During our visit to your restaurant a few weeks ago, we experienced an uncomfortable atmosphere with dissatisfied customers and staff. Nearby tables had issues with their orders, one involving frozen pork meatballs and the other with poorly presented chicken tenders and fries. The pricing was high, and having to pay extra for an empty salad bar was disappointing. Our overall dining experience was unsatisfactory, leading us to decide not to return to Ruby Tuesdays in Dawsonville GA. The waitstaff appeared frustrated, contributing to the negative ambiance during our Sunday afternoon visit. I live in Gainesville GA, about half an hour away from this location.

Yesterday, my mom, sister, and I dined at Ruby Tuesday in Middletown, NY. We chose this location specifically because we enjoy the croutons at the salad bar. However, upon visiting the salad bar, we discovered there were no croutons available. We politely asked a staff member for some, but despite assurances, we did not receive any after multiple requests. The situation escalated when two out of three appetizers we ordered were served incorrectly. The overall experience was disappointing, and we would appreciate compensation for the inconvenience.

My family and I visited Ruby Tuesday in Morristown, TN today. The wait was supposed to be around 20 minutes but ended up being 35-40 minutes. When I inquired with the receptionist about the delay, she explained they didn't have a table for 7 ready, even though there were 2 separate tables available. After some back and forth, they eventually put the tables together and seated us. Unfortunately, my son's order of Mac and cheese was not available, so we had to choose something else. Additionally, they were out of regular lemonade and offered a more expensive fresh-squeezed option. When I questioned the pricing, the waitress checked with the manager who insisted on charging the full price. Despite requesting to speak with the manager multiple times, they never came over. I wanted to share my recent experience at the Walterboro, SC Ruby Tuesday, situated conveniently on the busy I-95 corridor. Traveling from Canada to Key West, my family and I have frequented this location twice in the past two weeks. Unfortunately, our latest visit might be our last due to some disappointing observations. The restaurant had a noticeable odor near the salad bar and seating area; the vegetables seemed past their prime, and the pico de Gallo appeared cloudy. The overall quality of the food was poor, raising concerns about food safety. Despite Ruby Tuesday being our preferred restaurant for over 16 years, this experience left us questioning the cleanliness and freshness of the ingredients.

I recently dined at Ruby Tuesday in Harrisburg. My bill was $25, and I was unexpectedly asked for ID, a situation I found unusual. The lady next to me was apologetic for the bartender's behavior. As an African American patron, these incidents are unfortunately not new to me.
I've been a loyal Ruby Tuesday customer from Springfield, PA to Williamsport for many years and have never been carded before. I typically dress in a suit and tie, which I also did during this visit. This experience left me feeling singled out and uncomfortable, especially when I saw no one else being carded.
I believe the situation could have been handled better given the circumstances, especially over such a small amount. I expect to be treated with the same respect as other patrons, regardless of my attire or payment method.

Today, my spouse and I visited the Dandridge location. While seated, a lampshade fell and broke my husband's Oakley sunglasses in half. Although staff noticed, it took over five minutes for a server to check on us and even longer for a manager to approach. When the manager finally came over, they did not properly introduce themselves and failed to address the situation with my husband, who was at the salad bar. While we did not make a scene, it would have been appropriate for our meal to be discounted or for us to receive a dessert considering the incident. The manager should have made a better effort to communicate and accommodate us given the circumstances. Despite the mishap, the food and service were satisfactory.

My husband and I visited your Toms River location and ordered the 2/$24.99 deal with the 6oz sirloin and salad bar. We mentioned to our waitress that the steaks were tough and the salad had an unpleasant taste. Despite her offer to replace our meals, we declined. Before leaving, my husband noticed the overflowing garbage and dirty men's room, and the waitress apologized and informed the manager. I expected the manager to personally apologize, but it did not happen. The restaurant was not busy, and it was disappointing to see the lack of cleanliness and management attention. Although I'm not seeking anything, I miss the fish tacos and quesadillas that used to be on the menu, and the decline in quality has made us reconsider visiting again.

