I dined at your Restaurant on Military Highway in Norfolk, VA with a group of 17 individuals yesterday. We had separate checks and used coupons. However, when some coupons were presented to the Waitress, she made a comment about the difficulty it caused and insisted that each person needed a different coupon, which I knew was not the usual policy. Later, she mentioned that some coupons were invalid, including one of mine, leading me to involve the Manager. After some back and forth, the Manager made a $5.00 adjustment. Furthermore, I ordered a loaded Baked Sweet Potato which was forgotten and when brought in a to-go box, the toppings were haphazardly placed on an overcooked potato. This experience was not up to the usual standard as I frequently visit your Restaurant and even recommended it to my group. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. Thank you, Sharon B.

My husband and I had a disappointing experience at Ruby Tuesdays in Carolina Forest. Upon arrival, we were asked to move tables due to happy hour restrictions, which was not a problem. However, the service we received was subpar. We were directed by a young lady at the bar to sit at a table she would clean whenever she had time. After relocating, she never returned to take my husband's beer order or provide any further service. When I inquired with the manager, they assured us she would assist us, but she never did. Overall, the customer service was lacking, and the employee at the bar was rude. Unfortunately, with other nearby locations closed, we will have to look for a new dining spot. The employees seemed more focused on personal conversations than attending to customers, leaving us very disappointed with our visit.

Regarding Order 0JA0LHMXD6: I purchased a Christmas Gift Card on December 22, [redacted]. Regrettably, the recipient's email address was entered incorrectly. The correct email should be [redacted] I haven't received any responses to my inquiries about correcting this issue, despite reaching out on two separate occasions. I am hoping for a prompt resolution; otherwise, I may be forced to dispute the payment, as the order was not fulfilled correctly by Ruby Tuesday. Thank you in advance for your timely response. Hello, my name is Mona. My family and I dined at your restaurant location #[redacted] last night. Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. The food was subpar, and the service was slow and inadequate. Notably, I ordered a turkey burger without a bun or bacon, but it arrived burnt on a bun, which I couldn't eat. When I requested a grilled chicken breast with cheese and avocado without a bun or bacon, it was served with bacon incorrectly. Despite the long wait for both orders, the dishes were wrong. This experience was unlike my usual visits to Ruby Tuesday in Florida. Though the waitress did remove the charge for my meal, I left the restaurant hungry and dissatisfied. Hello, my name is Priscilla. I visited Ruby Tuesday on 1/3/19 at the Warrington location with my family for dinner. I want to share my experience with the service and food. My son ordered Mozzarella sticks, but we were informed they were out of the menu ones and got homemade ones instead after a long wait. Unfortunately, they were not good. The Chocolate Fall Cake dessert my kids had was also disappointing, tasting stale. Moreover, our waitress had a strong smoke smell, which was unpleasant. I hope for better experiences in the future as cleanliness and customer satisfaction are vital in the food industry. Thank you for your attention.

I was terminated from Ruby Tuesday in Bloomfield, CT for expressing my frustration over being understaffed during a busy promotion. I believe the management is severely lacking. It's concerning that all the managers frequently smoke marijuana with employees while on duty. I have witnessed one female manager, Hannah, engaging in inappropriate relationships with multiple coworkers, even letting them leave their shifts unattended. The restaurant has sanitation issues, including expired food and unsanitary food handling practices. I think the establishment would benefit from a surprise inspection. I know my termination has left me feeling bitter, but I feel compelled to speak out about what I've observed. Numerous employees have unethical behavior and the poor management makes working there challenging. I am willing to provide further information or evidence if required.

Dear members of the forum, I would like to share my recent dining experience at a restaurant in Rehoboth Beach, DE, with my 81-year-old father. Unfortunately, tonight's visit was less than satisfactory. The hostess at the Coastal Highway location was unwelcoming, and we had to wait excessively before being attended to, even though the restaurant was not busy. There was a mix-up with our table assignment, leading to confusion with our waitress. My father's drink order was incorrect, and my simple coke took too long to arrive. Despite addressing the issues with the manager, the service continued to be subpar, with mistakes in our orders and the bill. My recent visit to Ruby Tuesday's was disappointing. Upon arrival, the hostess tried to seat us at a cramped table, making it difficult for us to sit comfortably. The restaurant had plenty of open tables, yet we were still given an inconvenient spot. The salad bar items seemed frozen, with discolored vegetables and overly cold temperatures. Despite the nice server assisting us well, the server who delivered our meals lacked proper etiquette and overlooked clearing our dishes. The overall service and quality fell short of expectations. This experience has made me reconsider visiting this location in the future, especially for our family birthdays. This occurred at the New Castle, PA Union Township branch.

As a longtime fan of Ruby's and a regular at the Dandridge, TN location, I was thrilled when the salad bar expanded to 55 items. The $9.99 price was reasonable for the variety. However, recently, I noticed a significant decrease in the options available. The absence of bread was disappointing, as even a paid option would be appreciated. The current selection reminds me more of Shoney's, and I believe maintaining the original 55-item salad bar, with the addition of bread, is crucial for success in the South. I wanted to share my feedback with Ruby's in hopes of seeing improvements and I know others share similar sentiments. Wishing Ruby's success in finding the right balance for profitability while offering a diverse and satisfying menu. Thank you.

