I am dissatisfied with the recent change in the betting range for slots. Previously, we had options to bet 10,[redacted], 5,[redacted], or 2,[redacted], but now it's either 50,[redacted] or 50, which is a significant decrease. I have been a longtime player of slotomania, and I pay to enjoy the games. I bought a lotto bonus for $53.99, but there was an error when I tried to redeem my coins. I closed and reopened the Slotomania app multiple times, and even though it showed I still had the lotto bonus, I had to play again to win what I initially had. On March 7th, I purchased two packs within the game. After waiting for more than 48 hours, support finally responded, but the issue wasn't resolved despite days of email exchanges. Eventually, they advised me to contact Google Play for a refund, but I was informed that I was ineligible due to the time elapsed since the purchase and the transaction going through successfully. When I reached out to Board Kings support again, they claimed the screenshots of my receipts were altered, even though I had simply cropped and collaged them together for submission. Despite providing additional unaltered receipts from previous purchases, they continued to insist that something was wrong without specifying the issue. I have tried to prove that the receipts were genuine, but they have since stopped responding to my inquiries.

Hello, I have made five purchases but have not received the stamp bonus. The first three purchases were successful, but the last two transactions did not transition to the stamping bonus stage, and I faced issues with the Lucky Spin special offer initially stating a payment decline. I noticed the most recent charge on my account at 7:31 AM Puerto Vallarta time did not deliver the coins. I have been a player of this game for 12 years and have completed around 8 to 10 transactions. There are two straightforward solutions to resolve this:

After reaching out to WSOP support, they initially claimed I lost the chips, but later sent me an email apologizing for the inconvenience and stating they would add $2 million to my bankroll. A while back, I had over 8 million chips in my bankroll on the free WSOP game, but when I woke up, the app was missing, and I only had $12 million left. After reaching out to WSOP support, they claimed I spent the chips, which I strongly disagree with. Despite their initial response, they later added 2 billion chips to my account as an apology, bringing my balance to 2,[redacted],[redacted],[redacted] chips. However, I have yet to receive the actual money. I hope to resolve this issue soon as playing the game keeps me entertained in my retirement at 65 years old.

Upon launching the game, I received a notification that my Slotomania account has been disabled. Playtica support suggests that I initiated this through an email correspondence which I never sent or received. They state that this action cannot be reversed. I am considering creating a new account and would appreciate having all my progress reinstated as I have been playing diligently for years. Losing everything I worked for due to the account deletion is disheartening. Both my spouse and I have been loyal players for a long time. Despite reaching out to Playtica Support, they maintain that the account was deleted based on my request and refuse to assist further.

I am concerned why the games are not downloading after playing for 12 years without issues. Despite using the same phone and iPad, an error message keeps popping up, asking to try again but with no success. It's frustrating as all steps are being followed, including restarting the devices, yet the game won't download properly. Even when entering the email address, it's flagged as invalid which is odd. I am experiencing harassment in Bingo Blitz. Another player is spreading lies to the moderators, resulting in me being muted. Customer support has been unresponsive. Recently, I discovered that even my new account has been muted without my interaction. This has been ongoing for nine months, with the person even hacking my account and using my name. Hello, I believe I have experienced unfair treatment from the customer service team of the WSOP app/game. Despite bringing up issues of cheating, they have not taken proper responsibility and instead accused me. The app has caused me to lose over 10 billion chips due to freezing incidents. I'm having trouble loading Slotomania on VKontakte. It was working fine until a few days ago, now it won't load past halfway. Other VK apps are working, so I'm not sure what the issue is. I enjoy playing the WSOP game, but I feel it's unfair. I feel like the game is biased towards taking the money I paid for chips. Whenever I start doing well, I end up in games where improbable hands deplete all my chips. Sometimes, I suspect I'm playing against computer-controlled players who consistently have unbeatable hands. I believe the game should be more balanced so that all players, regardless of their skill level, can enjoy it without having to spend excessive amounts to replenish their chips.
