I believe my account was hacked. While playing Roblox, I was abruptly kicked out of the game. Upon attempting to re-enter, it directed me to the login page where I discovered that my password was incorrect. My username is PricnessOfRoyaleHigh and my password is pricness1234. Despite inputting it correctly, the system continued to flag it as incorrect. I initiated a password reset, followed the steps, but it still did not grant me access to my account. This incident occurred on June 4th. Kindly assist me in recovering my account. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am experiencing issues with a hacker who is threatening me. They have gained unauthorized access to my account multiple times and have set up a pin to prevent me from making changes. I am contacting on behalf of Heather Crisp, whose account is under the username "bfful." Unfortunately, Heather shared her password, resulting in her account being compromised. The hacker, DisneySlothForever, has changed the email address, password, and set up an account pin, restricting Heather's access. DisneySlothForever has also threatened to remove all clothes from Heather's avatar. Could you kindly assist in restoring Heather's account (bfful) by providing a new password for her? My username on Roblox, prochakovg, was hacked again. The hacker deleted the email associated with the account and reset the password. I recall the credit card number used for purchasing Robux and some of the gift card pin codes. Unfortunately, I no longer have the first gift card I used for the account.

Hello, I would like to report that my username, which was hacked, is prochakovg, and my real name is Genadzi. After the first hacking incident, I managed to recover my account using an email. However, when it was hacked for the second time, the hacker deleted the email associated with it. My current email is [redacted], which is the original email linked to the prochakovg account. I have all the necessary information, including my credit card details used for purchasing Robux. I kindly request assistance in resetting the password for my prochakovg account to be sent to my email [redacted]

I had an account under the username sunflower4527 and I recently received a permanent ban. The first ban was justified for using inappropriate language, but the second ban, which occurred within 24 hours of being unbanned, was confusing as I hadn't said anything improper. After being unbanned a second time, I was permanently banned two days later without any inappropriate behavior on my part. I'm requesting my account be reinstated as I believe someone may have accessed it without my consent, as the password was created with assistance from another individual. Thank you. ~sunflower4527

I believe my account was compromised, and someone accessed it without permission. I unknowingly clicked on a suspicious link that allowed the person to trade items from my account, resulting in a loss for me. Fortunately, my account is secure now as I have enabled two-step verification. I reached out to Roblox for assistance yesterday and am now awaiting their response. I am hopeful that they will be able to resolve this situation for me.

I am experiencing an issue with my Roblox account. I logged in today and found myself logged out, despite entering my username and password correctly. I even tried accessing my account from my sister's profile to ask the intruder to leave, but received no response. The person who accessed my account is now offline, and I am unable to change my password as it requires a pin I do not know. I am puzzled as to how the intruder could have known the pin. I was watching YouTube and decided to play Roblox, but I couldn't join a game. After watching YouTube for a while, I went back to Roblox only to find out I was logged out. I reset my password, but didn't receive the email on my Hotmail account. When trying to log in, it didn't work, and even my friend couldn't access my account. I contacted Roblox customer service, but they weren't helpful. Feeling frustrated, I found GetHuman and started seeking assistance. Please help me with my 10-year-old account "bigman44" on Roblox. I am having trouble accessing my daughter's Roblox account, girlninja05. Every time we enter her password, it says it's invalid. We've tried to reset the password, but Roblox Customer Service said to contact Amazon for proof of the first Roblox purchase. Amazon informed us that Roblox is a free app download, and we need to reach out to Roblox. We've been dealing with this issue for over two weeks without any resolution or clear understanding of what Roblox Customer Service requires. Hi, I use the username supergirlygamer6864. I purchased a game pass in Royale High, including the 4x multiplier. Unfortunately, I accidentally activated it when an ad popped up, and I rarely play Royale High. I also bought the game pass for the [redacted]+ new hairstyles, expecting more vibrant colors than what was offered. Lastly, I spent Robux on the special fabric, but when I tried using the fabric changer on my dress, some fabrics appeared blurry. Could I please request a refund of my Robux?

I was approached by someone offering free Robux, which turned out to be a scam. My sister, unfortunately, shared my username, SavageRebelDevil, and password with this person (username: Alexm[redacted]). They also asked for my email password for my Gmail, which I don't recall providing. Somehow, they managed to change my passwords without verification codes. I urgently need assistance to recover my account and apprehend the individual who hacked into it.

I bought $[redacted] in Roblox cards to get Robux, with two $40 cards and two $10 cards. I used the $40 cards successfully but got an error when trying to use the $10 cards, code [redacted] and [redacted]. I was banned from Paint n Guess for allegedly cross-teaming, which I don’t understand. My family and I play this draw and guess game together every Sunday and we genuinely enjoy the experience. I had success in guessing words, but another player consistently guessed mine, which I found suspicious. To address any concerns, I will be using a different email going forward. I am having trouble with the verification screen where I need to align the ball correctly. I have confirmed my username and password, reset the password, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleared the cache, and checked for updates. The verification process seems to be stuck and keeps loading indefinitely. This issue occurred before, and I had to create a new account, but now it's happening again since she logged out. I can access her account on my phone, but not on her tablet.
