On Sunday, March 3rd, my family and I visited Ruby Tuesday at the Harrison location. When our waiter came to take our order, we noticed the salad bar was nearly empty and several waitresses were just standing around instead of attending to customers. Despite not being one to complain, we had to request our bill and waited 15 minutes but never received it. Eventually, we asked to speak to the manager, who seemed inexperienced. My sister's husband had ordered a steak that was too tough to eat, and the baked potatoes were cold. It's clear that changes need to be made with the staff to improve the business, as there were very few customers present. Additionally, we were still charged full price for the disappointing meal.

I regret to share my recent unpleasant experience at the restaurant on Saturday, March 2nd. The cleanliness of the establishment was severely lacking:
- All the windows were visibly dirty, with handprints smudging our booth window.
- The window sill was layered with crumbs and dust.
- Foreign hairs on the table were unappetizing and unsanitary.
Regarding the food:
- Ribs were dry and lacked the advertised sauce.
- A hamburger was served with rotten, brown lettuce that tasted terrible.
I plan to report these concerns to the health department and have informed others to avoid this location and any other Ruby Tuesday restaurants due to these issues.

I ordered a server to go order, but unfortunately, encountered numerous issues with the service. Our drinks were never delivered promptly, and the salad bar ran out of food without any immediate remedy. The hostess and server seemed to disappear when needed, leading to significant delays in getting dessert and accessing the salad bar again. The young manager was apologetic to many guests throughout our visit, indicating a systemic service issue. The disappointing experience makes it hard for me to recommend the restaurant for a company luncheon. It's unfortunate that a once well-established restaurant in the community could falter in just one hour. The employees' lack of concern, aside from the manager's attempts, suggests a serious problem that needs immediate attention to prevent this location from becoming another closure statistic in the restaurant industry.

I went to a York Rd PA restaurant at 11:00 am on 3/12/19. I wanted a gluten-free cheeseburger and a baked potato, but they had no potatoes due to a produce delivery delay. When I asked for coffee, they said it would take 20 minutes, so I requested iced tea, and was told that would take the same amount of time. The waitress mentioned they start making unsweetened tea first, then sweet tea, followed by coffee, resulting in the delay. I ended up having just the cheeseburger and water and left. The waitress did offer me a complimentary coffee as I was leaving. I believe they should have been better prepared and have everything ready to serve at opening. Thank you, Paula Oglesby.

Our recent experience at the Ruby Tuesday in Foley, Alabama, was disappointing. While the salad and tea were fine, the 2 for $24 meal we ordered, specifically the 6oz top sirloin, was dry and overcooked even though we asked for a medium-well preparation. The baked potato was also extremely overcooked, as evident in the dark color (pictures attached). Our server, Jordan, was attentive and offered a substitution for the potato, but I declined. The dessert was dry, cold, and tasted like it had been frozen. It's clear why there wasn't a wait for a table. Unfortunately, even the manager did not come to inquire about our experience, adding to our disappointment.

I believe I was unfairly terminated by my boss for personal reasons. I believe I was working hard on my day off to help, only to be fired because she doesn't like me. I need this job and can work with anybody. It's important for her to be able to manage me, even if she doesn't like me. I've always followed her instructions, but she still fired me. I've been a dedicated employee and wanted to move up in the company. It's difficult with a manager who won't work with me. Could someone from Human Resources please get in touch with me? My name is Dana S., I worked at Ruby Tuesday's in Marley Station Mall, Glen Burnie, Maryland. Thank you.

I visited your Ruby Tuesday's store on Hampton Boulevard in Norfolk, Virginia on Saturday, March 16th, [redacted]. I had an issue with my order of the Hickory Bourbon Chicken, which was undercooked and had a rubbery texture. When I returned the meal, the manager claimed the chicken was not raw and returned the exact same dish with my fork still in it. I requested to speak to another manager due to the unacceptable handling of my meal, citing cross-contamination concerns as a certified Food Service worker myself. I was very upset and chose not to order anything else. Please contact me via email. Thank you, T. Owens.

