Today, my account "mckiller111298" was hacked by someone named "Headphonecity19." They created a game and had others promoting it with claims of "Free ROBUX." They requested for me to try it on my main account, but I wisely tested it on an alternative account, and it turned out to be a scam, resulting in that account being hacked. I kindly ask for appropriate action to be taken against the hacker and for the restoration of my account, which had 82 ROBUX on it. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Ellie, and I use the account Ellieplasshortstop. I believe my account has been hacked with some of my robux stolen. Here is what occurred: During Christmas, my friend gifted me a $10 Roblox gift card, and I purchased [redacted] robux which made me very happy. Later, I used 25 robux to buy bloxburg, which left me with [redacted] robux. However, when I checked my account recently, I only had 75 robux left. Reviewing my purchase history, I noticed that only bloxburg was showing up, with the other items marked as free and 0 robux. I recently discovered that my account has been compromised. The password was changed, and my limited items, specifically JurasSICK-Cap and Sword-of-Darkness, were traded without my authorization. Despite involving friends to reason with the scammer, the limited items were not returned, and the scammer enabled two-step verification on my account by altering my login credentials and email address.
This situation is distressing as I have made substantial investments, over $[redacted], in my account. I believe that with your ability to access user IP addresses, you can identify and take action against the perpetrator who defrauded me.
I kindly request your intervention in resolving this issue and eagerly await your prompt assistance.

While waiting for my friends to join, I navigated away from my Roblox profile page to watch YouTube videos. Upon returning, I found myself on the login page unable to access my account. Despite trying all my passwords, I couldn't log in. Even my email associated with the account was compromised by the hacker. Being unable to access my email, account, or having any billing information, I reached out to Roblox customer service but received only an automated response. My son Max created an account named "gingerbreadduckboy" without a password a few days ago. Unfortunately, the password got lost when our PC repair person needed to access the computer. Max did not link an email to the account, making account recovery difficult. I purchased Robux for him recently without receiving a receipt due to the absence of an email. Max believes the password was "puppynono," but various attempts to log in have been unsuccessful. He recently received free Robux and is upset about not being able to access his account. Recently, I was contacted by a bot on ROBLOX about testing a game and getting paid for it. They provided their Discord username. I reached out to them, and they asked me to convert a ROBLOX audio file to an MP3. Following their instructions, I converted a U2 - Raised by Wolves audio file and sent it. Later, I discovered that my items were traded to the user Mathemati_cs. The stolen items include Wanwood Autumn King, Noob Attack: Laser Scythe, Noob Attack: Fallen, Cosmo Sloth, Noob Assist: S'mores, Universal Fedora, Sailing Hat, Neon Bombastic, White Ninja Headband, and Silver King of the Night.

My 11-year-old son, Levi, owns two Roblox accounts: "ExoticGamer303" and "TacoCatz_Gaming." He recently forgot the password to his "ExoticGamer303" account and attempted to reset it. However, it seems his email is only linked to the "TacoCatz_Gaming" account. After requesting a password reset, he received an email with a link. Upon clicking it, he was directed to his "TacoCatz_Gaming" account, for which he knows the password. We are concerned as we have invested a significant amount of money in the "ExoticGamer303" account and it's crucial we regain access to it. Levi is quite upset by this situation. While chatting on Roblox, a friend suggested I input my password into a game. Knowing the risk, I created a separate account to prove her wrong. Unfortunately, when I attempted to log back into my original account, SSSniperwolf_110, using my known password, it failed. After multiple unsuccessful tries, I reached out to my friend, who mistakenly thought I was pranking her since she saw my account online. To clarify, I asked her to video call me and verify someone else was indeed on my account, chatting with her. This is alarming as I never shared my password with anyone. I panicked realizing someone unauthorized was using my account, especially considering the money my parents spent on Robux and gamepasses. I fell victim to a hacker who initiated two trades on my account for "Noob Assist" in exchange for "Tattletale" and another for "Noob Assist" and "Bubble Trouble". Despite accepting both trades, I only received another "Noob Assist" without getting the promised "Tattletale". Upon checking my completed trades, the one for "Tattletale" was missing even though the message indicated it was completed. I kindly request the hacker with the username Y1_R to be banned and for my item to be returned. You can verify this by checking my account under the username Gamer_XDgames.

