I purchased a Voyager 3 tablet from Walmart a little over a year ago. I had to send it in once to get a replacement because it suddenly died and wouldn't turn back on. Now, I am locked out of my Google account, and despite trying to reset the tablet three different ways, it still won't reset to factory settings. This is frustrating as it's the second time my product has malfunctioned, leaving me unable to use it. I paid a good price for this tablet, and I just want it to work as intended. I need a new replacement tablet to be able to use it properly. This issue needs to be corrected as I've been without a working tablet for a significant amount of time since I purchased it.

For my son's birthday, I saved up to buy an RCA tablet. Sadly, the day after his birthday, it was stolen by another resident and sold. My son has been heartbroken since then as I can't afford to replace it. Every penny I have is going towards our place. I understand your policy may not cover replacements, but any help like a discount coupon would mean everything to my son. Please reach out if you need to at [redacted]. I can provide the purchase receipt if needed. Thank you, a devastated mother.

I recently bought an RCA 2-in-1 Notebook/Tablet, and the keyboard was functioning correctly until I tried connecting to Wi-Fi and downloaded ROKU which caused it to completely lock up. I've attempted basic troubleshooting like restarting and reattaching the keyboard without success. I reached out to customer service on 10/25/18 and was on hold for 1.5 hours before giving up, feeling frustrated. Despite my initial hesitation towards this brand, due to some financial constraints, I ended up purchasing it. I urgently need assistance as I have time-sensitive documents to type and require the main keyboard to work. I'm requesting the corporate office to reach out to me promptly. My details are as follows. Miss S. G. [redacted] Riggs Lane St. Jacob, IL [redacted] [redacted] I was provided a repair code "[redacted]" by a representative over the phone, who I suspect might be the individual breaching my phone calls.

I've had two chargers that stopped working on my tablet (RCT6873W42) previously. I recently ordered a new charger for $7, but the shipping cost more than the charger. However, after plugging in the new charger overnight, it doesn't seem to be charging my tablet. When I contacted customer support via text, I was advised to hold the power button down until it vibrates or beeps. It took about 15 seconds before it turned on, showing a 1% charge before shutting off again. Despite my efforts, I can't seem to turn it back on now, no matter how long I hold the power button. Customer service is now transferring me to an Android specialist who wants over $40 to attempt to fix the issue, which I find unreasonable. I don't want to invest more money into this tablet, especially since I had a similar experience with an RCA stereo in the past. I hope for your assistance in resolving this matter so I can share my positive experience with my friends on social media. Thank you for your attention to this matter. - M. McCool

As a senior citizen with limited technical skills, I have been loyal to RCA electronics for many decades. When I bought my two TVs four years ago from Walmart for my condo, I expected reliability. However, over the past six months, I have been struggling to turn on my TV using the remote or manually despite changing batteries, trying different plugs, and restarting the system. This morning, it took over an hour for the TV to stay on after the blue light appeared. After AT&T U-verse cable repair ruled out any issues on their end, it seems like an RCA problem. Walmart has not taken responsibility for the faulty TV, leaving me unable to afford a replacement. I am feeling frustrated and disappointed.

I have encountered significant difficulties resolving this issue. I initially engaged in a chat session on the website with a representative identified as Emily. Unfortunately, it seemed Emily did not fully review my query. She directed me to access settings and display, which did not effectively address my problem. My current issue involves adjusting the resolution on a larger screen to 1920x1080. However, after connecting an HDMI cord to my RCA cambio 2 in 1, the drop-down menu is not accessible as needed. After attempting to clarify the issue with Emily, she abruptly disconnected the chat session. Consequently, I submitted a complaint through a ticketing system to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided. I am hopeful to receive assistance from a more proficient representative to effectively address and resolve my concern.

