I am a member of So Connected and frequent the Ruby Tuesday Restaurant on Chapman Hwy in Knoxville with my wife. Despite dining there twice a week, I have not received any member coupons or special deal emails for at least two months. I kindly request assistance from your staff in resolving this issue. We truly enjoy our dining experience at your establishment, but if the problem persists, we may consider dining at Chop House Restaurant across the street. Thank you for addressing this matter, and I look forward to once again receiving So Connected member coupons via email for our visits to your Restaurant.
Thank you,
Gordon W.

I am writing to share my recent experience at your restaurant. The entrance door is very difficult to open, and during my visit, I injured my right foot when trying to open it. Despite reporting the issue to the daytime manager, I was met with indifference. It's concerning that no apologies were offered, and I had to ask for assistance when leaving. This is a safety hazard, especially for seniors and children. I urge the restaurant on Bear Corbett Road in Delaware to address this dangerous situation promptly before someone gets seriously hurt. As a senior citizen, I find it challenging to deal with such a heavy door. I hope the company takes action to repair or replace the door to prevent future accidents. Thank you for addressing this issue.

My last two visits to Ruby Tuesday have been disappointing. The service was extremely slow, to the point where I had to search for the waitress to ask for a coffee refill, which she never brought. I ordered the endless soup but when requesting a second bowl, the waitress failed to deliver it. This experience was extremely negative, and I have decided not to spend any more money at the Kokomo, Indiana location. Unfortunately, the service has deteriorated to the point where I can no longer support this establishment, despite being a long-time customer. Thank you, Jerry J.

During our visit to your restaurant at the Mid Rivers Mall in Missouri, my wife, daughter, and I experienced several disappointments. After ordering our drinks, the waitress brought back only one and then informed us they were out of ribs. Despite changing our order, there were additional delays in receiving our drinks. When the meals finally arrived, my daughter's shrimp was overcooked, my wife's chicken parm was dry, and my burger was not up to standard. This falls short of the great experience your chain used to offer. The service and quality of food were lacking, making us question the decline in Ruby's reputation. Additionally, the demeanor of the hostess left much to be desired, as her unfriendly behavior made us feel like an inconvenience. It's disheartening to witness this decline in what was once a beloved establishment.

Three adults frequently travel from Mobile to Montgomery for a State Council meeting every three months. Our tradition is to stop at Ruby Tuesday in Greenville, AL, on our way home. Over the years, the familiar staff always warmly welcomed us, but this Saturday was a different experience. The service was impersonal, the food quality had declined, and it seemed like there were new faces. We believe there has been a change in management and staff. This abrupt shift has led us to explore other dining options in Greenville. It's disappointing as Ruby Tuesday was a favorite pitstop on our journey back home. If anyone has information on the management changes or can recommend other restaurants in or around Greenville, we would appreciate it.

I wanted to share my recent experience at the Ruby Tuesday in the Detroit airport North Terminal. Today, I had some extra time and decided to dine there. Although there were initially 6 people in line, only 2 were seated while the others left. Despite patiently waiting my turn, no staff member acknowledged me. More people lined up during my wait, and eventually, I left without receiving any service. The restaurant was mostly empty, yet the wait staff seemed unaware of customers waiting. A little communication about the delay would have been appreciated. This lack of attention to customers is disappointing. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer service at your establishment before it loses more business.

My spouse and I dined at Ruby Tuesday in Fort Payne, Alabama on Sunday, 10/27/[redacted]. We ordered a Shrimp Fondue Appetizer, a sweet tea, and a beer to start. My husband chose the New Orleans seafood, and I selected the Cajun Chicken and Shrimp Pasta. Unfortunately, my pasta was dry as there was no Parmesan cream sauce. Additionally, my husband's baked potato was overcooked, and the manager acknowledged its condition. When I raised my concerns about my meal, the waiter brought me a dipping sauce, but my food had gotten cold by then. After speaking with the manager, he removed my meal to add the cream sauce but took quite a while to return. Eventually, we decided to pay and leave after waiting for 35 minutes. I ended up having some of the broccoli soup from my husband's meal. It was a disappointing experience to leave hungry and dissatisfied due to the food issues and slow service.

