While trying to amend my reservation [redacted], I mistakenly selected the wrong date. I intended to book the flight for May 15th instead of May 14th at 12:30 on April 11th. Upon realizing the error, I tried to make the change without fees within the 24-hour window online and through the app. Unfortunately, both platforms prompted a 45€ fee. After contacting customer service, it took a while to explain the situation and I was waiting for over 20 minutes without resolution. I eventually had to give up. Please assist with this issue as waiting for so long on the helpline was frustrating. The reservation is for passenger M.L. Woloszyn, with the flight altered to May 15th at 11:15 from Bordeaux to Brussels Charleroi. Grateful for your help.

I am reaching out for assistance regarding a flight I have booked. Flight Booking Number: EF23KM Passenger: Vadym Nedilko The flight was reserved through Trip.com, and the website indicated the option to cancel or change the flight if needed. Our scheduled departure was Thursday, April 20, [redacted], but due to unforeseen circumstances, we must cancel. Despite my efforts on the website, I have been unable to complete the cancellation process. Kindly investigate this matter and proceed with canceling the booking promptly.

Hello, our family of four is scheduled to depart from Stansted to Barcelona on Friday at 7:20 AM. It's been a while since we traveled abroad, and we are new to the process since booking a few months back. We initially paid for 4 x 20 kg bags, but upon further thought, we realize it would be more convenient to only bring small 10 kg suitcases that can be taken into the cabin. Is it possible to change this arrangement, and would there be any fees involved even though we already paid for the 20 kg bags? Can we address this at the airport? I hope this is clear. Hello, I would like to change the date and destination of one of the two flights in my booking scheduled for departure in two days (14-19 April [redacted]). My booking number is ZIRRMG. I wish to modify the return flight to a different route from Tel Aviv to Milan. The website only allows me to alter the date, not the destination. My flight from Liverpool to Dublin was delayed by approximately 5-6 hours. Instead of arriving at 9:10 am, I arrived at 4:00 pm. There were three different explanations given for the delay, but there was a lack of communication on the ground. The reasons provided were: 1) staff shortage, 2) a technical issue with the plane, and 3) the need for the plane to be fixed in Dublin before returning to Liverpool, even though it was originally in Liverpool. This caused me to lose half a day of my trip and miss out on a prepaid excursion scheduled for 3:00 pm on the day of my departure.

I recently made a flight booking with reference code RC7UUL. However, upon receiving the confirmation, I noticed that the dates were incorrect. The current confirmation states departure from Alicante to East Midlands on 27/7/[redacted] and return from East Midlands to Alicante on 4/8/[redacted]. The correct dates I booked are Alicante to East Midlands departing on 31/7/[redacted] and returning from East Midlands to Alicante on 7/8/[redacted]. Can you please update the dates accordingly and send me a new confirmation via email? The booking is under the name Stuart Banyard, and I would like all flight timings to remain the same.

Yesterday, I attempted to book a flight on the Ryanair website, but encountered payment processing issues. Subsequently, I tried on the Ryanair app where I successfully made a booking, but faced additional problems. Despite being informed of payment method issues, my credit card has been charged multiple times. Unfortunately, I am unable to access my booking as it seems to not have been completed successfully. Now, I am hesitant to rebook due to the increased prices and I am eager to secure the original price from yesterday. Additionally, I am hoping to receive refunds for the multiple payments made during the unsuccessful booking attempts.

I have a booking reference SYC3HL under the name Norita Asquith for a flight from Stanstead to Biarritz on the 26th of May this year. I had previously booked and paid for two cabin bags, a small bag, and a 10kg bag. I now realize that I need hold luggage due to the liquid restrictions still in place. I no longer need the additional 10 kg cabin bag and would like to swap it for a 20kg hold bag. Is it possible to use the £23.50 I paid for the cabin bag towards the cost of the hold bag? I have attempted to contact you via phone about this but have not received any response.

I am contacting to inform you that my mother passed away on April 13th. I had a flight booked with Ryanair from Bournemouth to Faro for April 20th to 25th for two adults. Unfortunately, due to this sad situation, I am now unable to take this flight. I tried filling out the Ryanair bereavement form and attached the death certificate as requested, but the form would not submit, stating that the booking reference ZIBHVW was incorrect. Despite several attempts to contact Ryanair by phone, I was unsuccessful in resolving this issue. Given the circumstances, I expected more support from Ryanair in arranging a refund for the £[redacted].00 spent on the flights. I booked flights for May 20 and 27, [redacted] under the name Jennifer Beryl Chesworth, which should be Jennifer Beryl Alexandrou. My maiden name was mistakenly used. Attached is a copy of my passport to prove the correct name. I have attempted four times to call and change it, only to be transferred and told to do it online. However, due to the name discrepancy, I cannot pass the verification process online. I was advised to chat with a representative after uploading my ID, but the verification issue persists. I am willing to pay the change fees; I just need urgent assistance with correcting the name on the booking.

