Order #[redacted]02 was purchased as a Christmas gift for Shelby with a lovely message. Unfortunately, upon opening, the sofa lounger had some issues. Firstly, there were no assembly instructions included. Secondly, the zipper for the seat cushions was faulty, making assembly difficult. Additionally, the sofa did not sit up straight, and the seat cushions were uneven. The shedding sherpa fabric caused inconvenience during assembly. Despite contacting customer service, no resolution was offered. The chair was purchased in late October but stayed in the box until Christmas.