On Saturday, November 10, [redacted], I visited your Moosic restaurant. Upon arrival, there was a sign on the door indicating a 20-minute wait, which seemed strange as the restaurant was not busy. After several groups who arrived after us were seated, I inquired and discovered that we were forgotten. Kelly, who became our server, intervened and promptly seated us. Despite our initial unhappiness, she went above and beyond to rectify the situation and served our appetizer. However, halfway through our meal, we found what seemed to be a rib bone in our dish. Although I asked to speak to the manager, they never appeared. I informed our server, who handled the situation gracefully and turned our experience around. We have dined here many times and have never encountered such issues before. It is evident that there may be a management problem that needs to be addressed. Furthermore, it is crucial to acknowledge the exceptional service provided by Kelly. As a seasoned business professional of over 30 years, I recommend considering giving Kelly a more prominent role in the establishment. At the very least, she deserves recognition (and please convey my thanks to her). Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I usually don't complain, but my recent dining experience at Ruby Tuesday in Stroudsburg was disappointing. I arrived at 8 PM, waited to be seated in the nearly empty restaurant, and then waited another 10 minutes for service. It took from 8:30 to 9:40 to receive our entrees, even though we had placed our order promptly. Requests for water and silverware were forgotten until we followed up multiple times. While the food was good, the slow service was frustrating considering the lack of customers. Despite being a regular at this neighborhood restaurant, this experience has made me reconsider returning. Hello, I would like to address some concerns I had during my recent visit to your Craig Road North Las Vegas location. I have been a longtime patron and have usually enjoyed my experience there. However, during my last visit a couple of months ago, I was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness. The window blinds in the dining area were extremely dirty, covered in food, grease, and dust, not just at my booth but throughout. When I visited the restroom, I was shocked by the uncleanliness. The toilet had visible old stains, and the entire restroom was filthy. It was clear that the overall cleanliness of the restaurant had declined. I brought this up with the waitress, who seemed embarrassed, and met the new manager who did not seem concerned. I hope these issues can be addressed, as I used to enjoy the food and salad bar. My family dined at this restaurant for the first time on the night of 11/20/18. We were traveling from Walt Disney World to our home in Iota, LA and chose the Pensacola, FL location due to its proximity to the Hampton Inn & Suites where we were staying. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The waitress seemed unhappy and unfriendly. I ordered the salad bar and asked if fresher mushrooms would be brought out as the ones available were bad, but I received the same old, browned mushrooms. The salad bar's field greens were not fresh and lacked good leaves. I had to pick through the spinach and romaine, which shouldn't have been on the bar, to find edible parts. The ham was watery. To make matters worse, our waitress seemed bothered when I inquired about crackers. The staff appeared more focused on watching a football game than providing good service or quality food. My husband's fried shrimp turned out to be frozen, and our daughter's hamburger sliders were dry and overcooked, missing the cheese we requested. Despite the poor experience, we opted not to complain to the waitress since she was not attentive. We feel a gift card wouldn't make up for the bad service and food, and we hope for a refund if possible.

My family and I, a party of six, visited your Aiken location for Thanksgiving. We were promptly seated but waited an hour for our food despite the restaurant not being full. Our waitress showed little interest in taking our order, made excuses for the poor service, and did not accommodate us well, especially since we had seniors in our group. After an hour of waiting, we had to inquire about our order. When I requested to speak to a manager, I encountered another impolite server who suggested we go to the salad bar if we were too hungry. Eventually, the manager explained they misplaced our ticket and mentioned health issues, leading to the early closure of the Aiken location. I am seeking help regarding a disappointing experience at Ruby Tuesday in Tallahassee, FL on 11/19. The service was poor, and the food quality was subpar. Our children's burgers were dry, and we were unexpectedly charged for milk with the kids meal. The shrimp in my husband's dish seemed frozen instead of fresh. The salad bar had romaine lettuce despite recalls, spoiled field greens, and bad mushrooms. When I requested fresher mushrooms, I was given more bad ones. Additionally, there was a lack of crackers, which seemed to offend the staff when I inquired about it. Despite being among the few customers initially, the workers seemed more focused on watching Monday night football than attending to us. Tonight, on Saturday, December 1st, my daughter and I visited the Ruby Tuesday in Lima, OH. Sadly, it was the worst dining experience I've ever had. Though I prefer not to complain, I felt compelled to share my feedback. This was a special occasion as my daughter just turned 21 and was excited to order her first drink. We chose the rose sangria, but it was disappointingly watered down because the waitress had to make it due to the absence of a bartender. The issues continued as we found the salad bar nearly empty, missing essentials like lettuce, various dressings, and more. Despite a 45-minute wait, our appetizers never arrived. The waitress was clearly overwhelmed, and the food quality was lacking, especially the oversized zucchini we couldn't eat. Spending $50 on this experience was disheartening, leading us to seek food from another establishment. As dining out is a rare treat for us, this experience was truly disappointing and makes me hesitant to return.

