Rieker Inc. Customer Service Issues

I adored my first pair of rust-colored patent boots. However, after a few months, the patent started peeling off even though I only wore them for evening outings. I was so fond of them that I decided to purchase another pair, suspecting the first pair was faulty. Unfortunately, the same issue occurred after just a couple of months. I take good care of them, wiping them only with a damp cloth and no additional products. This consistent problem is making me hesitant to buy more shoes from your brand.
