I experienced discrimination when trying to pay for my family's meal as I am handicapped. Despite ordering food worth $50, the cashier, Krissie, who identified herself as the manager, refused to accept my $[redacted] bill, stating the business policy. Being on oxygen and having only $[redacted] bills, she declined my payment. It is concerning that the cashier seemed incompetent, especially in a place like Las Vegas. I am disappointed that I was turned away despite being ready to pay. I would like to understand why this happened as it left me unable to purchase the food that I intended to. Thank you.

I need assistance with a refund issue related to an order I placed at Pizza Hut located at [redacted] W Bellfort Blvd, Houston, TX [redacted]. I ordered two pizzas totaling $32.61 around 12:50 PM but never received them. After contacting them, I was told the refund would take 3-5 days, but as of October sixteenth, I haven't seen it in my account. Pizza Hut confirmed the refund was processed, however, after a week, it has not appeared in my account. During a call on the 16th, they said they would transfer me to customer service but abruptly hung up. I have verified my bank is not the issue, as I received a refund from another vendor without problems. I feel unsettled by the situation and just want my money returned. I experienced health issues waiting for the order that never arrived. I seek guidance on how to resolve this frustrating situation promptly.

Hello, I am Rakesh Panwar. I ordered from Pizza Hut on October 10, but my order didn't arrive. Customer care explained the server was down, leading to the cancellation of my order. They assured me that the refund would be processed within 3 to 4 days, but I have not received it yet. I made the order on the 10th under the name Rakesh Panwar. Please refund my amount promptly. On October 20, [redacted], I ordered a Taco Pizza that wasn't available, and the transaction was voided. Later, I was notified that the pizza was delivered. After contacting the manager, Nate, he promised a refund within 3 business days. Despite daily calls to Nate this week, my card has yet to be refunded as assured.

I placed my pizza order on October 21st, [redacted], as usual. My pizza rewards were meant to cover one pizza and cheese sticks, but they didn't. I ended up paying nearly $60 for 2 large Super Supremes and cheese sticks. Sadly, the pizza was undercooked, one pizza only had two toppings, and the cheese sticks were cold. This was quite disappointing considering the price. I believe Pizza Hut should replace my order, but when I visited the store, they directed me to contact corporate for resolution.

I have tried all I can, but I was let down by the Pizza Hut store. They were supposed to call me back last night, and today I have not heard anything. It's so disrespectful how they treated me when I received the wrong order. I'm very upset that no one has reached out to me. I even contacted customer service, and they assured me someone would get in touch today, but no one has. This experience has left me feeling upset and I don't think I can trust going back to Pizza Hut. I want a refund instead of going through the trouble of having someone run down there for credit.

I ordered two pizzas online from Garb pizza for their buy one get one for a dollar deal. Unfortunately, one pizza, ordered by Joey and Dewey, was uncooked and the other was very thin, chewy, and flat like cardboard. We returned the pizzas but were not compensated. This all happened at the Mitchell Ontario location. To make matters worse, my husband found paper in his pizza when he took a bite. This experience has left us extremely dissatisfied, and we won't be dining at Pizza Hut ever again.

I recently placed an order with Pizza Hut, and unfortunately, the delivery was delayed for three hours. When the delivery person contacted me for directions, I provided all the necessary information. However, despite this, I never received my order. Upon attempting to contact the delivery person, I was unable to reach anyone. Waiting for three hours only to not receive my pizza was frustrating. I reached out to the complaints department, and although they assured me the issue would be resolved, I never received any follow-up. This experience has left me disappointed as a regular customer.