She will have her wedding gown in a compact travel bag that folds into a small ruffle bag. I am experiencing a technical issue while trying to book a flight online. I am attempting to book a one-way flight for two adults, one teen aged 15, and one child aged 9. After choosing the flight and reaching the seat selection, I assigned free seats for one adult and the child, with random allocation for the others. However, upon clicking "Next," I am prompted with a window that states, "Before continuing with random allocation please be advised." Unfortunately, I am unable to close this window or proceed with the booking process. I would appreciate guidance on how to address this issue.

I require help regarding lost property. Yesterday, on 26.04.[redacted], during our flight from Bournemouth to Malaga on flight FR5944, my husband accidentally left his Panama hat in Row 3 of the aircraft. Despite the exceptional flight experience, the incident occurred. We immediately visited the lost property office at the airport. They reassured us that the hat would be found and held by the office rather than disposed of by the handlers. However, due to the plane departing for Eindhoven, the handlers were preoccupied. The office suggested we leave and provided an email for future correspondence to arrange for the hat's retrieval. I have sent an email this morning but have not received confirmation that the hat is at the office. They recommended reaching out to Eindhoven and Valencia as subsequent destinations of the aircraft. I kindly request your assistance in checking if the hat is at any of these locations or still in Malaga. The hat holds deep sentimental value as it was a gift from my husband's late father. Hello! I would like to share our reservation number: ICT38S. Our travel experience from Helsinki to Bergamo and back was tricky, starting with my child's check-in. Despite purchasing 10kg luggage and a small bag, we encountered issues at Bergamo where we were asked to buy an additional bag we did not expect. Even though our tickets were identical, we were charged extra with no clear explanation. Others seemed to have similar concerns. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the plane was disappointing, and our assigned seats did not match what we had selected. The Ryanair crew's lack of assistance added to our frustration. Our flight with Ryanair, scheduled for April 28th under the flight number FR8286, was delayed. Upon arrival, we discovered we were on a different carrier. The return journey booked through Kiwi.com for flight number FR8287 was canceled, leading us to book a new return flight with EasyJet at additional cost. This experience caused immense distress and significantly disrupted our short trip to Alicante. The inconvenience was further compounded by having to pay an extra £80 for transportation from Luton airport instead of Stansted, our original destination. The outbound flight was also operated by a different carrier, not Ryanair, but one of their subsidiaries, causing further confusion. We are seeking compensation for the disruptions and inconvenience caused by these flight changes.

I recently booked a holiday through Loveholidays with a flight operated by Ryanair. However, I encountered an issue where Ryanair changed my return flight date from the 6th of November to the 5th without clear confirmation. Although I clicked on the accept changes button in the email they sent, I have not received any further confirmation and cannot access my booking details online. Despite sending multiple emails and spending hours in a live chat queue, I have not been able to resolve this issue with Ryanair. This situation has caused me a lot of distress and frustration.

On April 14th, my flight from Luton airport to Knock airport was delayed. The scheduled departure time was 5:35, but we didn't leave until 7:50, arriving at Knock around 9. Upon reaching the car rental at Europcar, I was informed that I needed to pay an additional 40 euros due to the delay. On March 23, I received an email regarding the cancellation of my flight from Vienna to Palma de Mallorca scheduled for May 09, [redacted], at 17:25. I opted for the second choice provided in the email, selecting a different flight departing on May 09 at 15:25. However, upon checking my reservation, it seems that my check-in is now showing for the original flight at 17:25 on May 09. This has caused some confusion for me. Dear forum members, I would like to discuss an incident that occurred during a planned trip to Prague on March 28 at 11:35. Despite arriving at the airport at 10:00 a.m., my friends (I.B. and Y.M.) and I were informed of a flight delay only around 11:30. Unfortunately, the flight information displayed on the board was not updated to reflect the new departure time of 1:00 p.m. Despite our early arrival, we were not allowed to board the plane, even after arriving at the gate at 12:35. When inquiring about the situation, a company representative was rude and unhelpful, threatening to involve security. Our group remained calm and cooperative throughout the ordeal. We believe there was sufficient time to accommodate us on the flight, yet we were unjustly denied boarding. This experience resulted in a disappointing loss of time and money for us. We kindly request the airline to refund us for the inconvenience caused. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
