A few weeks ago, I encountered an issue with my PSN account due to a password error. Despite trying to fix it online, I couldn't log in. Today, I wanted to buy a game on PSN, managed to reset my password, but discovered that my account had been permanently banned. Upon reviewing old Sony emails, I found a notification of an unauthorized email and password change in late August. Is there any way I can recover my account? Being a loyal Sony user, I hadn't noticed any signs of compromise before. Sadly, I struggled to find support when I initially faced login problems. My account has been compromised. About a month or two ago, someone changed the primary email address associated with my account without my knowledge and made unauthorized charges on my Playstation account. I only became aware of this when I saw the charges on my credit card. I have already filed a dispute with my credit card company and successfully reclaimed the money. However, I am still unable to access my original account, which likely contains previous game purchases and progress tied to my online ID. I need assistance in recovering my account. I've been a dedicated fan of your products since day one and have always appreciated the enjoyment you bring to many people, myself included. Unfortunately, my console was recently destroyed, causing a lot of hardship for me as a young disabled person on a limited budget. I dream of owning the new PS5, but it's out of reach for me financially. I've sent pictures of the damaged device and tried to salvage the hard drive. I need assistance with a recent issue on my PSN account. I received notice of a 60-day suspension while playing Friday the 13th due to exchanging heated messages with another player, TDK_0631. This player initiated a confrontation by sending hate messages, to which I responded with a few inappropriate words. I now understand this led to my suspension. I urge you to review the conversation to see the context as I feel unjustly penalized. I was trying to enjoy the game when faced with hurtful messages. I believe the suspension is unfair considering I was defending myself against bullying. I hope you can reconsider the situation as I believe I am the victim in this scenario.

I recently purchased a new PS4 controller after my previous one was stolen by a cousin. I've been enjoying using it for gaming on both my PS4 and PC. However, I encountered an issue when trying to connect the controller to my PC via Bluetooth. The light on the controller turned blue but it wasn't recognized by my PC. When I connected it via USB, the orange light would briefly show but then turn off. I've attempted using different chargers and resetting the controller, to no avail. I'm at a loss on how to resolve this problem and would appreciate any assistance.

On July 26th, I received an email indicating that my Online-ID (email) was altered without my knowledge. Despite numerous attempts to rectify this issue, I am unable to access my PlayStation account due to the changed ID. It is important to note that I did not change my Online-ID, which suggests that my account has been compromised. Despite reaching out to PlayStation chat support for assistance, I have not been able to resolve the problem. I am reaching out in the hope that you can provide me with the necessary support to regain access to my account.

I've been playing Overwatch on PlayStation for over 5 years and collected almost all achievements. The only one I'm missing is the rapid discord achievement. Despite fulfilling the requirements many times, I still don't have it. Recently, I should have earned it for the 12th time but didn't. After having a conversation with a player on "Rainbow Six Siege" who was sending me hateful comments due to my lack of skill, my account was swiftly and mistakenly banned. Despite not violating any rules during the exchange where he continued to mock me about a recent accident, I was unfairly suspended. The player, going by the psn "nyquz", engaged in hate speech, yet I was the one banned. I couldn't even report him in time. I have been a dedicated Sony user since childhood, and this is the first time I've encountered such a ban. I am unable to provide evidence of the interaction as I cannot access my account. If my appeal is not considered, I may abandon my Sony account and switch to PC gaming. I trust Sony's customer support to address this issue promptly and fairly. In [redacted], when I was 11, I created an account using similar passwords for everything. In [redacted] or [redacted], my account was hacked, and I only realized it later, mistaking it for a PSN update. A year passed before I tried to log in again, struggling as my email was no longer recognized. Recently, I noticed my account being actively used by someone else. I contacted the user but received no reply. I possess all the original details of the account – security questions, old passwords, email, purchase history, games, messages, and my birthdate – all pre-changes made by the hacker.

My account was temporarily suspended for 7 days for "offensive or abusive content." I believe this happened because I messaged someone after a disagreement in the game. The other user was provoking me in the in-game chat and using unsportsmanlike tactics, which upset me as I did not have a microphone to respond. I admit I should have controlled my reaction, considering it is my 2nd or 3rd offense I should have learned from past mistakes. I intend for this to be the last incident and plan on disabling PSN chat with non-friends to prevent similar situations. I am not seeking forgiveness but rather making a plea, as I would prefer not to be without my console for 7 days. I hope you consider my explanation. Thank you.

I'm currently in a group chat with friends where there's one individual who consistently behaves rudely and instigates conflicts with others, creating a toxic environment. Recently, this individual reported some of my messages, claiming they were offensive, but I only spoke up in defense of myself and others. The messages I sent were nothing compared to the offensive language and content regularly shared by that person in our PlayStation group chat. This individual frequently uses derogatory terms like "gay," "cunt," "pussy," and "nigger," and despite reporting his behavior, only my account has been suspended. It feels unjust that I face consequences while he goes unpunished, especially since he has also deleted his offensive messages, which included hate speech and sexual content. His constant mockery has even exacerbated my depression.

I woke up this morning to an email stating I was banned for hate speech, racism, or xenophobia. I tried contacting customer support but haven't received a response yet. I believe I was reported after an argument I had yesterday, which I tried to de-escalate. I can assure you that I did not violate any rules. In fact, I remained passive and wished the other person well. I feel the ban is unfair and I kindly request either for it to be lifted or to receive the exact words that led to my ban. I have a PlayStation account and wanted to play Minecraft on PS4 with my two kids. I created accounts for them using Family Management. Everything was fine for one night, but the next day, when we logged in, my son's account had been banned. They did not send an email to his email, provide a reason, or engage in any bad behavior. We just played in one creative world and made a house. We did not play with anyone else. I would like to find out why his account was banned and how to recover it.

While playing Apex Legends ranked, a competitive game where I am a Platinum rank player, my teammate deliberately pushed me off the map during camping, which resulted in a significant loss of RP. Feeling frustrated about maintaining my rank, I engaged in a heated exchange with the teammate who even proceeded to taunt me in-game. Unfortunately, I don't have access to screenshots since I got banned, preventing me from reviewing the messages. I believe it would be fair to investigate the situation and potentially ban the other player as well for their toxic behavior towards me. I acknowledge my ban but feel it is necessary to address the other player's actions. It's disheartening to experience this kind of disrespect.

Since purchasing my PS4 in [redacted], I wanted to play with my friends, but I didn't have a cellphone. I asked my mother to create a PSN account for me, but she took too long, so I tried to do it myself. I used her email but couldn't get it right. One day I accidentally entered a non-existent email, which somehow created a PSN account. Now, I want to change that email to my own since I have a cellphone. I don't know the password for the account email, and the email doesn't actually exist. No one I know can help me change the password and email to a working one.
