On 4/5/23 at 7:20 pm in Rochester, MN, on 14th Street NE, there was an incident where cars stopped for geese crossing the road. A silver, older Honda SUV, marked as a Pizza Hut Delivery car with license plate # JKU672, tried to unlawfully pass two vehicles on the right side (bicycle lane and street parking). Subsequently, the driver attempted to pass on the left in traffic with oncoming vehicles near a school and again at a traffic light. The driver's impatience and behavior posed a danger to other road users.

On 04/04/[redacted], I ordered over $59 worth of food from Pizza Hut in Yucaipa, California. Unfortunately, the pizza arrived cold, and they included Canadian bacon on one of the pizzas which my son is allergic to. Despite informing the staff about his allergy, they didn't show any concern. I placed a carryout order over the phone and was informed that there would be a 20-minute wait. I arrived at the store at 11:06 PM and only received the pizza at 12:01 AM. Upon arrival at 11:26 PM, the staff mentioned an additional 5-minute wait which turned into 35 minutes. I believe this isn't standard for your chain. I placed an online order at Pizza Hut and went to pick it up in person. Planning to pay with my EBT card, I encountered an issue with their EBT machine. Unfortunately, the employee refused to give me the food or offer any alternatives. I was taken aback by the lack of accommodation, especially since the food would have been discarded otherwise. The employee's judgmental attitude and refusal to assist left me feeling offended, embarrassed, and unfairly treated. It was a distressing experience that I had never encountered with a service worker before.

I ordered online from the East Market St Pizza Hut in Warren, OH. Online ordering was smooth, but when I tried to call the store to add more items to my order, I was directed to a call center instead. After being transferred to the store, I was put on hold for 25 minutes only to end up being disconnected. This experience is unacceptable as I couldn't make changes or speak to a store employee. My wife and I are both very disappointed. We are frequent customers, ordering delivery from them many times each month. Considering this poor customer service, perhaps we should consider giving Domino's a try in the future.

Concern Over Unauthorized Debit Card Charge at Pizza Hut
I recently discovered a charge of $[redacted].05 on my account from Pizza Hut on March 30, [redacted], while staying at the Bloomington hotel in Minneapolis. This charge was unauthorized, as I had no knowledge of any transaction with Pizza Hut in Alabama. Despite contacting their customer service multiple times through emails and calls, promising a refund within 3 business days, I have yet to receive any response or refund from Pizza Hut.
I am alarmed by the lack of action and the apparent avoidance of my follow-up calls by Pizza Hut's customer service. It seemed as if they were deliberately cutting my calls when I inquired about the refund. Recording the calls revealed their unprofessional behavior, with repeated promises of a refund within a few business days, which have not been fulfilled.
I am requesting justice and the immediate refund of $[redacted].05. The delay and lack of response from Pizza Hut are unacceptable. I urge them to handle this matter professionally and legally, as most companies would in a similar situation. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I would like to share an incident that happened at Pizza Hut Doña Soledad Don Bosco Parañaque with a female crew member between 8-8:20pm. The crew member informed me that my order was being prepared for release, but it took almost 15 minutes longer than stated. I was disappointed by this experience as I hold Pizza Hut in high regard and believe the staff should uphold the company's standards. I hope this matter is addressed promptly, as dishonesty is not a quality I expect from Pizza Hut employees.

I went to Pizza Hut in Perangin Mall at 7:00 p.m. to break my fast. Upon arrival, we waited for a Pizza Hut employee to get the QR code. After almost 5 minutes, a worker informed us that we couldn't dine in because of QR code issues.
I suggested ordering manually, but the worker said it was only available for take away. I questioned why the table behind us could dine in and order. The worker explained the line was a bit better there, hence they were allowed to order.
When I asked why we couldn't order manually for dining in, the worker mentioned that dining in required ordering with a QR code. I wonder if manual ordering isn't an option when there's an issue with the QR code. Could Pizza Hut shed some light on this matter, please?
We are loyal customers of Pizza Hut and this incident has left us feeling very disappointed.

