To whom it may concern,
I am reaching out regarding my recent journey from Malaysia to Cape Town with Qatar Airways, departing on January 6th and returning on January 17th. I had booked a round trip with a transit flight in Doha in advance, and due to a foot injury, I required wheelchair assistance.
Despite purchasing seats with extra spacing and fully paying for my trip, on the flight from Doha to Cape Town on January 6th, I did not receive the extra legroom I had paid for and confirmed (in seat 11H). This experience was disappointing as I needed the additional space for comfort due to my foot injury.
I have heard positive reviews about Qatar Airways' service but was let down during my first experience with you. I have also paid for extra legroom for my return journey from Cape Town to Doha on January 17th (seat 17H), and I hope to not encounter the same issue again.
I kindly request a reimbursement for the unfulfilled extra spacing on January 6th and a proper seat assignment for my upcoming flight on January 17th. I seek a prompt resolution to this matter to avoid escalating it formally.

After unexpected events, I am reaching out in this manner. On the 3rd of December [redacted], I flew to Phuket via Qatar with Qatar Airways. With over 6 hours of delay from Munich Airport, I missed my connecting flight in Qatar. I had to wait for additional hours. I am frustrated because even though the airline sent my friend a refund form, I have been ignored for weeks. I am entitled to compensation for this inconvenience for legal reasons.
Either Qatar Airways takes my request seriously and finally responds to me, or I will be forced to take legal action against them.

We are two South African students transiting in Doha for 19 hours and 5 minutes en route to New Delhi from Medina, Saudi Arabia. I lost my luggage at Manila Airport on Flight Q934 from Doha at 7 AM. I have filled out the lost luggage form, but I have not received the reference number to track it as promised. I was assured it would be on the next flight to Manila and then to Coron today for me to collect tonight. I am currently in Coron for 3 days, then heading to Palawan and finally Cebu. I made a booking through CheapOair for Vetuta Dascaliuc but unfortunately, there was a mistake in the ticket arrangements. The return ticket I received has the departure airport different from the arrival airport in Turkey. Ideally, I wanted to depart from and return to Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen International Airport to avoid a longer trip from where I am staying. The purpose of my trip is to have surgery on my foot, while my husband will be visiting relatives on the same flight to Turkey. The travel agent is asking for a hefty fee of $[redacted] USD to make the necessary changes, which is not feasible for me as my reason for choosing Turkey for the surgery was cost-effectiveness.
Furthermore, there was an oversight in my requested travel date of August 10, which they are willing to adjust for an additional fee. The total charges are already exceeding what other airlines like Qatar would require, making the situation more challenging for me financially.

Hello,
I encountered a significant issue with Qatar Airways on March 7, [redacted]. My QR e-booking was under QXTCTQ for Pierangelo Chincoli. I was supposed to depart from Bangkok on April 7, [redacted], but faced an urgent situation in Italy, requiring me to return immediately. Upon visiting the Qatar office in Bangkok on March 7, I requested assistance to depart earlier. Unfortunately, I was informed that the 19:30 flight was full, and even inquired about a business class upgrade by covering the fare difference, but no options were available until March 12, and only to Rome or Barcelona. The representatives were unhelpful in their approach, prompting me to seek alternatives. I visited Emirates, where they initially stated the 20:45 Milan flight was full but managed to secure a seat for me within 30 minutes. I would greatly appreciate it if Qatar Airways could recognize the urgency of my situation and consider making a goodwill gesture towards me. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am disappointed with CheapOair's handling of my return flight booking with Qatar Airways. There was a mistake made in booking my flight from Istanbul airport instead of Istanbul SAW. When I reached out to Qatar Airways to rectify the departure airport, they advised that only CheapOair could make the necessary changes.
After contacting CheapOair, they requested $[redacted] USD (300AUD) to make the changes. Additionally, they arranged a 10-hour layover for both myself and my husband on the way to Turkey. To add to the inconvenience, my return date was changed from August 12 to September 11 without my consent. When they emailed me about the change, I was given the option to ACCEPT or cancel the flight, which is unacceptable as I need to be back in Melbourne on August 12.
This situation has caused me a lot of distress, especially because I have mobility issues and will be traveling to Turkey for a medical procedure. It is frustrating that Qatar Airways informed me that only CheapOair can modify the booking, yet both airlines have made arbitrary changes without considering my needs. This unilateral decision-making process by Qatar and CheapOair needs to be brought to the attention of the public.

Our flight from Thailand was delayed for three hours. Upon arrival in Qatar (Doha), we were not allowed on our connecting flight because it departed just 5 minutes before we landed. We were taken to a very cold and dirty hotel, served cheap and tasteless food. We spent 9 hours in Doha, then boarded an A320 Airbus to Istanbul, where we had a 5-hour layover before heading to Moscow. Instead of landing at Sheremetyevo airport, we were sent to Domodedovo, which is on the other side of Moscow from our home. The Turkish airlines did not provide any food, the flight attendants were unfriendly, the seats did not recline, making it impossible to sleep. We finally arrived home at 9:00 PM on March 13, when we were supposed to land 24 hours earlier at 9:20 PM on March 12. We spent a lot of money on food, taxis, and water. Also, two of our suitcases were damaged.

On the 25th of March, I flew out of Manchester Airport with 7 luggage bags but was only given 6 luggage tags. I purchased a ticket last September to fly to Dubai with my daughter through Qatar Airways. Due to my country's ban from entering Dubai, I contacted Qatar Airways customer service to discuss my options. The representative advised me to keep my ticket open, valid for a year. Now, after six months with no changes in the ban, I am considering using my ticket to go to Doha instead of Dubai. The ticket route is from Abuja to Doha and then Doha to Dubai.
