Our experience at your restaurant was disappointing. The food quality was poor, and the prices were very high. We ordered tender combo meals, which cost $28.90, but the portions were small and the chicken strips were skimpy. My husband's spicy chicken was mostly breading with very little chicken. The coleslaw was mediocre, and my Mac and cheese was decent, although I was charged extra for it. When checking online to express our dissatisfaction, we discovered a missed opportunity for a free chicken sandwich offer that was not promoted in-store. We informed the staff that we would not return, and they expressed regret upon hearing about our negative experience.

I recently visited Popeyes #[redacted] at [redacted] S. Jefferson Cookeville, TN with my friend. Our order was taken by Manager Chelsea Debruler, who was rude despite low traffic. Other customers also noted delays and poor service. The manager left one employee to handle the register and food preparation, making it clear the staff was overworked. After an hour, our meals arrived, and I was appalled by the manager's behavior, eventually finding out her name. The mismanagement affected both customers and staff. I recently visited the drive-through to order 24 ghost pepper wings, but received 24 nuggets instead. I suspect they knew they were out of ghost pepper wings but didn't inform me. I discovered the error when I got home. I intended to speak with the manager about this, but during our conversation, I used profanity, which shifted the focus to that instead of addressing the mistake made by the store. The manager didn't apologize or address the issue properly. It seemed like he made it more about himself than the store's error. As someone in the service industry, I believe the customer should be treated with respect. Asking for a receipt for a recent purchase seemed unnecessary in this situation. My concern was about the poor quality of both the food and service.

I am reaching out regarding an undelivered order I placed. I ordered a Classic Bacon & Cheese Chicken Sandwich Combo (Classic Black & Cheese Chicken Sandwich, Regular Cajun Fries, Small Sweet Tea) on the app from Popeyes at 32-78 48 Street, Queens, NY [redacted] around 11:34 AM. The delivery driver, Taylor Matthew, picked up the order but didn't deliver it to me. It seems they falsely confirmed delivery and may have consumed the food. I attempted to contact them via the app, but the provided number (+[redacted]0) appears to be a fake/spam number. I contacted the Popeyes store, and they were unable to assist, advising me to raise the issue here. Your help in addressing this matter would be greatly appreciated.

To whom it may concern, I visited your Arlington, Texas location and ordered an AT&T piece nugget. Unfortunately, they served me refried nuggets that seemed old. I have tried calling the store multiple times, but no one answers. I still have my receipt and believe that this issue needs attention. I do not want to just give Popeyes $18 for such poor quality. I am extremely disappointed with my recent order at [redacted] Enon Springs Rd East, Smyrna, TN [redacted] with order number 77, ticket #[redacted]. My nugget combo was missing pieces, the Mac and cheese was dry, and my child's meal was also cold and unappetizing. The 12 pirate wings were not sauced as requested during payment with Apple Pay, and the customer service was rude. To make matters worse, I live far away, and despite trying to call, no one answered to address the issue. It was such a frustrating experience that I ended up having to throw away the entire order.

I am extremely disappointed with the recent experience I had at the Popeyes location on Aitex and I45 in Houston, TX. The manager named Keisha charged my card $41.85 and then proceeded to charge it two more times, leading to my card being locked. Despite her denial of these additional transactions, she refused to return my card and made my daughters give back the food. I am requesting an immediate reversal of the unauthorized charges. After this incident, my family and I have decided not to patronize any of your restaurants in the future.

Yesterday, I lost my wallet, and a kind stranger recovered it. Unfortunately, my card was used twice at a new establishment on Southern Blvd in the South Bronx. I am a vegetarian and don't eat meat. During my recent visit to the Popeyes location at [redacted] Telegraph Redford, MI, I encountered a disrespectful experience. After placing an order through the app, I waited for nearly an hour. The cashier handed me food that appeared to be not fresh, especially the spicy chicken from the family meal that I had ordered at $24.99. Upon looking into the box, I was dissatisfied and requested a different batch. The service was slow, with additional customers being served before me quickly. When I finally got my order, it contained mainly legs and thighs instead of the white meat I had requested. The sides were not well organized in the box either. It seemed like the employees were not attentive to my order or concerns. After receiving a second box with the same issue of bad food, I left the store without causing a scene. I recently visited Popeyes locations in Richmond, VA, including Chester and Midlothian Turnpike, and had great experiences. The staff were fantastic, and the food was perfect. Unfortunately, my visit to the one on Va Beach Blvd in the Janaf shopping center was terrible. The service was extremely poor, with rude employees who consistently made mistakes with orders. They even got upset when customers pointed out errors. The drive-thru was a disaster, with long waits and cold, incorrect food being served. It seems the franchise owner needs to improve training and overall management of this location. It's disappointing that such a negative experience could impact the reputation of the entire chain. In my opinion, it might be best for the owner to consider selling the franchise to someone else who can turn things around.

I have dined at the Popeyes on Lincoln Way West in South Bend, Indiana, for the second or third time, and I am disappointed with the recent changes in portion sizes and quality of the chicken. It seems like they might have switched vendors as the sizes are bigger, and the quality has decreased significantly. I recall seeing a program where the vice president visited various Popeyes locations undercover to assess the company's performance. I would appreciate it if the same scrutiny could be applied to this particular Popeyes, as the food quality has noticeably declined. My experience has left me feeling let down.

We request a refund or the correct food we paid for, as dealing with incorrect orders impacts our limited break time. I placed a family order on the app and got a confirmation, but the restaurant did not receive it. Thinking there might have been a delay in the app, my wife went to a nearby grocery store while we waited. When we returned to the restaurant, the order still hadn't come through, and the manager was unable to fulfill it. My daughter and I visited the Popeyes restaurant in Jackson, TN on Vann Drive on Saturday, October 7, [redacted] at around 11:20 am. Despite being told our mild chicken would take 12 minutes, we ended up waiting for 21 minutes without many other customers present. When we inquired about the delay, the staff became defensive and displayed rude and unprofessional behavior, needing more training. They didn't have the mild legs my daughter ordered, promising a 12-minute wait that stretched to 20 minutes. The situation escalated when the mac and cheese we got was the wrong size; it took three workers some effort to acknowledge the mistake. The so-called manager's disrespectful attitude and smart remarks soured the experience. I visited your store at [redacted] Northwest Expressway in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma with a friend. We ordered two three-piece combos totaling $28.54. The biscuits were hard and old, and when we asked for a replacement, we were told that's how they are. After some back and forth, we did get them replaced. Unfortunately, the chicken was also old, oily, and greasy. We couldn't eat most of it. The staff member, Tamika, was very argumentative and rude, insisting the chicken was fresh. I ordered a three piece spicy all white mixed meal at store #[redacted] on [redacted] Troost Ave. in Kansas City, MO. I had requested not to receive all wings and preferred breast meat. However, I received two tiny wings instead. I am extremely disappointed as the store did not offer any solutions. Furthermore, I have observed that the stores in predominantly black neighborhoods have mostly Hispanic employees. I plan to address this issue with the City Council as I believe the staff should be more representative of the community they serve. I paid $24.48 for my order and I expect better service and hot food. The staff at this location was condescending and unprofessional. Can Popeyes address this issue with the store? I live about 10 miles away, which makes it inconvenient to return for a correction. This reflects poorly on Popeyes.
