Hello, my name is Brianna. Yesterday my husband mistakenly left his bank card information on the PlayStation while ordering $20.00 worth of Fortnite V-Bucks. Unfortunately, our 6-year-old unwittingly continued making purchases totaling around $[redacted].00. These additional purchases were unauthorized and we kindly request a refund of the unauthorized charges. We would like all the money to be returned to his bank card, except for the initial $20.00 purchase. We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to resolving this issue promptly. Thank you for your assistance and have a great day. Brianna

I was playing "MGS5" when something happened, and now I can't access my account information. I can only sign in but can't remember my password. I have internet access but can't play online. I've tried all the passwords I can remember. Help! I've spent two years on that game. I have a saved status on a USB if that helps. I can't even open a new account, and I'm not sure if my saves will work on a new account. Thank you, I'm waiting for a response.

I made a purchase on Play Now, but had to stop due to a family emergency. Upon returning, I accidentally clicked the button twice and had two extra charges. When I noticed my account was suspended/banned, I immediately contacted the bank to reverse these charges. I didn't intend for my actions to be seen as fraudulent; it was an honest mistake. I have already reversed the charges. I hope PlayStation can restore my account, Play Plus, and Play Now subscription.

I was mistakenly banned for a terms of service violation. The message was sent while defending my daughter who faced harassment in Fortnite. I reported the offending player and did not initiate the conversation. I believe a 7-day ban is too severe, especially since this is my first ban. I kindly request a one-time exception to lift the suspension immediately. I have been a loyal Playstation customer, owning all 4 platforms and subscribing to PS Plus until [redacted]. I am looking forward to purchasing a PS5 this week. Please reinstate my account promptly so I can enjoy my PS4. Your assistance in resolving this wrongful ban would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I noticed my account was suspended a day ago due to a policy violation, but I did not send any messages. It seems like my account was hacked because the password was changed without my permission. When I accessed my PS4, it showed that I had left multiple chats, and PlayStation safety had deleted some messages. I hadn't used my PlayStation for two weeks before the suspension occurred. I am eager to have this matter resolved promptly.

I recently achieved platinum status in Spider-Man PS4. I'm interested in receiving the avatar and other rewards available for completing games. There seems to be a bug on my profile showing games I haven't played recently. I'd appreciate it if this could be fixed. Additionally, despite hiding some games on my profile, I can still see them. I prefer to only display the new games I'm playing, not the old ones.

I recently received a $50 PSN gift card from my wife's sister as a combined Christmas and birthday present. I uploaded it to my PlayStation account and began looking at purchasing games like Nioh 2 and Day Z. Unfortunately, while watching reviews for Day Z on my phone, my nephew accidentally purchased the game without my consent. Due to his young age, I couldn't be upset with him. I understand that PlayStation typically doesn't offer refunds for downloaded games, but I'm kindly asking for an exception in this unique circumstance. I had already decided that Day Z wasn't a game I wanted before the accidental purchase occurred. I'm not comfortable asking my family to cover the cost, especially given the current economic situation. I would greatly appreciate a refund, even if it's a partial amount such as half of the $24.50 spent on the game. Thank you for understanding.

I am unable to access online features in a few of my games (COD Cold War, Dragon Ball FighterZ) on my PS4 with an active PS Now subscription, despite being able to play Apex Legends online. I have attempted several troubleshooting steps, including restoring licenses, updating the PS4 software, signing in and out, ensuring only my account is active, reinstalling the games, and verifying the validity of my PS Now subscription (active for several more months). Interestingly, I can play other games online and successfully stream a game from PS Now, confirming my internet connection is functional. Any suggestions on resolving this issue would be much appreciated.

My children had individual accounts on our PS3 connected to our family account. They only played supervised and never engaged in any inappropriate behavior. After receiving a PS4 for Christmas, I attempted to log the kids in, but found that 2 out of 3 accounts were permanently banned for terms and conditions violations. I am unsure what caused this ban or how to restore their accounts. I am struggling to reach a live person at PlayStation for assistance. The kids are upset, and I am frustrated with the situation. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. Best regards, Jess P.S. We are located in the United Kingdom.

Good day, I'm Sarheed Samad. I accidentally logged out of my PlayStation account and now I can't remember the password. Sadly, I no longer have access to the associated email address. When I attempt to recover my Gmail account, I reach a point where I need to input a current email address for contact purposes. After entering this information, I receive a verification code. However, when I try to proceed by entering the code, I am met with a message stating that they can't confirm the ownership of [redacted], which is indeed my email address. I'm seeking assistance on how I can regain access to my account, possibly through providing identification. Thank you.

