The Popeyes in Temple, Texas on [redacted] W. Adams Ave. is incredibly unprofessional. The staff, including the manager, was very unprofessional. When I visited, the front end was packed and only one person was working the front register while the manager kept running in and out of the store. At one point when she did come out, she sat down and cracked jokes in the back with the cooks, who had their pants down, exposing their behind. I will not be eating there again.

I bought a Popeyes gift card for my mother on Mother’s Day, but it doesn’t work at the Popeyes in Reno, Nevada or the Springs Rd., Vallejo Popeyes where I bought it. It's frustrating when I try to use it and it doesn't work. I'm not getting any help with this issue, and I would like a refund. My name is Denise.

On 10/26/[redacted] at 11:35 am, I was at the drivethru at Popeyes Store# [redacted] when the Store Manager stopped in the drivethru to deliver and pick up items while I was waiting behind her. After honking to get her attention, the customer behind me reversed, allowing me to do the same. When I went inside and spoke to the cashier, Taker, she relayed my complaint to the Store Manager, leading to a confrontation where the Store Manager and other workers got defensive. The cashier later commented to me that "Everybody is very saucy this morning." Despite the chaos, I placed my order, got my food, and left. However, my mother, who was in the car, witnessed four other customers having similar issues with the Store Manager in the drivethru. This experience highlights poor customer service practices, and Popeyes should not conduct delivery and pickups in the drivethru lane, as it resulted in lost orders and customer dissatisfaction.

Last night around 9-9:30 pm, I visited the drive-thru in Griffith, Indiana. I ordered using the "2 can dine for $10.99" coupon but was asked to wait 25-30 minutes for chicken. Initially, there was confusion about my order, and it took some time for the staff to process it. When I paid with my debit card, the employee took my card to the front register, leaving me feeling uneasy. Despite my repeated requests, she refused to return my card until the police were called. It was a stressful and uncomfortable ordeal, and I felt it was inappropriate for the manager to withhold my credit card in this manner. An incident report was filed with the police.

I visited Popeyes in Waterbury, Connecticut with my wife last Sunday. The employees were being careless and using inappropriate language. The manager became upset and told us we didn't have to come back if that's how they run the business. I don't want to spend my money there. If you need to ask me anything, please contact me. I placed an order on the Popeyes app using the email [redacted] Despite reaching out multiple times without a response, I have not received my order. The order confirmation number is #75, and my phone number is [redacted]. After contacting DoorDash and them attempting to reach the driver with no success, they assured me that they would request a refund from Popeyes on my behalf as they were the ones who processed my payment. I am requesting a refund for the undelivered order to be credited back to my original payment method. Thank you.

Hello, my name is L. White, residing in Las Vegas, NV [redacted]. Today, on 4/17/23, I visited your store at the Maryland Parkway and Flamingo location at 4:15 pm. I ordered a large combo with two chicken breasts, original recipe, two biscuits, and a large red beans and rice. Unfortunately, upon arriving home, I discovered that the large red beans and rice were missing from my order. I subsequently sent my boyfriend to retrieve the missing item, but he encountered an extremely rude manager who accused him of lying without even checking the receipt.

I had a brief employment experience at Popeyes in Fort Payne, Alabama, which quickly became hostile. Despite applying for a full-time position at 40 hours per week, I was only offered part-time work at a lower rate than expected. During my short time there, I faced issues with the management, particularly with Brad, who accused me of insubordination for waiting outside after my shift. On my second day, a senior staff member questioned me about boxes in the kitchen, even though they were there before my shift started. Shortly after, I was abruptly fired for being perceived as rude before my shift began. Now, I am struggling to receive my rightful paycheck from them. I urge a thorough review of the management at the Fort Payne Alabama location.

I'm Kimberly Coleman. I used to work at Popeyes in Swainsboro, GA back in May [redacted]. I quit to find another job. I contacted the store regarding my last paycheck, but the store manager was always unavailable. Recently, on 02/13/[redacted], my sister Shameka Coleman, who also worked there, visited the store and found out that our checks from May [redacted] were still there. I communicated with the manager, Heather, through Facebook Messenger. She mentioned she would contact the owner to resolve the issue of the expired checks. When I followed up with her, she said it wouldn't be immediate. I just want a new check with the updated date. Unfortunately, Heather blocked me after I asked for an update. I reside in Jacksonville, Florida near Dunn Avenue, and I'm a regular visitor to the Popeyes location in the area. Typically, I prefer to go inside to verify my order. However, during my recent visit, I ordered plain wings for my 81-year-old mother, only to discover they were spicy and hot when she bit into them. Unable to consume them myself, I had to discard the wings. It was disappointing and a waste of both money and time. It's important that when customers specify no spice, their orders are prepared accordingly. There could have been serious consequences if my mother had a negative reaction to the spice.
