We recently switched our internet service from Telus to Primus through Costco. The Telus internet was reliable and consistent at 75mbps, but our new Primus cable internet (account [redacted]18) is extremely inconsistent. Our Ethernet speeds fluctuate from 2-120mbps for downloads and 1-4mbps for uploads. The wifi speed is poor, often around 15mbps or lower. We have experienced modem shutdowns needing manual restarts, which is frustrating. I am unsure if this is a signal, hardware, or software issue, but the unreliable speeds are unacceptable, especially through Ethernet. Please address and resolve this issue promptly.
