I have a loan with BMG Money, and my bank is connected through Plaid. Recently, when trying to get another loan, I encountered an error message saying "Connectivity Not Supported." The message states that Plaid does not support connections between First California Federal Credit Union and BMG Money. This is confusing to me because my bank was accepted for my first loan. Can someone from Plaid please help me with this issue? Thank you, S. Marzette

I am having trouble receiving a security code as there are 5 phone numbers listed that I do not recognize. My correct phone number is [redacted], and it's the only one I want to be associated with my account. Unfortunately, I am unable to connect my bank because the system does not provide the option to send the code to my correct number. The 5 other numbers listed are incorrect and are preventing me from completing the verification process. Please assist me in removing the wrong numbers so I can proceed with connecting my bank. I am encountering an issue when transferring money from my bank to Coinbase using Plaid. Previously, this process worked smoothly, but now I am experiencing a problem. Plaid is not reflecting the correct balance as it only updates after daily records are finalized by my bank. Despite depositing cash into my account, which the bank shows as available, Plaid does not update immediately. This discrepancy means that any additional cash deposits made for immediate purchases will not process until the pending status is resolved by the bank overnight. It's important to note that Plaid's delay in updating may impact real-time transactions, regardless of the funds shown as available by the bank.

I'm struggling to link my Comerica Bank account with Earnin after using the app for 4 years. Despite numerous attempts to re-enter my details, I keep receiving an error message stating, "There is a problem connecting to your bank. Try again later or enter another bank account." After contacting Earnin support regularly, they are unable to provide a timeline for when the issue will be resolved. This has been ongoing for nearly 3 weeks now. Could anyone offer assistance with this matter?

I recently experienced a security breach through Go2Bank and initiated a dispute with them. On 8/30/23 at 1:00 am, it was revealed that Plaid had a role in granting Stash.com access to my Go2Bank account, leading to unauthorized changes in my passwords. The issue began on Monday night, 8/14/23, when I locked my card. Subsequently, there were unauthorized withdrawals totaling $99.99 on Tuesday, 8/15/23. Despite my efforts to contact customer service, I faced difficulties accessing my account. By Wednesday, after resetting my password, I regained access to find my debit account empty. I observed charges appearing as GOOGLE*YOUNGJOY, which has taught me to be more vigilant in the future. Further details to come.

Plaid was helpful for getting advances, but after their recent update, my institution needs verification. Despite entering my correct credentials, it keeps saying they are wrong. I've tried pasting the answers, removing the bank (which is linked to my subscription), canceling the subscription, and even deleting the institution to re-add it, but nothing works. I've encountered the same problem with other apps using Plaid, confirming it's not just me facing this issue.

I'm having trouble connecting my Avid Prepaid account with Plaid. It's not listed in the banks available, and when I try to do it manually, I receive an error saying I can't link a prepaid account. However, there are other prepaid cards like Green Dot and NetSpend listed on Plaid. I need to link my Avid Prepaid account for specific reasons. Can someone assist me with this issue? Hello! In August, I linked my bank account to make online payments through a resident portal using Plaid. However, this month (November), the payment did not go through. An error message indicates that the name doesn't match the account or the account is invalid. Despite no changes to the account in the last three months and confirmation from the bank that there are no issues on their end, they advised contacting Plaid. The resident portal also directed me to Plaid for assistance. Unfortunately, I am unable to find a way to contact Plaid directly, and the online resources have not been helpful in resolving this issue.