I recently placed a to-go order at the St Peters, Missouri location and experienced significant issues. After being on hold for over 13 minutes, I requested to speak to the manager and finally got through to Joe after a 3-minute hold. Even after addressing the long wait time, the manager was defensive and rude, which led to a confrontational conversation. When I asked for the district manager's contact information, Joe refused and disconnected the call. Subsequent calls were met with threats of involving the authorities if I persisted. Eventually, the district manager contacted me, offering a free meal as an apology. However, the handling of the situation left me questioning the integrity of the service and wondering about the safety of the food. Despite being a frequent customer, the disrespectful treatment I received has made me rethink my loyalty to this location. I am considering trying out Olive Garden instead.

While seated at the bar, my companions and I witnessed her publicly berating an employee who was trying to settle his bill at the end of his shift. As someone with over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, I understand the importance of maintaining a professional environment, and what we observed was far from that standard. Managers should lead with grace and respect, and what we witnessed was quite the opposite. Such behavior not only made us uncomfortable as patrons but also likely left the employee feeling embarrassed and disrespected. I believe it is crucial for you to address this issue promptly to ensure a positive and respectful work environment for your staff.

The service at Ruby Tuesday's was slow, but unfortunately, it seems to be the norm for this restaurant. However, we encountered a management issue upon using 50% off coupons that we were told would apply to ANY entree. Despite confirming this twice with two different waitresses, the manager was not helpful and argued the coupon's restrictions after we received our bill. The lack of apology and understanding was off-putting, especially because our meal choices were influenced by the coupon. Despite our efforts to address the error, the manager dismissed our concerns. I will be sharing this experience with others to shed light on the poor customer service and lack of accountability at this Ruby Tuesday's location. The manager, possibly named Elisa, showed no interest in resolving the situation, leaving us with a negative impression of the establishment.

I placed a to-go order on 11/13/18 at 4:43 pm. When I got home, I found the ribs to be overcooked, with only the bones having sauce on them. The meat was tough and cooked on the bone. I spoke to the manager, Brittany, who promised the district manager would address the issue and send a coupon to my email, but I never received it. I called back on 11/24/18 and spoke to manager Josh, who said the email was sent to the district manager on 11/13/18 but would resend it. However, I have not received any response to this day. My total bill was $26.98, which included a hamburger that I didn't order, receiving a cheeseburger instead. I usually eat at Ruby Tuesday's twice a week and have never experienced such poor service from the managers at Victory Crossing. I am frustrated and just want my money back. I am concerned for the safety of the employees at Ruby Tuesday in Spartanburg. The back roads are in very bad shape, putting your employees' lives at risk. Don't you value the lives of your employees? Your employees are your most important asset. Some employees are struggling to navigate these poor road conditions, and despite that, they are expected to show up for work because the general managers insist on it. The managers in charge should be reconsidered for their positions. These conditions are expected to get worse as the day goes on. Remember, word of mouth is vital for any business, and this issue will be shared on social media along with the business location.

Last night, my family dined at Ruby Tuesday in Lehigh Valley Mall, Pennsylvania. Although the waitress was pleasant, we faced some disappointments with the food. Initially, they were out of Mac & Cheese, so I opted for the Salisbury steak and mashed potatoes. Unfortunately, the mashed potatoes were watery, resembling soup, and the steak was unsatisfactory.
