My son engaged in a confrontation with another player on GTA, who kept texting him about their game score. After about 30 minutes of continuous texting, my son responded out of frustration, leading to my account being suspended. I was unaware of this until I tried to log in hours later. I have never had any issues before and it was my son's actions that caused this problem. I have addressed the situation with him, and he will not have access to my PlayStation moving forward. I am frustrated that my account got locked when I was trying to access my wallet to purchase a game. I never set a password and now I am unable to log in even after changing it. The automated responses are unhelpful, and the given number [redacted] is not resolving the issue. This, along with my unsuccessful attempts to buy a PS5 locally, is making me consider switching to Xbox.

Yesterday, while playing Red Dead Redemption, I was killed by another player when I was trying to sell moonshine in the game. I didn't expect the attack since the player had been following me. After being killed, I sent him a few messages on his PSN account because I'm fed up with toxic players in online games. I asked him if he was happy with what he did and called him names, which escalated into a toxic conversation. I said something in anger that I regret about hoping he gets cancer, which was completely out of line. I've been a PlayStation player for years and play regularly. Can you please help me get unbanned?

While playing Grand Theft Auto, I encountered a player bullying others in the lobby. I intervened by eliminating the player in the game. Subsequently, the player retaliated, leading to an exchange of texts. Things escalated when I unintentionally made a comment that was misconstrued, leading the player to maliciously report me. Despite complying with the terms of service and receiving no prior warnings, my account was wrongfully suspended. I possess evidence showing the interaction leading to this suspension.

I recently purchased the game 2K22 and was playing when I suddenly got signed out and kicked out of the game. I was surprised to see a pop-up stating that my account has been suspended due to "hate speech or other hateful content," which is shocking as I rarely use the chat system. After checking my notifications, I found messages from someone warning me that I would get banned, which were sent when my son was using my PlayStation account. I have spoken to him about this incident and will create a separate account for him. As a long-time loyal PlayStation customer, I am disappointed that I cannot access my games. Hello, I have a query regarding games I purchased from the PS Store. Specifically, I bought Mortal Kombat 11 - the standard edition. Similar constraints apply to other game purchases; if I acquire one edition, I cannot get another edition later. Therefore, if I wish to purchase the "Deluxe/Gold/any other edition" a few days or weeks down the line, I am unable to do so because I already own an edition of the game. Is it feasible to remove the game or delete the license from my PSN account for games I bought, to enable the purchase of other versions of games that I already possess? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, and I hope my inquiry is clear enough. English is not my first language, and it has been a while since I studied it in school. Thank you for your help. I've been playing Battlefield 1 on Playstation 4 and have encountered a group of players who taunt me inappropriately by Tbagging after killing me. I reached out to one of them to explain that this behavior is only done by weak players for basic kills, which can be frustrating with the added latency issues during online gaming. Despite my attempts to address the situation, they continue this conduct regularly on the only available Australian server.
During a recent conversation, the player implied he would share and mock our interaction. While I used a slang term (fag) in my response, my intention was not to target or offend anyone in the LGBTQ community. In Australian slang, “fag” is usually used to describe someone acting foolishly or annoyingly, which reflected my frustration with their behavior. I acknowledge that I should not have engaged further and fed into their actions.
I want to clarify that I did not initiate this behavior, but I see that my response may have escalated the situation. I appreciate your attention to this matter.

I recently had issues with friends who have been using old messages to target me and get my account suspended on multiple occasions. After serving a week-long suspension, my account was reactivated, only for me to wake up the next day to another month-long suspension. These individuals have taken their harassment to other social media platforms and rallied others to join in targeting me and my new account. The situation is fueled by envy, with these individuals acting immaturely instead of resolving conflicts like adults. My PlayStation (PS4) account with my FAFO LLC is not just a game to me; it has significant time and money invested. Facing unfair competition from them with my new account and necessary levels is disheartening. One individual, "FuhQ_Goobs," is particularly troublesome, along with his group using similar offensive names. They are spreading misinformation on Facebook while influencing PlayStation Network (PSN) decisions without a proper investigation. Another person, "Tuna DGAF," has even made threats. I feel helpless as most of their actions occur outside of PSN, risking my account without a chance to explain or defend myself. Despite my account being reinstated at 8:30 am, I am reluctant to play due to fear of being targeted again. Seeking advice on how to handle this situation and protect my account from unnecessary reports and actions by these individuals.