I went to Ruby Tuesday in Port Charlotte during my lunch break to try their advertised $5 bacon cheeseburger Hickory special. However, there was a 25-minute wait even though the restaurant was only half full. This delay impacted my ability to return to work on time. As a local resident who frequents Ruby Tuesday, I was disappointed with this experience. I believe the management lacked proper planning by operating with only half the kitchen staff during a busy promotion like this. I am Denise, and I am dissatisfied with my visit to Ruby Tuesday. I would appreciate a rain check for my inconvenience. Thank you for considering.

I am a regular at the Simpsonville, SC branch of your restaurant, and my recent experiences have been disturbing due to a female server named Suzanne Robinson. Her behavior towards male employees, customers, and workers is inappropriate and concerning. She has crossed boundaries by leaving detailed notes and her number at my table in the absence of my wife. It is clear that she is using her position to engage with men inappropriately. This situation has made my friends and me uncomfortable, and we will not be returning unless action is taken. Suzanne's behavior needs to be addressed to maintain the positive experience your establishment once provided. I hope this message is taken seriously, as it is affecting not only my family’s experiences but potentially someone's safety. Thank you for addressing this issue.

Upon receiving my order, the wings were without fries and the meal was incorrect. After a series of exchanges, the manager was notified of the issues. However, the encounter was unsettling as the manager seemed disinterested while other staff members were gossiping about the situation. This behavior led me to question the professionalism and management style of the establishment. Despite feeling unsafe and experiencing poor service, I was still required to pay the full amount for the meal. This incident left me dissatisfied with the service and overall experience at the restaurant.

On Friday, March 22, [redacted], I treated my grandson, his wife, and my daughter to a birthday dinner at Ruby Tuesday's in Edinburgh, IN. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the lack of service and food quality. Even though my late husband had previously found it satisfactory, this experience fell short. The salad bar was poorly stocked and not fresh, while my grandson's steak was tough and of poor quality. Additionally, the coleslaw was unappetizing, and the bright, unfiltered sun made the experience uncomfortable. Spending over seventy dollars on this disastrous meal left me feeling cheated. I couldn't help but notice the lack of cars in the lot, prompting me to wonder if the Edinburgh location is struggling and possibly facing closure.

On March 24, [redacted], during my recent visits to the Ruby Tuesday at Harbison Mall in Columbia, SC, I noticed some concerning issues with the management of the salad bar. After witnessing dirty conditions and experiencing a lack of service, it became apparent that higher management oversight may be lacking at this location. The cleanliness of the women's bathroom floors was unsatisfactory, and the booth seats were in poor condition, causing filler to come off onto clothing. As a result, my group of friends from Columbia has decided to no longer visit on Friday and Sunday nights due to these issues. Despite being a fan of Ruby Tuesday and their garden bar, the service and management at various locations, including the ones in Quincy, FL, Lithonia, GA, and Marietta, GA, have been disappointing recently.

This is my second disappointing visit at this restaurant. The first time, I was served an overcooked steak which was then replaced with what appeared to be a poor-quality steak. Reluctantly, I settled for the chicken, although I still had to pay full price. Today, I ordered slider combos but received burnt and meager burgers, so much so that I had to give them to my dogs. The service was slow, I didn't receive the pickles I asked for, and the waitress forgot about water to go. Additionally, there was a BOGO deal that couldn't be used on sliders, which the waitress failed to mention when we ordered. Unless they hire new cooks or staff who take pride in their work, I will not be returning.

I would like to share my recent disappointing experience at the Ruby Tuesday restaurant in Auburn, AL on 3-29-19. Despite a friendly waiter (Willia R), I was let down by the overall service. The lunch menu had limited options, and my parmesan shrimp pasta dish was underwhelming both in portion size and taste. The shrimp were over-seasoned and overdone, making them hard to chew, and the sauce was unevenly spread. The serving size was not sufficient even for a lunch portion. Although the cheese soup was the only part I found somewhat enjoyable, it also lacked in quantity. Even the chocolate fall cake dessert was a letdown as it seemed dry and tasteless, despite the nice presentation. This is the second unsatisfactory visit this year, and it's disheartening to see a decline in the food quality at a restaurant I've enjoyed before. I hope my feedback helps improve the dining experience for others.

