The garbage trucks from building [redacted] on SE Washington Street in Portland, Oregon, are leaving liquid waste, including food scraps, debris, colored liquid, and grease in the park area. The trucks should not be accessing our lot to dump the garbage, which is causing a foul smell and staining the pavement, making our customers feel sick. The liquid also flows into the drain. This issue can be solved by ensuring the trucks do not leak and making sure they do not enter our lot to dump garbage. I have taken photos of the situation and am willing to share them with you. Kindly keep the trucks away from our property. Thank you.

At the Searchlight Town Advisory Board meeting on September 11th, project manager S. De Stefano presented ideas for the convenience center for the community. His behavior was unprofessional and rude, which was concerning. There was a noticeable smell of alcohol coming from him, and his actions were inappropriate for a public setting. It was disappointing to witness someone representing the town behaving carelessly. His repetition, lack of sympathy, and disrespect left many attendees frustrated and upset. His noticeable signs of intoxication were alarming, especially since he had driven to the meeting. The lack of respect he showed was uncalled for and unacceptable. The incident was troubling and concerning for those present, calling for a need to address his behavior. As a member of the community, I feel compelled to raise this issue despite not usually complaining.

My name is Vern Young. My account number is 3-0[redacted]. My address is [redacted] Kelli Dr, Kearney, MO [redacted]. Republic no longer provides service in our area, which ceased at the end of July [redacted]. When I called to inquire about the service discontinuation date, I was informed that it had already ended. I followed instructions to place my waste containers out on the curb the following Monday, expecting them to be collected, but they remained there for three weeks. I was not informed about any fees for this pickup. Recently, I received a bill for $47.71 for the container pickup. I did not cancel my service; Republic canceled it due to the change in servicing areas. I am requesting the removal of the charge for picking up their containers from my account as I believe I am not responsible for this fee to Republic Services.

I require assistance with our garbage collection. Our regular pickup day is every Monday of the week. On October 7th, [redacted], the garbage was not picked up. I called on October 8th and was informed that due to a truck issue, the pickup was delayed to the 8th of October. It seems like this is a recurring problem as we often receive the same explanation, causing a delay of a week before service resumes, if at all. We are currently waiting for our garbage to be collected. I reside in the [redacted] area. Could there have been an oversight in garbage collection for everyone on this route on October 7th? I had a scheduled pick-up for my old fridge on Oct 4th (Fri). I contacted them at 4 pm as the pick-up had not happened. They advised me to wait until 5:30 pm, but it still wasn't picked up. After calling on Mon, Oct 7th, I was informed it would be picked up sometime during the week. Following up on Tue, Oct 8th, I was told the pick-up was scheduled for that day, but it hadn't happened by 5 pm, so I had to call again. They then rescheduled it for Wed, Oct 9th. I am feeling uneasy about this situation. Why does this company tolerate such poor service towards their customers?

Hello, I reside near Hannafords Plaza in Uxbridge and we strive to maintain a peaceful neighborhood. This morning, a driver collecting dumpsters honked repeatedly from his truck, disturbing the entire neighborhood, requesting a parked vehicle in front of Papa Ginos to be moved. The situation with the dumpster pickup in Uxbridge, MA is becoming a recurring issue. While I understand the necessity to collect trash, the disruptive honking is disrupting the tranquility of our neighborhood. I believe there should be a more considerate approach to ensuring that no vehicles obstruct the pickup spot on designated days. It is essential to address this behavior at the company's upcoming meetings to find a more respectful solution for neighborhood residents like myself who deserve a peaceful environment. I received a message on my home phone on Friday, October 25th, stating that smaller cans would be delivered on Saturday, October 26th, and the larger can would be removed from my street. However, I have not seen any changes. It is frustrating that the service provider did not follow through on their commitment, leading me to keep the cans out on the street for the whole weekend. I live at [redacted] Hooper Rd in McLeansville, N.C. [redacted], Guilford County. The recent increase in prices along with the delivery of large 96-gallon cans, which are too heavy for me to handle, has been a challenge as I am a widow with only one bag of waste per week. I have been in communication with them since July [redacted] and have made no progress. Their lack of follow-up after the phone call adds to the frustration. I would appreciate any assistance. Hello, my name is David Kelley and I reside at [redacted] Wellington Ave. in Lafayette, CO. I recently experienced an issue with our trash collection service where 70% of my trash was not picked up, leaving my container mostly full. Despite contacting the number provided for Lafayette service concerns, I encountered resistance from the representative I spoke with. I usually fill my trash can weekly, but as it was not properly emptied, it is now overflowing. The response I received stating that nothing could be done until the next scheduled pick-up is unacceptable. I pay for this service and expect my trash to be collected weekly. I live in Centennial and I've had an issue with the trash not being picked up on both Monday the 18th and Monday the 25th of November. Our garbage can was not overly full and was clearly marked for pickup. Last week, I assumed the delay was due to sickness, but now it has been two weeks without collection. This is especially difficult for my family with Thanksgiving approaching. While recycling has been picked up without any problem, trash pickup has been an issue for the past two weeks. I work as a refuse monitor at two locations approximately ten miles apart. At the Melstone site, there are two 40-yard dumpsters, one for recycling and one for trash. I contacted the company to request the pickup of the overflowing recycle dumpster and removal of the dumpster at the Mussellshell site. However, the pickup was delayed for over a week, and when the driver arrived, they took the wrong dumpster. Despite my efforts to inform the dispatcher via voicemail, the situation was not promptly resolved. Subsequently, when the correct dumpster was delivered, it still contained trash. This inconsistent service raises concerns of potential fraudulent practices, especially since the company profits based on the amount of waste collected. The lack of direct communication with a human representative exacerbates the issue. I am seeking contact information for a manager who can ensure timely and accurate waste collection without errors.

