The staff mentioned the delay was due to the manager's tardiness. Subsequently, they offered to deliver the order for free. However, upon receiving the pizzas, I found the crust to be soggy, and the toppings haphazardly placed. Following a call to the store, they proposed to make replacement pizzas, but I declined as my original order was correct and I had already made the trip once. I am seeking a refund and an apology from the manager of the Flatwoods Pizza Hut for the disrespectful interaction.

I recently received a survey invitation but encountered an issue where my input wasn't accepted because of a missing "invitation number." Despite being regular customers who typically enjoy our pizza, tonight's order arrived without sauce. When attempting to provide feedback in the survey, it was quite frustrating. If feedback isn't welcomed, it's best not to request it. We may consider returning to our previous takeout option where the staff simply inquires about our pizza experience.

My father, Barry McGlynn, asked me to contact you as he is not very familiar with technology. On July 31st, [redacted], he visited Pizza Hut in Shawnee, Kansas. Despite ordering two simple pizzas, he had to wait almost 20 minutes. One was a one-topping thin-crust sausage, and the other was a one-topping thin-crust pepperoni. The pizza tasted old and lacked freshness in the ingredients. Due to power outages from a storm, it made an already difficult day worse without dinner. We hope for a prompt refund to resolve this issue, as we enjoy Pizza Hut but wish to avoid such problems in the future.

I can access your website on my computer, but my email address for placing an order is not being recognized. I have spent over a year trying to address this issue by sending emails, leaving phone messages, and speaking with various Pizza Hut managers. I have taken photographs of my meal. I inspected it before the delivery individual departed. However, I did not taste the food before they left. Despite wasting my money here, I am requesting someone from the corporate office to sample this meal. This does not meet Pizza Hut's usual standard. I have ordered this same item in the past, and it had a specific smell and awful taste. Unfortunately, I am unable to return the food as I do not own a car. It is unimaginable for a manager or any responsible individual to let this kind of food represent Pizza Hut.

Hello,
I recently had my order canceled by the Warwick Ave store in Warwick, RI due to issues with their fryer. While I appreciate the refund issued for the wings portion of my order, I was also supposed to receive a medium pizza and breadsticks for free using my points that were lost in the cancellation. I was informed the points would be reinstated upon placing a new order, but that did not happen. Is there a way to recover these lost points since I had to reorder without the wings?

Yesterday, I placed an online order and paid with my Visa card. Two hours later, I still hadn't received my pizza. I had to pay for an Uber to go to the store and inquire about my order or a refund. The store mentioned that they used DoorDash for delivery since they had no driver available. Now, DoorDash stipulates that I should contact the merchant for a refund. I tried that, but now I'm stuck in a loop where the store asks me to go through DoorDash and vice versa. I just want my money back. It has been since yesterday, and I still haven't received any assistance in getting my refund.

I brought my granddaughter for her birthday party, and when I kindly asked the manager for some help with the ice cream, he ignored me and even made a rude gesture. I was trying to speak with another staff member who was assisting me, but the manager's behavior was unacceptable. This led my son to have to purchase additional items from a nearby store because the manager disregarded him as well. We ordered a large amount of pizza for the party, and all we wanted was a bit of respect. It's disappointing to be treated this way, especially when we were thinking of returning. It's ironic that the staff is now attentive, but it's too late.

I placed a delivery order online on August 19. The order was for the Claycomo Missouri store. When I called to confirm my apartment number, a young girl answered and said, "We are closed, online orders only," and hung up. This was not a pleasant interaction. When I called back, she hung up again. This happened a few times, and I was quite upset by this behavior. Despite eventually receiving the order, the cookie I got was burnt. I contacted the main number to file a complaint. Two days later, I called the Claycomo store and asked to speak to the manager. The man who answered claimed to be the manager. He listened to my concerns and mentioned he only had two employees that night. He promised to address the situation with them. I am disappointed by this experience with no response or apology. I have been a loyal customer of Pizza Hut for over 30 years and never encountered such issues before.

I recently placed an order over the phone at the Pizza Hut in Mission, Texas. I made it clear what I wanted, but unfortunately, what I received was not up to par. The breadsticks were soaked in butter and soggy, making them inedible. Additionally, the pizza had barely melted, milky cheese, almost raw. I have contacted corporate twice regarding an incident that occurred on August 29th behind the Pizza Hut in Statesboro, GA on Buckingham Rd. I fell in an area where grease was emptied, resulting in several lacerations, and my knee has not fully healed. The shift leader provided some bandaids, but I was informed that the issue had been reported before but not fixed. Yesterday, I ordered a pizza from the Abbasia branch of Milts Pizza, but suddenly found the pizza was not fit to eat. I ordered from Pizza Hut on September 30th. Upon receiving my order from the Whitehaven store, I opened the box and took a slice to eat. I immediately noticed a strong taste of hot sauce. Upon further inspection, I realized the pizza was covered in hot sauce, appearing shiny as if someone poured it all over. This experience left me upset, especially considering my digestive issues. I recently ordered a pizza online and unfortunately, it was not made correctly. On October 4th, [redacted], around 7 PM, I encountered an issue with my online order at the Washington Zuni SE location in Albuquerque, NM. Despite being unable to complete the order online, I called the store and was assured they could take my order over the phone. I mentioned a 30% coupon which they said they would apply during pickup.
