I visited the post office at [redacted] Alvarado DR SE, Albuquerque, NM [redacted] on Friday, May 18th to collect my new mailbox key but was informed that it had already been given out. Despite requesting my mail to be held, I was asked to return the next week. Upon my return on Thursday the 24th, I was accused of lying about not having the key and was informed that someone had presented an ID with my name, obtaining my key. My mail was not held as promised, and I encountered dismissive behavior from the manager and staff. Eventually, they agreed to hold my mail and replace the lock, which may take up to 30 days. I hope for a quicker resolution given the circumstances but was informed it's not possible. I would appreciate if someone could investigate and improve the security procedures to prevent keys from being easily distributed.

I forgot to update my address with USPS, which caused a delivery issue with my new phone from UPS. The package is now marked for return to sender due to the old address listed as vacant. I need to intercept the package before it is sent back and pick it up directly from the post office. I have all the necessary details about the package. What use is there in complaining? Since Thanksgiving, I've had three packages go missing. The first disappeared after being handed off directly. I filed a complaint and got no response. The second package, which was expected to arrive by 8:00 PM on Thursday, showed up on Sunday. The third package reached a substation one hour away at 7:30 PM on Saturday after spending 48 hours in two other substations. It's now been stuck one hour away for 48 hours, and I'm being given excuses about the weather. At this rate, it's impossible for it to arrive by 8:00 PM tonight since it's already past 8:51. It's taken 96 hours to cover a journey that should take 10 hours. Clearly, the delivery system needs improvement instead of wasting money on commercials showing caring postal carriers that don't reflect reality for these disappointed twins expecting their packages.

I am writing to file a complaint regarding the Whitchurch Post Office in Shropshire.
My company accounts, which were sent to me via recorded delivery from MANN ACCOUNTANCY SERVICES at [redacted]/[redacted] WHITEHORSE ROAD, CROYDON, CR02LA, with tracking reference number B[redacted]96GB, have gone missing. When I visited the post office on Thursday, June 6th to inquire about the delivery, the postman at the counter repeatedly mentioned they were delivered following company policy, with another individual silently doing paperwork beside him.
I returned to the post office and requested to speak to the manager to address the situation and submitted a complaint form. The person who provided me with the form, M.Grant, stated that the manager, Simon Prince, would be available on Saturday.
Upon visiting on Saturday, I encountered the same individual who had been doing paperwork earlier, while the postman reiterated the company policy. The manager later informed me that the delivery had been made to a fish & chip shop.
I am puzzled as to why the recorded delivery ended up at a fish & chip shop, why a delivery notice was not left at my residence, why it was delivered [redacted] meters away, and why the manager did not intervene when the postman referred to company policy.
I have experienced missing mail in the past, including bank statements and cards, raising concerns about potential misuse of my address.

I'm currently facing a troubling situation with my Xbox console that I sent for repair through the post office, located on Wolverhampton Road. Unfortunately, the parcel hasn't reached the repair unit yet despite my efforts to track it down. Upon inquiring at the post office, I was informed that untracked parcels can sometimes get delayed due to the influx of new orders daily. Despite not receiving a receipt upon sending the parcel, I reached out to Microsoft who confirmed they hadn't received it. After further discussions with the post office manager and unsuccessful attempts to locate the parcel through contact numbers provided, I discovered discrepancies in the handling of my parcel by the staff. The constant changes in information and lack of proper documentation have left me frustrated and concerned, especially when it comes to the unclear handling of my parcel. The inconsistencies in responses from the post office staff regarding CCTV footage and the handling of my parcel have added to my confusion and dissatisfaction with the situation.

I bought two large letter stamps, one for mailing a document and the other for the return envelope. I just realized there's a 24-hour expiry on the postage. Why is that? I'm wondering if the Post Office will still accept the postage if it's past the expiry date. Dear Sir, I received a gift from the Philippines on 11/02/[redacted], sent to Mahendra Kumar Seth c/o Kalyan Chaudhary, Central Library, Kashi Hindu University, Varanasi [redacted]. Kalyan Chaudhary accepted the package on 06/03/[redacted] after a payment of ₹[redacted]. As Mahendra Kumar Seth was in Delhi at the time, he collected the parcel from his friend in Varanasi on 16 March. I am currently separated from my husband, and he has set up mail forwarding to 16 Chimera Wood, Helens Bay, Co.Down for himself, STUART MACMILLAN. My name is Michelle Macmillan, and I still reside at 41 Ardvanagh Road, Conlig. Despite this, some of my mail has been wrongly delivered to Chimera Wood and opened, causing me distress, especially a letter regarding a car accident with a cheque inside that I did not want my husband to see. I am worried about the efficiency of using Priority Boxes for Covid tests. How frequently are they emptied, and when will my sample reach the lab for analysis? It appears there is no assurance the sample will be delivered within 24 hours; in fact, it might take up to 48 hours for delivery. The lab mentioned they might require 48 hours for analyzing the sample. Considering the time it takes for sampling, sending it to the Priority box, waiting for delivery, and analyzing, it could exceed [redacted] hours. Airlines require the sample to be taken 72 hours before the flight, creating a risk of many samples not being processed on time for the upcoming summer holidays. If I post my sample in a Priority Box in Inverness around 3:00 pm on Wednesday, when should I expect it to arrive at the Laboratory in Durham?

I need assistance with my stolen ATM card. I have been trying to contact the ATM card customer care number provided by the post office, [redacted]0, for the past 15 days with no success. Whenever I try, the number is unreachable. I have informed the post office about this issue, but they mentioned that there is nothing they can do. I need to address a complaint about our speed post delivery experience. The postmaster visited the delivery address and instructed me to submit the receiving person's document at the post office the next day to receive our speed post. However, they did not deliver our speed post and claimed the address was not found, returning it. The behavior of the postmaster at Okhla Phase 3, Shyam Nagar, was disrespectful and unhelpful.
We request the prompt delivery of our speed post to the correct address. We have the necessary receiving document and contact details to provide. The speed post originated from Kolkata to Delhi under the name of DPMC Relocation. The postmaster also questioned why we had not displayed our board and preempted any future issues, which we found unnecessary. Please ensure the delivery of our speed post without further delay, and if needed, the postmaster can collect any required documents from the address.

I have been operating a small eBay business for 6 years. Recently, I visited the post office I have used for all these years to send out a package with tracking, a service I have always used. To my surprise, the new postmaster claimed there was never a tracking service available at the office. Despite my attempts to explain, he seemed unfamiliar with the tracking option. He even seemed agitated by my request. The fact that neither he nor his wife, who also worked there, could communicate effectively in English made the situation even more frustrating. Their lack of knowledge about the services offered was disappointing. Instead of the usual £4.85, he insisted on a more expensive £8.45 signed-for option. This experience at the Oxgang's Broadway Post Office in Edinburgh yesterday was so negative that I have decided to take my business elsewhere in the future.