I want to share my positive experience with one of your operation supervisors, Devin Kincaid. Recently, our garbage can was taken away by the driver due to damages, but the recycle can was left undisturbed. When I contacted Republic to request a new garbage can sooner than the week timeframe provided, Mr. Kincaid promptly called me back within an hour. He assured me he would personally deliver the new can if necessary. Despite not being home when the delivery was made, I discovered his business card at our door and the new can on the front curb the next morning. In the six years of living in our house, my interactions with Republic have always been excellent. The staff has consistently been helpful and courteous. I recently received a letter from Republic Services billing processor on October 1st, [redacted], stating that a refund check would be sent to me within 4 to 6 weeks. However, after the 6-week period passed without receiving the check, I contacted customer service multiple times. Each time, I was assured that the payment is on its way and that a supervisor would reach out to me regarding the delay. Unfortunately, as of now, I still have not received the refund check or any follow-up call as promised. Despite keeping records of every call, the names of the representatives I spoke with, and the assurances given, there has been no progress in resolving this issue. I am left wondering why there has been such a delay in fulfilling the promised refund.

My husband, a dedicated employee, traveled over two hours to a location where he was supposed to stay for a few weeks to assist. However, upon arrival, the hotel unexpectedly canceled his reservation due to a rude staff member. Despite reaching out multiple times, neither his boss nor the uncooperative individual responded to calls or texts. This situation is completely unacceptable. My husband frequently supports the Blue Crew, and it's disheartening that such issues keep occurring. This matter must be addressed promptly.

Hello, Residents of [redacted] Devonshire are inquiring about today's trash pickup on Monday, December 23rd. Due to last Monday's missed pickup because of snow, we have not had our scheduled trash collection for today. Typically, the trash is picked up in the morning, and currently, our dumpster is overflowing. I attempted to contact Republic Services customer service but had to end the call after waiting on hold for over 30 minutes. Please inform us when we can anticipate the emptying of our dumpster. I have been utilizing Republic Services for over four years for residential trash collection at 35 Calthrop Drive, Bridgewater, MA [redacted]. Unfortunately, for the second consecutive Christmas week, my street was overlooked. Ordinarily, my trash is collected on Fridays, but due to the holiday, it was rescheduled for Saturday. Disappointingly, there was no pickup on Saturday, leaving me frustrated and confused about the lack of service without any explanation. Despite reaching out to customer service on both Friday and Saturday regarding the previous year's issue, I received assurances that my trash would be collected on Saturday, but to no avail. Republic's national [redacted] line makes it difficult to hold the local management division accountable, leading to a cycle of unfulfilled promises and missed pickups. I am insistent on having my overdue trash collected promptly, not waiting until the next scheduled pickup. The decline in service quality in Bridgewater, MA, particularly with today being the second omission in two months and the third in five months, is unacceptable. I have previously reached out regarding persistent calls about an overdue account that does not belong to me. Despite confirming with customer service that I do not have an account, they were unwilling to cease the calls. I provided my details for verification, but they refused to accept the information. I am frustrated with this situation as these calls serve no purpose since I am not your customer. A simple check using my name and address would confirm this error. Could there have been a mistake in entering the contact number on your end? I have encountered a lot of difficulties trying to resolve this issue and I am reaching my limit. I am considering escalating this matter daily, involving local media, or filing a complaint with the state Attorney General. This ongoing situation needs to be resolved promptly.

Arturo Lopez helped me by proposing to switch to a smaller container for $67.01 per month. I have noticed a decline in the trash pickup service on Thursdays, often delayed until Friday. Last week, after being informed it would be collected on Friday, it wasn't picked up on Friday or Saturday. Upon contacting the Memphis office at [redacted], I was told there was no driver available and collection would be done this Thursday. I find this unacceptable as I pay for this service that's becoming more costly. I urge them to send a truck to collect my trash promptly, possibly even today since there are always trucks nearby.
