Republic Services, Inc. Customer Service Issues

For three weeks now, our neighborhood's trash collection has not occurred. Despite five calls to the company since last Wednesday, engaging with customer service has not resolved the issue. Each time we've been assured that a trash truck will come the next day, but so far, none have arrived. Customer service claims they have been messaging the local operator to no avail, stating they do not possess a direct contact number for them. I suggested they try calling directly, but apparently, this is not an option. It seems straightforward: collect our trash on the scheduled day.

I am having issues with Republican Services regarding my trash pickup at [redacted] Vaughn Ct, Cheyenne, WY [redacted]. It has been over six weeks without service. Despite calling them three times today, no one has shown up. I am frustrated with their lack of response and poor service. I would like a refund for the two months of missed service. Their customer service has been unhelpful despite numerous attempts to contact them.

I requested a bulk pickup on Monday for various furniture items in my driveway after cleaning out my house. When the scheduled truck arrived on Wednesday, they left without taking anything. After calling back, Toks informed me that a dumpster would be necessary, but I wasn't informed of this during the initial call. While I'm willing to load a dumpster, I shouldn't have to pay for it when the company agreed to pick up the items for free. Pricing was not discussed during the initial scheduling of the pickup. I'm disappointed with this situation and seeking a resolution.