On Sunday, April 16, [redacted], I ordered 2 medium pizzas and cheese sticks. Sadly, the food was inedible; both pizzas and cheese sticks were extremely greasy with minimal toppings. After my son and father consumed just one slice of pizza each, they fell ill, experiencing vomiting and diarrhea. I reached out to the manager the next day, and she offered a replacement half-and-half pizza with an additional delivery fee. However, having previously worked at Pizza Hut, I believe the customer should be valued. I'm not interested in another pizza; I simply seek a refund for this unpleasant experience. Furthermore, I am dissatisfied with the manager's poor handling of the situation and lack of customer service skills.

I attempted to redeem our points for a complimentary pizza but encountered issues with the app. When discussing this with the manager, AMANDA, at the Culpeper VA main street store, I was informed I could only do it through the app. Despite explaining my app troubles, she was unhelpful and dismissive. As a customer who has been purchasing pizza from this location for over 25 years, I was disappointed by the lack of customer service. It is disheartening to be treated this way, especially considering my loyalty. I value where I choose to spend my money, and this experience was truly unpleasant. It shouldn't be such a challenge to claim a free pizza.

I ordered pizzas and wings with an estimated wait time of 45 to 50 minutes. After that time passed and my pizza didn't arrive, it had been 1.5 hours. My husband went to the store to request a refund as we never received the order. At the store, they claimed the delivery was on its way, but my husband refused as too much time had passed. They mentioned he would have to wait until midnight to request a refund, which seemed unreasonable. Additionally, they falsely stated that the delivery had been made, which was not true. When my husband returned at midnight for the refund, they insisted on having the pizza to process it, despite us never receiving it. We paid $59.96 and now can't recover the money. The lack of professionalism from the employee who handled this matter is disappointing. They made my husband waste time and gas for a refund or pizza we never got. I hope they address this issue promptly, as $60 is a significant amount that we are unsure how to reclaim.

I purchased two pepperoni melts on Friday, 4/28/03, from the store on my way home. Unfortunately, when I got home and checked the order, they looked like two pizza slices put together and microwaved. The melts were hard and burnt. I tried contacting the store, but with no success. I attempted calling on Saturday morning, but they kept hanging up on me. This happened at the store in Graham, TX, and my family won't be trusting this store again. This has happened twice in recent months. When I tried calling the store manager and explained my bad order, they either hung up or didn't answer. This situation is really disappointing, and the company should address this issue. Hopefully, they follow up on this.

On April 22nd, I ordered pizza from the Watonga Pizza Hut in Watonga, Oklahoma. The manager, Junior Parker, took the order, and unfortunately, it was messed up. He mentioned they were out of spinach and only had thin crust available. When we received the food, it was sloppy and disappointing. Despite knowing about the issue, Junior did not offer to make things right and seemed to avoid the situation by staying in the back. I have faced so many issues with my recent order. I experienced difficulties with the app not offering the gluten-free option and the website not loading correctly, resulting in payment failures. Even after verifying my payment details and logging into my bank account, the order only went through for carryout after multiple attempts. I ordered two gluten-free pizzas, a large New Yorker pepperoni, and a two-liter Dr Pepper. Upon finding out they were out of the gluten-free crust, I revised my order. The lack of communication regarding my order status and mix-up with curbside pickup led to a frustrating experience. However, 1 hour and 10 minutes later, when I called for an update, the same person mentioned there was another delivery. Even though they informed me about the delay, I feel the estimated time should have included the initial wait. Additionally, the delivery person had trouble following the address instructions I provided and seemed impatient with my guidance. Despite sending a location pin, it did not work effectively. This experience has left me dissatisfied with the service, and I have decided this will be my last order from Pizza Hut in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico. I ordered for delivery at 8pm through DoorDash and received a text at 9:15pm that my order would arrive by 9:18pm with driver Hector. Tracking him, he seemed lost, not responding to calls or texts. A notification said he was returning the pizza. Upset after a 2-hour wait, I spoke to the manager who said there was only one driver available. I requested a solution, as my family was hungry after waiting over 2 hours. The manager said he would try to convince the driver to deliver my order. Confused why the driver had a choice, I was promised a 40% discount and my points restored. After waiting an additional 40 minutes, DoorDash notified me of the delivery, and I had to walk to the front to collect the food. Despite the promise, no discount was applied. I am a frequent customer at this Pizza Hut and found this experience unacceptable and offensive.
