I bought a 6-inch lift kit, running boards, and traction bars for my [redacted] Ford F250, totaling $[redacted]. Unfortunately, the traction bars didn't fit despite my expertise as an ASE certified master diesel mechanic. The customer service experience when I called was frustrating; the initial representative was dismissive, and even the manager, Ryan Chase, wasn't much better. I was eventually promised new U-bolts to replace the ones I had to cut off, but it has been two weeks and I haven't received them. The dealership waived the restocking fee, but Rough Country should have covered it considering the mounting issue wasn't my fault. When trying to follow up, I've encountered difficulties getting through on the phone or receiving responses to emails. Although the product quality is not in question, the customer service responsiveness leaves much to be desired in a situation where a simple fix like replacing u-bolts should have been promptly addressed.

I recently purchased a 6" lift kit for my [redacted] Chevy truck. After a delay in delivery, I discovered the kit does not fit my rear cross-member as advertised on the website. Despite contacting Rough Country's customer service and leaving messages, I have not received a resolution in over two weeks. I am disappointed as my truck is partially disassembled, and I expected better service from a reputable company. I am seeking prompt action to address this issue and ensure that I, as a paying customer, receive the satisfaction guaranteed on Rough Country's website.

I recently acquired the [redacted] lb rough country winch from Rural King. After contacting them, they advised me to reach out to Rough Country for any issues. I have not been able to test it because essential parts, specifically the solenoid and wiring, were missing. Can you guide me on how to acquire these missing components? I tried searching on your website to purchase them, but couldn't find them. Kindly inform me of the availability, cost, and the process to obtain the missing parts. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, K. Turnpaugh.

I recently installed a Rough Country 2-inch leveling kit on my [redacted] F150 4x4. While replacing two upper control arms due to bad ball joints, I also replaced both sway bar links to the bottom control arm. I made sure to torque all bolts to specifications twice. However, after going for a ride, I noticed a metal-to-metal clunk, mainly on the driver's side. Even pushing on the tire while the truck is on the ground produces the sound. I have checked but cannot locate where the issue is coming from. I can be reached at [redacted] or email me at lingenfelterdaniel1 gmail.com. I'd appreciate any help as this installation took up my entire weekend. Thank you, Daniel L. from Michigan.

I recently had my lifts installed, and they are fantastic. However, I noticed some issues when braking and turning. A shop inspected it and mentioned that the lower control arm seems to be shifting in the new frame mount. They suggested adding support from one side to the other to address this issue. They tightened the skid plate bolts, but the problem persists. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.