I purchased an RCA Voyager 3 tablet from Walmart in Rockford, Illinois. I returned the first one due to the screen rotation issue even with auto-rotate off. The replacement had malfunctioning letters from the start, preventing me from passing the setup screen. Yesterday, I exchanged it for another one, but this new tablet is freezing frequently and unexpectedly closing apps. I own multiple RCA products and prefer not to switch brands. I rely heavily on my tablet for communication and am disappointed by the persistent issues with these 7-inch models. I have been patient, but the problems are causing me stress. I urge RCA to provide me with a better tablet, even if it's a larger model. I believe RCA should replace my tablet and arrange for the faulty one to be returned for diagnosis. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

In July, my grandmother purchased a tablet with a detachable keyboard. Unfortunately, within a month, the symbol keys became faulty, showing the wrong symbol when pressed, and the @ key stopped working entirely. Despite my advice to return it, she continued using it until it recently stopped turning on. It requires repairs. She also has a separate issue with another tablet she bought 10 months ago. This tablet takes a long time to boot up and has trouble connecting to the internet, even though it's not a Wi-Fi issue. We would appreciate both tablets being repaired. My grandmother is a loyal customer of RCA and recently bought another tablet, despite my reservations. Please fix both tablets and prove me wrong. If you need to reach me, please contact me at [redacted] or email me at [redacted] I eagerly anticipate your assistance. Thank you.

I ordered a tablet for my mom two weeks before Christmas. She lives in Chicago, and I live in Minnesota. Now, the computer only charges for 15 minutes, and the keyboard doesn't work. It's February, and there's no excuse for it not working properly. I tried to get a replacement, but no one seems to care. I can't get a refund, and I'm stuck dealing with a complicated process. I even explained to the lady from California that my elderly mom has cancer and can barely move, but she insists my mom must return the tablet herself. This is ridiculous. I paid for a top-notch computer for my mom, and now it's a hassle. I feel scammed. I want to speak to the company's president. Their customer service is terrible. It's unfair to make my ill, elderly mom deal with this. I'm frustrated with the situation and the way they talked to me. Please address this issue promptly.

A few months ago, I bought two Voyager 3 tablets for my daughters, model RCT6973W43. Unfortunately, both tablets had issues where they would not turn on past the RCA screen. After returning them four times to Walmart, they finally worked. However, one tablet started having the same issue again a month later, while the other tablet had a sound problem. Since it was past Walmart's return policy, I was advised to contact RCA directly for assistance. As a single mother who saved up for months to buy these tablets, I am disappointed that they are not working properly. I simply want a refund so I can purchase more reliable tablets for my daughters. I have tried calling customer support with no luck, so I'm reaching out here for help in resolving this quickly and easily. Thank you.

I contacted RCA support about my 10-inch Viking Pro tablet that was not connecting to Wi-Fi like my other RCA tablets, laptops, and Alexa devices. The support team told me to send a $30 check with a note detailing the issues, with the promise of a repair or replacement. After they cashed the check, they returned the tablet untouched, still with the same problems. They were unprofessional, cashing the check without fixing the tablet and being rude during my interactions. I want a refund and a working tablet, as a loyal customer with multiple RCA products. I expect accountability from RCA and Ventura Electronics for mishandling my case. I have documented everything and hope for a resolution soon. Thank you, Fred Rupp.

To whom it may concern, I bought an RCA flat-screen TV with a built-in DVD player for my mother five years ago. Unfortunately, it stopped working just two months after purchase. Despite keeping it all this time and wanting to use it in my new apartment, it hasn't been functional. The TV is still in great condition otherwise. I'm disappointed that such an expensive purchase failed after such a short time. This has been my worst online shopping experience, and I hope we can resolve this matter promptly. Thanks for your attention, and I look forward to your response soon.

My granddaughter had a wish list at school where she received a dual portable DVD player for the car. Unfortunately, when we tried to use it for the first time, there was an awful smell and it didn't work. I have checked my van's outlet, and there seems to be no problem with any other device. Additionally, my two grandsons, who were recently placed with me, received two RCA Tablets from their father. One of the tablets got cracked as my grandson dropped it, and although it turns on, I can't input the password to open it. The other tablet just won't turn on at all, even after trying to charge it with a different plug. As a grandmother with physical limitations who is on a tight budget, it has been challenging. Unfortunately, the school couldn't reach out to the sponsor who gifted the DVD player, and the boys' father is unhelpful. I hope there is a solution to these issues as my three grandchildren are very disappointed.