Hello Roblox community, Recently, I attempted to join the popular game Bloxburg on Roblox, only to be notified that I was already in another game that needed to be closed first. This was odd as my other devices weren't logged in. Upon entering the game, I discovered a strange house I didn't purchase and realized my $25,[redacted] was missing. Suspecting unauthorized access, I exited the game and noticed my Robux balance was only eight despite having more before. Checking my transactions, I found unauthorized purchases totaling $1,[redacted] for 20 Robux, repeated twice, along with additional Robux spent on Bloxbux. All these transactions were for Bloxburg, leaving me quite upset and in need of a resolution. 😢

My son's account name "xxboo76xx" was hacked last night by EAGLESGOTOSUPERBOWL. They traded 3 of his items for one "face" and still have 2 items in their inventory. The missing item was black shaggy hair. He has changed his pin number and password, and used the report abuse button. I, his mother, am following up with this message as he was very upset by the incident. He was not online when the trading happened. I hope this situation can be resolved.

My account was compromised by a friend who somehow knows my PIN, and I discovered my password was changed. I have received an email notification from <[redacted]> regarding the email change on my XXcilly_omqXX account. The email instructs to click a link to revert the account back to the previous email address and set up a new password for security reasons. If I am satisfied with the new email address, no action is required. My account was recently hacked, and I reached out to inquire about providing proof. Despite receiving one reply regarding account verification, when I asked for alternative ways to prove ownership, I did not receive a response. Although I was able to regain access to my account, my limited items were missing. Upon checking my trading history, I noticed three transactions with the same user where all my limited items were traded away during the time I was hacked. Additionally, I did not authorize a Builder Club membership, yet it shows a membership purchased for the same month I lost my items. I have evidence of my account ownership, including the trade history. As a user since [redacted], I am hopeful that someone will assist me in this matter. I have documented everything and am keen on recovering some of the items I invested a significant amount in. If retrieval is not possible, I urge for action to be taken regarding this issue.

I have Roblox on both my phone and HP computer. While playing on my phone and chatting on my computer, I encountered an issue where it said HP users were not allowed in Roblox and kicked me out. Now, when I try to log back in, it says my password is incorrect. I have worked hard to earn money in my account, and I really want to regain access. Surprisingly, upon visiting ROBLOX to verify my username, I noticed that my avatar had been altered, leading me to conclude that I had been hacked. This discovery left me disheartened as I had achieved significant progress and had Robux in my possession. Two players were causing trouble for me and my friend while gaming. The blue player used hacks and targeted my friend, constantly interfering. Another player, xXx Fantastic Football, also caused issues by infiltrating our games under various usernames. One incident involved inappropriate behavior where he approached me and made lewd comments, which made the gaming experience unsettling. It was frustrating having to deal with these disruptors during my WWE 2K 18 gameplay. The situation escalated when xXx Fantastic Guy insinuated suggestive comments, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. This behavior detracted from our enjoyment and led to an unpleasant gaming session.

In April [redacted], I contacted Roblox to report my daughter's stolen account. They asked me to use the account's original email address. However, each email I sent identified the account under my work alias, not the correct email. Despite explaining this, they couldn't match the accounts. I received different ticket numbers but the issue persisted. Unable to resolve it, I stopped emailing them in August [redacted]. I tried calling customer service, but the automated system was unhelpful as it required the correct email. I'm now facing unauthorized charges on the account. The credit card company couldn't assist since the charges came from my daughter's account. I had to cancel my credit card to stop the fraud. The charges then switched to PayPal, adding to my troubles. I'm unable to reach anyone at Roblox and seek to close the account and recover the $[redacted] fraudulent charges.

I only have brief evidence of the hacker's actions, and they left before more proof could be gathered. Others may have additional information as they mentioned recording the incident. [Two]: A problem with the physics system causes characters to be blasted away thousands of studs if they encounter even a small force in a strange position, which occurs frequently.
[Three]: Characters have the ability to glitch through walls or unexpectedly fall through the map.
[Four]: Using the Union function multiple times prevents interaction with all sides of the part, causing characters to get stuck mid-air on the object, particularly noticeable when creating holes in an object or at the edge of a Unioned ledge.