My family and I visited the Blackstock Road location in Spartanburg, SC on Saturday, November 2nd, around 4:30 p.m. Unfortunately, our dining experience was quite disappointing. The salad we ordered had black, slimy spots in it, and even after it was replaced, the second serving had the same issue. Additionally, the tomato soup served to my wife and mother-in-law was cold. The baked potatoes were also not up to standard; one was too cold to melt butter, and the other was half hard and inedible. Despite the waitress attributing these issues to a busy kitchen, I observed only seven cars in the parking lot. The total bill came to $42 plus tip. I believe a full refund is warranted, especially considering the consistent quality offered by the nearby Olive Garden.

I went to the Mebane location on Monday and ordered the Hickory Bourbon Chicken. Unfortunately, the chicken appeared undercooked, doused in a subpar barbecue sauce. After requesting a redo, the chicken looked even worse. When I asked for the corporate number, the manager refused and engaged in argument instead of addressing my concerns professionally. We spent nearly $80, and the manager's lack of professionalism was disappointing. I expect better from an establishment in Mebane, North Carolina. Despite calling yesterday, November 11, [redacted], I haven't received a response. I insist on being contacted promptly.

I want to bring to your attention the decline in service and food quality at your Culpeper, VA, location. Although I hadn't visited in a while, I decided to give it another chance last Saturday around 8 pm. Despite the bar being busy, there were only a few diners. I ordered the Asiago steak with fried shrimp, sweet potato, broccoli, and the salad bar, but my dish arrived without the shrimp. My friend's small, dry steak was supposed to come with two skewers of grilled shrimp, but only one arrived. The food lacked flavor and didn't compare well to other restaurants like Outback in Warrenton. Our waitress apologized but failed to adjust the bill as promised. The only highlight was the salad bar. This was a disappointing and overpriced experience, especially considering the lack of good family restaurants in the area. It might be time to consider closing this location.

Our family dined before the Iron Bowl on Saturday. I was thrilled to have everyone together at the same table. Unfortunately, our 2 appetizers never arrived, and the cocktails I ordered and paid for were never served. Each of us ordered a sandwich or burger, and we found two hairs and three burnt cheeseburgers among them. I emphasized that my BLT should have toasted bread with no mayo but extra bacon, but it was still incorrect. We were encouraged by three different servers to leave a review online. Despite not eating, we had to pay a bill close to $70. I believe this experience warrants a replacement meal in the future. Thank you.

I visited the Ruby Tuesday in Smithfield, NC to place a to-go order and waited for about 10 minutes after being passed by three waitresses. Shortly after, a white couple arrived and was immediately seen and seated. If discrimination is an issue, it must be addressed promptly. Though instances of such treatment are not uncommon in America, it was the first time it happened to me at a restaurant, and I was shocked. I requested to speak to a manager, but despite being told he would come talk to me, he never appeared. Despite the experience, I proceeded to order my food as I do enjoy their menu, but I assure you I will not return to this location. Since I received no response from the store's management, I am contacting corporate about this matter. It's truly disheartening.

I had a $50 gift card and visited Ruby Tuesday on Sycamore View in Memphis, TN on December 29. The salad bar was disappointing with mostly empty containers, and the lettuce was brown. The service was subpar; the waitress was impolite and forgot basic items like napkins and refills until late. My chicken sandwich was inedible due to its tough texture. To make matters worse, our orders were messed up. We were not satisfied with the experience and left promptly after complaining. I prefer our local Ruby Tuesday, where we never encounter these issues. I'm seeking a refund on my gift card for this unsatisfactory visit.

I have been consistently receiving emails about upcoming specials, like a BUY 1 GET 1 FREE offer or a $5 GARDEN BAR promotion, which are frustrating because they arrive in my inbox a day late. This issue persists for both mine and my wife's emails. The most recent incident was receiving a BUY 1 GET 1 FREE offer on January 2nd, [redacted], for a promotion only valid on January 1st, [redacted]. This continuous problem affects our ability to redeem the coupons on time, making them essentially useless. It seems to be a recurring problem rather than a one-time glitch in the email system. I urge the restaurant to only send us coupons that are valid for the present day or the future, not for past promotions. These misleading emails tarnish the restaurant's reputation, and it's disappointing to share these experiences with friends and family who face the same issue.