Hello, I recently purchased a new RCA 65” TV from Walmart, but unfortunately, I encountered some issues with the product. The first TV had a damaged screen upon unboxing, which I promptly exchanged for a new one. However, after only four days of use, the speaker on the replacement TV has blown out despite being used at a normal volume. I am concerned about the quality of this TV, especially since I have owned a 55” RCA TV for three years with no speaker issues. I am seeking some assistance or guidance on how to proceed. If this is a common occurrence with these TVs, I would appreciate any insights. Should I look into a refund or are there other options available? Thank you, Chad Bugden Grand Falls-Windsor, NL, Canada

I purchased an RCA 10 Viking II in September [redacted] and set it up for a nursing home resident. I followed the instruction to use a Gmail account, but now we can't remember the password and are locked out of the tablet. I'm looking to reset it to its original state. Gmail is not granting us access. I'm seeking guidance on how to regain entry to the tablet and would appreciate a customer service contact number for assistance since I have not found one that connects me to a person in the USA.

Before Christmas, I purchased 2 RCA tablets from Walmart for my daughters. Unfortunately, one of the tablets did not charge from the beginning and stopped working right after the holidays. The second tablet charged for a few days before also ceasing to charge. Despite visiting Walmart three times, I was told they could not assist me. I am now out nearly $[redacted], and my daughters have been without their Christmas gifts. I simply want functional tablets for my girls. It's now May, and it seems like no one cares about this issue. I will no longer shop at Walmart due to this experience. I'm reaching out to seek help to resolve this matter. One of the tablet screens also broke while it was not functional. I am not seeking a handout, just the working tablets I paid for. Please help me make my daughters happy and turn me into a satisfied customer. Thank you.

I am Varun, and I previously filed a complaint about my Thomson LED TV 40 inches with the complaint id [redacted] on 24th April. Nearly 3 weeks have passed since the complaint was lodged, and a technician was sent to my location to assess the power supply issue. However, I have not received any further updates from your team. I was given Ticket No:[redacted], but it has not been helpful. I am eager to know when my issue will be resolved promptly. I am disappointed with the level of service provided following the purchase of what was initially a good product. Your swift response and resolution are highly anticipated. Thank you.

We bought an RCA RNSMU6036 60-inch 4K UHD smart TV in November [redacted]. Since then, we’ve been experiencing the TV turning on randomly during the night. Recently, a green vertical line appeared on the left side of the screen. For a TV only 6 months old, these issues are unacceptable. We are very disappointed with the quality and value for the price paid. It has been almost 3 weeks without any response from RCA. I am urgent for answers or will consider seeking legal advice, as recommended by the retailer. Sending generic emails is not solving the problem.

I am reaching out regarding an RCA dual mobile DVD system I purchased from Walmart on January 19, [redacted], for my daughter's first birthday. After only having it for 5 months, the system stopped working a few weeks ago. I am disappointed as this cost me over $[redacted]. I have the receipt and all the packaging. When I took it to Walmart, they advised me to contact your company. I have attached a picture of the receipt. I would appreciate a replacement or a refund if a replacement is not possible. It is disheartening that a $[redacted] product would cease working within 5 months, especially since it was not heavily used. My details are: Frankie W., phone number [redacted], address: [redacted] West 41st Street, Shadyside, Ohio, [redacted]. The serial number of the product is P2HJ2A165595.

I phoned RCA's customer service number at [redacted] for TV assistance in the US and Canada. The representative who answered mentioned that the line is solely for TVs under warranty. Unfortunately, he abruptly ended the call, explaining he could not give out a different RCA contact number or email for locating authorized repair centers due to my TV being out of warranty. Seeking assistance to find a local repair shop for my 32" LCD HDTV-DVD RCA TV with a built-in DVD player, which is now not covered by warranty. The DVD is stuck and won't play or eject, prompting the need for repairs or at least removal of the DVD. Living at 27 Netherwood Place, Newark, NJ [redacted]. My contact number is [redacted]. If RCA indeed does not offer details for off-warranty products' repair centers and this information is missing from their website where I checked, I am deeply disappointed. I'm contemplating never buying an RCA product again and plan to spread the word. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
