I have been a Power Pay customer for a while, but my account ran out of money last month. When I tried to make a payment, I was informed that my account was closed due to a return payment, which I had not made. I explained to the representative that I had lost my job and funds were tight, but I was treated rudely and told to pay the full balance of around $[redacted]. I was also informed about another attempted payment of $85 with a wrong account number, which I did not authorize. As a result, I have been without service for over a month, had to leave my home due to extreme heat, and faced additional charges for meter tampering, which I did not do. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, I have been met with unhelpful responses and demands for payment. I hope someone will listen to my situation and assist me in reconnecting my service.

On 8 Aug, a PSO tree trimming crew visited my residence at [redacted] S Birmingham Ave, Tulsa, OK [redacted]. They used my driveway as a staging area to trim trees on my property and neighboring lots without permission. The crew stacked the limbs along my driveway to access the chipper. They had to pass between my Corvette and the neighbor's fence, which were only 6 feet apart, making it a tight squeeze as they carried and dragged the tree limbs. Later, when I inspected the trimmed trees, I noticed damage to the right rear bumper of my car. The bumper is made of flexible polyurethane and has a cracked spot requiring repair and repainting. I have taken photos to share the details with you.