Just got back from Ruby Tuesday located at [redacted] Rivers Edge, Milford, OH [redacted]. The weather was rainy and in the 50s. I wanted to express my appreciation for the coupon for the free Salad Bar. There has been a significant pothole in the drive leading to the parking area in front of the restaurant for the past 2 to 3 years. It's an oval shape, approximately 3 feet long and 2 feet wide. I mentioned it to the manager a while back, but it remains unfixed and is worsening. This could pose a danger, especially if it freezes over. The pothole is easy to spot on the left side of the building. I am concerned about the restaurant's maintenance if such a visible issue is left unaddressed for so long. I don't think anyone would be walking over where the hole is, but it could lead to car damage. Feel free to reach out for further discussion at [redacted]. Sincerely, Fred R.

On Saturday, January 11, [redacted], my sister and I had an awful dining experience at Ruby Tuesday in Greenbelt, MD. We waited for over 2 hours for our food without any updates until we asked. The waiter finally brought out my sister’s food, which was unappetizing and poorly presented. When we spoke to the manager about our long wait, his response was defensive and unprofessional. He offered to compensate us, but the whole experience left us feeling disappointed and unappreciated. This was our go-to Ruby Tuesday, but after this experience, we are hesitant to return. The lack of customer service and the manager's attitude were unacceptable. We hope that this feedback will lead to better service in the future and a more positive experience for other customers.

I was advised to reach out to you here. In October [redacted], on the 18th, I bought a gift card from Walmart in Jefferson City, MO. On November 6th, my daughter and I visited your Jefferson City restaurant and were informed that the gift card I bought was already used on 10/22/19. I didn't use it. This occurred to me 6 months prior, but this time I am out $50. I possess the card and receipt from the October purchase along with a returned letter from December and just wish for this issue to be resolved. Losing $50 is quite a disappointment, especially since my family used to frequent Ruby Tuesdays at least twice a month, but we have not returned since this incident. I am eager to have this resolved so we can enjoy your delicious food again.
Thank you, Joanie Bock

On Sunday, 03/16/[redacted], my family visited the Harrisoburg VA store # [redacted] location. The service we received was incredibly poor and unacceptable. At 71 years old, I have never encountered such a disappointing experience. Firstly, the waiter neglected to check on us. We experienced delays in receiving everything, and our daughter had to request a drink refill and a to-go cup. Shockingly, they were out of to-go cups. The unavailability of the pineapple upside cake was not a first. We also had to seek out our waiter for the payment as he did not return. The service was so substandard that it makes me question keeping the establishment open. We used to enjoy Ruby Tuesday, but this experience has us considering dining elsewhere. Our check # is [redacted], and our waiter was [redacted], Samuel.

This evening, we ordered two triple plays from Ruby Tuesday on Route 37 in Toms River, New Jersey. We were handed one triple play and one fish with tater tots instead, even though we did not order that. It was already past 7:30, so we just went ahead and ate it since driving back wasn't feasible at that time. Please remind the staff to double-check the orders to avoid mix-ups like this in the future. We enjoy dining at Ruby Tuesday and this mistake has affected our takeout experience. Thank you for addressing this issue. Louise Y. [redacted]. Check number: [redacted].

I had a coupon for a buy one, get one free offer for me and a friend. When we ordered two steak fajitas, two chips with sauce, and two drinks, the waitress took note of the coupon. However, at the end of the meal, they informed us the discount couldn't be applied as the bill was $38. I believe the waitress should have caught this earlier, giving us a chance to order additional items to utilize the coupon. I just want to address this issue with the hope of being able to return for dinner without unexpected expenses. I attempted to contact the manager of Ruby Tuesday on September 3rd, [redacted], but was unsuccessful after two attempts.