Arrived at Ruby Tuesday around 10:30 pm to get takeout and have drinks. Ordered 2 triple plays but they were out of fried shrimp. Bartender suggested grilled shrimp, but the manager rudely refused. This manager was unprofessional, using profanity and in a dirty uniform. Do you want to lose customers or encourage repeat business? Didn't get to eat, only had one drink for $9, tipped $4.80, and left extremely disappointed. Won't be returning.

I am disappointed with the misrepresented salad bar at this establishment. The claim of 50 items is inaccurate, and recently they removed essential items like black beans and hummus, which are staples for vegetarians like myself. Today's $5 special is also deceiving, as it lacks pasta, another key option for vegetarians, while the other option includes meat. I frequent this place a few times a week with my church group for dinner, and we spend a considerable amount. Despite feeling justified in getting the special due to the amount we spend, I am considering changing our dining location if the missing items are not reinstated and the promised value is not upheld, even when paying $10 for the salad bar.

I am having difficulty filling out an application for Ruby Tuesday. I attempted to check if the store provides on-site computers for applicants but was informed they are not available. It is frustrating to navigate this process without support. I believe having application computers in the store would simplify the application process and enhance customer service. It is disappointing that assistance is lacking in completing applications. Improved services or the inclusion of on-site application resources would greatly benefit individuals seeking employment. The current situation is exasperating, and I urge Ruby Tuesday to address this issue promptly.

Hello, I want to share my recent experience at Ruby Tuesday in Portsmouth, Virginia, on February 17, [redacted]. I visited with my family and had a disappointing time due to slow service. We had a long wait for our drinks and food, which arrived very late. The manager did not address the situation, but our server was apologetic. This experience was frustrating, especially considering there were not many customers in the restaurant. I believe our wait was excessive. I would like to share my recent experience at Ruby Tuesday in Portsmouth, Virginia, on Sunday, February 17, [redacted]. I visited with my family and we faced long wait times, delayed drinks, slow service, and extensive delays in receiving our meals. Despite being understanding, the lack of acknowledgement or apology from the manager was disappointing. Our server, Aja W., was apologetic, but the overall experience was not up to par. The manager on the night shift at 7:30 p.m. was very unprofessional. Mr. Perry showed no concern for the service I received last night. He was unapproachable and didn't care about the service quality. I ordered a salad, thinking it was small, but it turned out to be from the salad bar. The waitress didn't inform me about the options. I was disappointed with the service provided by the store manager. He neither apologized nor offered an alternative from the menu. When I inquired about turkey at the salad bar, Mr. Perry informed me they only served ham, not considering that not everyone eats pork. This Ruby Tuesday location in Albany, Georgia, provided very poor service.

While dining with my family before catching a movie, we experienced a challenging situation. Despite a short wait, we saw a large party of 25 people arrive after us but get seated before our group. Our waitress efficiently took our orders, but unfortunately, when serving our soup, she struggled as there were no plates available and ended up spilling hot soup on a family member. Although they provided first aid, including ice and cream for the burn, and recorded my contact details, they did not replace the spilled soup due to kitchen delays. The staff did not offer any gestures of goodwill to make amends for the accident. I do not typically seek compensation, but I expected some form of acknowledgment for the inconvenience caused.

My husband, mother, and I had lunch at Ruby Tuesday in Muncie, Indiana. We arrived around 1:30 PM and paid at 2:13 PM. Our server was Kerri M. We all opted for the Salad Bar, with only I choosing the blue cheese dressing. After leaving about half an hour later, I started feeling unwell while in Hobby Lobby, prompting us to head home. The 40-minute drive to Marion was unpleasant, and by the time we arrived, I was very sick. Throughout the afternoon and evening, I experienced discomfort in my stomach and abdomen, tasting the unpleasant blue cheese dressing. The night was spent awake, and now I have foul-smelling diarrhea. I suspect it was the dressing since it didn't taste right, leading me to stop eating halfway through the salad. We noticed items on the salad bar that seemed old, deciding not to return for a while. I believe others who consumed the blue cheese dressing may be feeling the same. During our visit to the Muncie Indiana Ruby Tuesday on 2/26/19 with my husband and mother, we all had the salad bar around 1:30 PM. I specifically had the blue cheese dressing. Kerri M was our server, and I settled the bill at 2:13. Approximately half an hour later, I started feeling unwell with an upset stomach. We had to abruptly leave Hobby Lobby next door due to my condition. Despite the 40-minute ride home to Marion, I continued to feel sick, experiencing foul-smelling diarrhea and an overall terrible feeling. The taste and smell of the dressing was noticeable, even though I didn't finish my salad as it tasted off. We noted at lunch that some items on the salad bar seemed old. I suspect it was either the dressing or something from the salad bar. Additionally, while our server was pleasant, most other staff seemed unwelcoming with serious expressions. Unfortunately, I will not be recommending Ruby Tuesday to friends as the quality has declined, especially the food.

I had a concerning experience at Port St. Lucie Restaurant with a bone fragment in my pork chop. Initially, I thought it was a toothpick but realized it was a small bone that could have been swallowed. Despite the waitress Jennifer informing me that the pork chop might have bones, I found more bone fragments while eating. I raised my concerns to the manager who offered a replacement, but I declined due to safety worries. I recommended removing the pork chops from sale to prevent any harm. The manager compared it to fish bones, but the issue was the bone fragments were not visible in the meat. This is a serious safety issue that needs to be addressed promptly before someone gets hurt.
