Hello everyone, I recently purchased Forza Horizon 4 from Steam. Since buying it on Friday, I've been experiencing continuous crashes while playing. The game crashes every time after selecting 'Continue' when connected to the internet, but if I play offline, it crashes after 5-10 minutes without any error message. The first crash was near the 'Super 7' location on the map. I've tried various solutions with no success, and I'm considering seeking a refund to purchase the game from the Microsoft store. This doesn't seem to be a hardware issue as the game worked fine when I played it through Game Pass from Microsoft. I've been a fan of the Forza series since Forza 2, and I hope to find a solution soon as I haven't received helpful support from Steam or want to be redirected to Microsoft.

Dear Playground Games team, I have been enjoying Forza Horizon 4 on Steam and have become quite skilled at it. I can compete well against AI drivers on Unbeatable difficulty in almost all race types, except for dirt S1 in Monster Rally and A in SUVs, where AI seems unfairly fast, especially in S1 Rally Monsters. The AI cars maintain better grip and speed, making it hard to navigate unpredictable surfaces. This causes frustration and often leads to rewind overuse or aggressive ramming tactics to stay competitive. Dear Playground Games Team, I purchased Forza Horizon 5 - Premium Edition from the Microsoft Store on November 24th for €99.99. As I was downloading the game yesterday, I noticed that only the main game Forza Horizon 5 and the Premium Edition were being installed, along with the two individual expansions. Is this normal? The Premium Edition is supposed to include the car pass, VIP membership, and welcome package. I'm concerned that the download may be incomplete. I tried restarting the download, but I still only see the main game, Premium Edition, and two expansions. Can you confirm if this is normal and if the additional content will be available on November 5th, or if it should have been installed with the initial download? After finishing several races, I attempted to bid 50,[redacted] credits on a Ferrari Portofino in the auction house. Despite having over 4 million credits, I received a message stating I didn't have enough credits. I then tried to buyout the car for [redacted],[redacted] credits but received the same error. Repeating the process on a different auction with the same car also resulted in the same issue, and I lost over [redacted],[redacted] credits in bidding attempts. As a new game I recently purchased, I hope this glitch can be resolved not just for me but for other players. I recorded the incident with the controller's feature. Hello, I have been enjoying playing Forza Horizon 4 for quite some time and was excited to learn about Forza Horizon 5 during the preview at Microsoft's XBOX conference. Before this, I regularly listened to Arkells and K.Flay's song "You Can Get It," which is quite catchy. I came across an issue when I noticed that the song was censored in the game, removing the explicit language. While I understand the decision to do so for younger players or more conservative cultures, I wonder if it would be possible, based on player interest, to add a feature to toggle between censored and uncensored versions. I believe many adult players would appreciate having the option. The censorship was done thoughtfully, but I still prefer the original version of the song. While playing Forza Horizon 5 on Xbox last night, I attempted the Los Jardines danger sign. During my attempt, I used the rewind feature to improve my landing and launch. Realizing it wouldn't help me complete the event, I fast traveled near the festival, achieving 29.5k feet on the danger sign. Unfortunately, this led to being removed from the club I was in. I'm concerned about a potential ban that might restrict my access to online features. Can you reset my score on the danger sign to resolve this situation and allow me to rejoin a club without fear of being banned?

Dear Playground Games, I am a huge fan of Forza Horizon 5 and I wanted to share some suggestions for the game with you. I would love to see a variety of exhaust rear box customizations like flat box and jap style round box with different size exhaust tips, each with unique sound effects. Additionally, it would be great to have aftermarket headlights and rear lights similar to Need for Speed, especially for older Japanese cars like R34 L.E.D rear light upgrade and Toyota Supra MKIV rear light upgrade. I suggest that when selecting engine modifications, the hood should open to display different inductions, air filters, exhaust headers, and other components for a more visual experience. It would also be fantastic to have more Japanese spec aftermarket wheels and specific cars like Toyota Corolla T-Sport [redacted], Honda S2000 with a removable roof option. Lastly, a dyno in the autoshow for power runs and tuning would be a cool addition to the game. I believe these enhancements could make Forza Horizon 5 even more exciting for all players. I am experiencing an issue with my Logitech G920 racing wheel and Forza Horizon 5 on PC via Steam. The game won't launch if the wheel is connected. In Forza Horizon 4 and 5, playing solo to earn points for cars and the absence of wheelspins and super wheelspins in certain cars can be frustrating. After updating to version 4 on my Xbox, I noticed 30 wheelspins were missing. Additionally, cars I purchased disappeared after the update. The game used to be enjoyable before these changes. It seems now the game requires online group play to progress and this is not ideal. Help is needed to address these issues as many players, including myself, face similar challenges when trying to enjoy the game and obtain new cars. It appears Playground Games is responsible for the updates that have complicated gameplay for casual and occasional players. Hello, I have encountered various issues when trying to play Forza Horizon 5 on Xbox Series X. - I am experiencing extremely long loading times, for example, the game takes 5 minutes to start, I timed it.... - Once the game finally launches, the sky textures do not appear, I just see a black sky without the sun, even though on the ground you can see the sun's reflections on water puddles, for instance. - When a race starts, I always have about a minute of a white screen where I cannot do anything except move my camera around my car. Then, without any action, the countdown 3 2 1 go begins. All these bugs and waiting times are ruining my gaming experience... The game is installed on the console's SSD, which still has 50% of free storage space, and I don’t understand why there are so many delays.
