Rough Country has a hassle-free return policy to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products within 90 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return, simply contact their customer service team via phone or email to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number must be clearly mentioned on the return package. Products must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Items that have been installed, used, or are not in the original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Once the return is received and inspected, a full refund, excluding shipping fees, will be issued in the original payment method.
