On 8/30/18 at 9:50 PM, I was at Walmart located at [redacted] S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV [redacted]. The on duty manager refused to accept my REYNOLDS AMERICAN American Spirit Coupons. I am a loyal customer who spends a significant amount at Walmart, particularly at this store. My family purchases a large quantity of REYNOLDS AMERICAN products from this location weekly.
I believe both Walmart and REYNOLDS AMERICAN value consistency in their services. However, I faced an issue with this particular manager concerning the coupon policy.