I want to share our recent dreadful experience at the Ruby Tuesday in Aiken, South Carolina on 4/11/[redacted].
Upon ordering, my wife and I expected our side salads promptly, as customary. After waiting about 20-30 minutes without any part of our order or drinks refilled, I tried unsuccessfully to get our server's attention as she walked by multiple times, even when our food was served by another staff member. When a manager came over and rectified the situation by getting our salads, refilling our drinks, and offering a $10 comp for the inconvenience, we appreciated the effort.
Unfortunately, our waitress neglected us for the remainder of the meal, leaving us without drink refills and delaying the check. The repeated lack of service was disappointing, leading us to write "0 - Poor Service" on the tip line. Despite previous positive experiences at this location, this recent visit has left us hesitant to return due to the poor service and subpar food quality encountered.

Hello,
I used to enjoy the appetizer biscuits at Ruby Tuesday in Surfside, South Carolina. I recently visited the Ruby Tuesday at Tanger Outlet on Hwy [redacted] in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and I was disappointed. The chicken dish and broccoli were good, but the salad was limp with shriveled cucumbers and tomatoes, and the plate left a big flat spot on it. When I got a replacement, it was marginally better but had no dressing. The poor quality of the salad made me question the rest of the food's hygiene. Although I appreciate the tasty chicken dishes and the excellent waiter, the overall experience with the salad, the tough, reheated baked potato, and the worn-out booth seating will prevent me from returning. While I may consider other out-of-town locations in the future, cutting corners like this is not acceptable. Please refrain from sending coupons, as I won't be able to use them and wanted to share my disappointment.

On May 1, 19, I, A.R., ordered a salmon fish lunch with 2 sides which was great. However, I had trouble finding the right RetailMeNot app for Ruby Tuesday. Despite this, I proceeded with the order, paying $5 in cash and the rest on my credit card. I later discovered the correct app which could have saved me $5, but the cashier informed me that I had already paid in both cash and card. I felt disappointed as I could have paid less and even purchased a second meal with a discount. The girl at the carryout bar did not allow me the opportunity to show the app again, and I felt frustrated about the situation. It would be appreciated if I could receive a coupon to make up for this inconvenience.

I want to share my disappointing experience at your restaurant tonight. My husband works near your Canton, MI location and invited me and our daughter to Ruby Tuesdays for dinner. We waited 30 minutes for drinks, then another 15 minutes to order. When we finally got the waiter's attention, we ordered 3 for $X meals with appetizers. Nearly 40 minutes later, we had only received drinks. After inquiries, our food arrived, missing an appetizer. Despite a request for a manager, the missing item and our desserts took a while. The manager apologized for being short-staffed. Despite only 15 tables and 6 servers, service was slow and unprofessional. One staff member was rude, gossiping with another server. We had a disappointing meal and experience, which made my husband late for work. We are regulars at Ruby Tuesday but will not return to this location.
Sincerely,
R. H.

Hello,
In December, I received 2 Ruby Tuesday's gift cards. After major surgery, I couldn't use them, and now all NH locations are closed. The nearest one is over 80 miles away. How can I get reimbursement for my $30 cards? I've tried contacting guest services with no luck. I have no contacts near open locations in ME or MA. I'd appreciate assistance.
Thank you,
Norma Angwin

During our visit to Ruby Tuesday in Pottsville, PA with our granddaughter and family, we encountered an unsatisfactory experience. With a group of 11 people, we waited thirty minutes for our drinks and over an hour and a half for our food, which we never received. This was the worst Ruby Tuesday's visit I have ever had. The manager seemed preoccupied with her appearance rather than attending to customers' needs. This is not the first time we have faced such issues at this location, but it will certainly be our last. Two other tables were also experiencing delays, with three tables waiting over an hour for their food. I am disappointed with the service provided and will not be returning to Ruby Tuesday in Pottsville.
