to make a new booking. - Unfortunately, our new attempt to book (ref. WQ25JK) was unsuccessful due to a duplicate booking issue raised by RyanAir. - Despite being over 48 hours, Ryanair displays the booking status as pending/processing without updating it to canceled status.

I have a flight scheduled for next week. I requested assistance due to mobility issues, but I have been informed I can only receive help to the gate, not onto the plane. I wasn't aware of these limitations and thought I would manage on my own. The airline has a duty to ensure I board safely, but I have paid for seats for myself and my children anticipating the need for assistance. I am seeking clarification and a refund of the £60 I paid for seats unnecessarily. Any assistance addressing this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am Abdenbi EL AZAOUI. I made a reservation for a flight from Alicante to Marrakech. Ryanair canceled my booking with reference number ED4RUI without any prior notice, along with three other flights. I don't understand why this happened. When I went to the Ryanair office at the airport, they provided me with a phone number that does not work. I tried to contact the Madrid center and they also could not provide an explanation, saying "I don't know why." I am unsure if this is discrimination.

My trip was scheduled for June 6, [redacted], returning on June 10, [redacted]. I had booked a hotel in Rome for 4 days for a total of €[redacted], and also reserved a bus from the airport to Rome for €12. On June 6, I received a message from Ryanair informing me that my flight was cancelled with no other flight options available. While I lost the flights, Ryanair has refunded me for them. I am now requesting a refund from Ryanair for the hotel and bus tickets, totaling €[redacted]. I hope that Ryanair will understand the inconvenience caused by the flight cancellations. - Jacques D.

I am seeking assistance regarding the unexpected expenses I faced due to a flight misjudgment amidst a hurricane, resulting in being stranded with no flights available. The situation was unacceptable, as I had to book additional flights and was left stranded for two days. This ordeal caused me to have a significantly shorter trip than planned, which was very disappointing. I am looking for a quick resolution and for the airline to take full responsibility for the incurred costs. I bought a ticket for €59.34 (Dublin to Manchester, PNR GP6VTB) on 12/06/[redacted]. I had trouble checking in online on 6/13 and had to pay €55 for counter check-in at the airport. I believe it is unfair to charge an additional fee almost equal to the ticket price. Ryanair's practice of charging €55 for counter check-in seems unjust. I felt pressured to pay to avoid missing my flight. I plan to file a complaint about this issue. The instructions on the official website regarding check-in fees are unclear. As a 66-year-old who prefers counter service, I find this situation disappointing. My bank account was charged GBP55 instead of €55, which adds to my frustration. I urge Ryanair to refund GBP55 promptly.

I made a flight booking through Booking.com with reference YLF1SX for flight FR2911 to Faro for a group of six. Initially scheduled for departure at 12:55 on 24/06/[redacted], Ryanair rescheduled it to 18:35, which did not suit our group with a two-year-old, prompting me to cancel. Unfortunately, dealing with the aftermath has proven challenging. Ryanair declined to assist directly due to me not being the booking initiator. Booking.com reports difficulties in reaching Ryanair for a refund. I find myself caught in the middle of these two corporations, seeking resolution for a refund yet again. I paid £[redacted].96 for 20kg baggage on my flights from Edinburgh to Gran Canaria on July 21st, [redacted], returning on July 31st for myself and my child. The baggage allowance is correct for the outgoing flight, but on the return flight, Ryanair only added one 20kg and one 10kg bag instead of two 20kg bags. I have paid for two and have email confirmation of this. However, Ryanair has only added the 10kg bag. I need this resolved and the correct baggage allowance added.

I made a taxi transfer booking with Ryanair from Chania airport to my accommodation in Chania old town. Payment was made with my debit card, and I got an email with a reference number, stating that confirmation would follow. It's now July, and my travel date is July 5. My friend, CDJ in the UK, booked two tickets online through eSky. Initially, it showed as processing for about two days. CDJ then checked the bank, but the money hadn't transferred. After a call to the bank and transferring over £[redacted] for the tickets, no tickets were received. Despite multiple emails, the response was to be patient. However, after being told CDJ's name was too long, it was shortened, yet still no tickets were issued. More emails were sent from both CDJ and me, but only received generic replies. Recently, an email requested additional money for the tickets, which was not sent. We suspect this is a scam. Despite assurances of a refund, the money has not been returned. We plan to report this to the British airline we tried to book with. This experience with eSky contrasts with our usual positive interactions with genuine airlines.

I was supposed to travel to Benidorm on May 13, [redacted]. Unfortunately, a friend's passport issue prevented us from boarding. My luggage was checked in but ended up on the plane. Despite assurances from Ryanair staff that it would be removed, it was mistakenly flown to Alicante. After multiple calls to Belfast International Airport (Swiss), where my flight originated, they promised to return my bag but it never arrived. I tried to follow up for a claim reference number, but the call was abruptly ended. I am frustrated with the lack of communication and assistance.

I waited for 40 minutes at around 5:40 PM this evening, despite being informed it would only be a 5-minute wait, and still have not received a response. I urgently need information about my flight scheduled for this Saturday with reference VM1V3H. My booking does not show my baggage allowance from when I booked in March, and I need clarification on this. Even though I paid £19 for a specific seat over the phone, I have not been assigned a seat number. Additionally, I would like assistance with the fast-track option.
