In our church, we utilize a Presonus StudioLive 24R digital mixer controlled by UC Surface (version 2.10.0.[redacted]) with a build date of 1-21-[redacted]. The Apple iPad Pro model is 3D119LL/A running on version 12.1.4 (16D57). There is an issue with the Scn Scene safe padlock icon. When pressed, it remains locked and does not open. Upon pressing, the padlock changes to a greenish hue with a grey frame and then to blue with a white background frame, but it never unlocks. This prevents us from editing or saving scenes. Although restarting the iPad Pro fixed this problem previously, it is not resolving it now. We are seeking assistance to address this issue.

Hello, I am thinking about purchasing a used Presonus Faderport 8 from a friend who has owned it for three years. I plan to thoroughly test the device before making a decision. I'm wondering about any potential issues regarding transferring the license or registration from the previous owner's Presonus account. I am hoping to save money on this purchase, so I can buy the FP16 brand new. I am already a big fan and supporter of Presonus products, owning the E66 MTMs, the Faderport V1, and Studio One 3. I am also considering purchasing the Sphere subscription soon. I would really appreciate your assistance with this matter. Thank you in advance.

Hello, I purchased the full version of Notion for my iPad from the App Store yesterday. However, I am having trouble creating an account using my name and email address ([redacted]). This is preventing me from accessing the free Sound Set and other features included in the full version. Whenever I attempt to create my account, I receive an error message saying "something went wrong." I would appreciate your prompt assistance with this matter. Thank you.