After relocating two months ago, I brought my PlayStation with me across the country. Recently, I've encountered a recurring problem with my Sony Entertainment Network account. I keep receiving emails stating that my Sony sign-in ID has been changed, locking me out of my account and preventing me from accessing my digitally purchased games from the PlayStation store. Despite reaching out to PlayStation support multiple times to reset my sign-in ID and password, the issue persistently resurfaces, forcing me through the same process repeatedly.
When I sought help from PlayStation Chat Support after the seventh lockout, they informed me they couldn't assist me for security reasons. Even a phone call to PlayStation support didn't resolve the situation, as the representative mentioned he was unable to make changes to my account due to a lockdown. Despite waiting for this lockout to lift as advised, my account remains inaccessible.
While I acknowledge that my account may not be compromised, there seems to be an underlying issue that needs addressing. I hope to find a permanent solution to this problem or, at the very least, avoid being continually locked out of attempting to resolve it in the short run.

I received a temporary 7-day ban due to my online ID, which was changed by my cousin as a joke while I was staying with them after being kicked out of my house. I have since returned home, but my younger brother plays on my account while I am working, and I only noticed the changed name when I played. My family is facing financial difficulties, making it hard for me to justify spending $10 on a name change when that money could be used for other necessities. I'm on vacation for a few days and would like to appeal to lift the suspension earlier so I can enjoy my game during my time off. After investigating the error code, I discovered it may be related to a payment issue. I find this confusing since my bank statement confirms that I made a $60.62 payment for a yearly PSN subscription, leaving $66.97 in my account - not a negative balance. Despite the payment going through, my account has been disabled, preventing me from accessing my paid membership for seemingly no valid reason. Yesterday, while I was away attending a wedding, I discovered that my PlayStation account had been suspended. During my absence, my 12-year-old brother was at home with my PlayStation for two nights. Hello, my account was unsuspended on September 16, [redacted]. I had played the game for less than 12 hours before being permanently banned 12 hours later. I tried to contact your support team before my two-month ban was over about a situation involving a person I played with in [redacted]. This individual had old messages where we casually used a bad word, not in a bullying manner. In July, this person started to use these messages against me in small ways by threatening to report me. One day, they asked me to game share, which violates the terms of service, and when I declined, they reported me immediately. I believe a clearer investigation should have been conducted regarding this matter. I admit to using a bad word or two, but it was not intended in a negative manner. Good morning,
On 6-9-21, I asked a friend to join a chat group using an insult. This friend, out of curiosity, reported the message, and I was blocked for a period of 7 days.
After this, I understood that offensive language should not be used and I accept my punishment as this type of behavior should not be allowed.
The issue is that while I was blocked and unable to access my account, another friend who learned about what happened, reported other messages I had saved to see what would happen.
What happened is that yesterday 17-9-21, my account was blocked for a period of 60 days.
Please, I ask for a review and to lift this latest block as I have not broken any rules after my account was unblocked, and what was reported happened before my previous block.

Reconozco que me equivoqué al faltar el respeto a alguien, y aunque entiendo que Sony lidia con muchos jugadores tramposos, considero que la sanción fue excesiva. Aunque me he disculpado repetidamente con el servicio de atención al cliente, solo recibí respuestas indicando que la decisión se mantendrá. Han pasado unos 2 o 3 años desde este incidente, he aprendido de mi error y juego con otra cuenta sin problemas. Sin embargo, me gustaría recuperar mi cuenta original.