I recently lodged a complaint with my bank regarding unauthorized payments from my account. Following this, the fraud department contacted you, resulting in a bar being placed on my grandson's PlayStation account. The matter has since been clarified as a mistake rather than fraud, prompting the bank to reverse the chargeback. They advised me to reach out to you to lift the bar that is preventing my grandson from accessing his account. He received new PlayStation games for Christmas but is unable to enjoy them due to the suspension. I have already followed up with the bank, and they suggested contacting you for further assistance. Kindly address this issue urgently to remove the bar promptly. Unfortunately, I am unsure of alternative contact methods. Thank you. Christine Ellis Grandson's email: [redacted] Online ID: Jmsm101

My wife's PSN account seems to have been hacked. She recently received an email thanking her for the purchase of an Astrobot game, even though she rarely makes purchases and only uses her account to play as a second player with me. We have already changed the password, but a charge of $19.99 appeared on my credit card statement. The card was only linked to her account for the PS+ subscription required to play with me. I would appreciate assistance in obtaining a refund for this charge.

Today, while playing GTA Online in a survival mission, another player was being disrespectful, using racial slurs, and then left the game. I responded with a few heated words, which led to me getting temporarily banned an hour later. I haven't received any email notification from PSN regarding the duration of the ban. I just tried calling but was disconnected due to high call volumes. I've been a loyal member since the PS2 days and never faced a suspension before. It's frustrating, especially during the holiday season and COVID quarantine, that I'm now suspended. How long will this last?

Hello, I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out regarding some unauthorized transactions made on my card by my 6-year-old son. He had received V-Buck gift cards for Christmas which seemed to have caused confusion for him. The transactions occurred on 12/25 and 12/27, totaling 7 transactions based on the receipts I received. In an attempt to prevent this in the future, I will be setting up parental restrictions as advised by a friend. I kindly request a refund for each unauthorized transaction as the funds are needed to provide for my children in the coming weeks. I am willing to return any purchases if necessary and my son will not have access to his game for an extended period. I truly appreciate your understanding and assistance in this matter. The online ID associated with these transactions is Lennox_2014. Thank you.

I am experiencing an error when attempting to play FS19. Unfortunately, contacting you for assistance and being charged $5 just to be told that the issue cannot be fixed due to the game or system is frustrating. I am seeking guidance on resolving the error to ensure it does not interrupt my gameplay. If a solution is not provided, I may consider switching to Xbox for their system. It is disheartening that the focus appears to be on financial gain rather than addressing user concerns.

In September of this year, the PlayStation Network's video service was down for approximately 5 to 6 weeks. When the service was restored, I encountered issues logging in. As I do not have a smart TV, I relied on the PS Network for accessing platforms like YouTube and Amazon Prime. Unfortunately, with the lack of phone support for PS3 users, I was abruptly disconnected without receiving any prior notification. Considering the current scarcity of PS5 consoles, Sony's treatment of its subscribers appears disheartening. It appears unjust for such a large company to disregard its loyal customers. What are your opinions on this matter?

My account was compromised about two weeks ago at 8:45 pm. I couldn't contact PS until noon the following day. The live chat agent was unhelpful in providing a password reset link promptly. After nearly another 24 hours, I managed to get the link via email. I successfully changed my email, added two-factor authentication, and updated my password. Today, I contacted support to revert my online ID post-hack, here's a snippet of the chat: Maheshwari: Thanks for reaching out to PlayStation, I'm Maheshwari. How can I help you today? Me: My online username was altered during the hack, I wish to revert it to the original. Maheshwari: I'll check into it for you. Please provide your account's email and full name. Despite my explanation, Maheshwari refused to assist further due to unidentified security concerns. They suggested using the password reset tool or creating a new account instead of addressing my simple request to change back my username. This experience has left me frustrated, especially after multiple attempts to seek help.

I recently changed my password due to some suspicious activity, and unfortunately, I no longer have access to my 2-step verification phone or backup codes. I have been attempting to contact support for the past two weeks through calls and chat bots without success. I am concerned about the games and data on my account that are inaccessible. Despite using my primary PS4, I am still unable to regain access. I am hoping to speak with a representative to help me recover access to my account.

We bought a game as a Christmas present for our daughter, unaware that a subscription was needed to play. Unfortunately, we do not want to buy a subscription, so we are unable to access the game. We are looking to receive a refund as we were not aware of the subscription requirement until after downloading the game and realizing we couldn't play without it.

I bought PlayStation Store gift cards for my sons, but unfortunately, the codes on the cards became illegible while scratching them off. One code tore, and the other got gummed up, causing the numbers to disappear. The rest of the card details are still readable, such as the bar code and numbers below it. I am seeking guidance on how my sons can still redeem their gift cards. Thank you for any help!
