My daughter purchased three dresses that unfortunately did not fit her properly. Despite trying to return them within 10 days of receiving the items, I discovered that the return window was only 7 days according to the terms of service. In my email to customer service, they responded by simply copying and pasting their policy. I inquired about the possibility of an exchange but did not receive a clear answer. When I requested to speak with someone other than the manager who initially replied, I found myself in a loop with the same manager sending me messages. Even after asking for a different contact, I received the same policy message from an assistant manager. It has been frustrating not to receive personalized assistance from the customer service team.
