I placed an order for a pizza online with ticket number [redacted]/I and unit number [redacted] on 11/19/[redacted]. Upon picking up my order, I noticed that one of the pizzas was incorrect - it was a medium instead of a large and had less cheese. Wan, who identified as the manager, assured me they would credit the correct pizza to my account. On 12/04/22, when I went to collect the credited pizza, I was informed that there was no record of it on my account. Another manager explained that Wan no longer worked there and couldn't provide the pizza owed to me. I believe that if a pizza is made incorrectly, a replacement should be given according to the satisfaction policy.

Good evening, I placed an order for delivery at Pizza Hut in [redacted] Genval at around 6:30 p.m. today. I ordered 1 medium barbecue pizza, 1 medium supreme pizza, 4 small supreme breadsticks, and a 33cl can of Pepsi for a total of 25.14 euros as quoted over the phone. The delivery went as usual, and I handed over the exact amount. However, moments later, the delivery person rang the doorbell and asked for an additional 2 euros, claiming I had underpaid and that the total was 27.14. It was only then that I realized I did not receive a receipt. I tried calling [redacted]00 twice, but no one answered. I even attempted to contact them using another phone. I placed an order through the Pizza Hut app like I usually do. After receiving the confirmation, I went to pick up my order, but when I arrived, they couldn't find it. The staff member mentioned they often face this issue with the app. Despite the inconvenience, they prepared my order swiftly, but it made me nearly late for my daughter's dance showcase. I just wanted to bring this app problem to Pizza Hut's attention for future improvements.

I have been trying to contact Pizza Hut for the past six days, including today, and I am incredibly frustrated. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, I keep getting disconnected when I call the store. Pizza Hut mistakenly delivered the pizza that I had already paid for to the wrong address, and I have been unable to get a refund. I have contacted corporate several times regarding this issue (CASE NUMBER: [redacted]). I opted to order directly from the Pizza Hut website to avoid using Door Dash, but unfortunately, Door Dash delivered it to the wrong location. I am requesting a refund for the undelivered pizza as soon as possible. I am exhausted from calling every day and feeling like my money has been taken unjustly. Despite being assured that the pending charge would be resolved, it still went through.

I dined in on Sunday, and I was charged $47.50 on my credit card. However, upon the arrival of the server, I was informed that I owed an additional $33.96 in cash for the food, which I paid. I am requesting a refund for the $47.50 that was taken from my account, as it was misleading to be charged and then asked for cash on top. I have the receipt for the cash transaction and can provide my bank statement as proof of the charge. Thank you.

I made an online order for over $50, along with a tip, but it never arrived. Upon contacting the Oneida Street store in Appleton, Wisconsin, where I made the purchase, I encountered a very unpleasant encounter with the purported general manager. He was extremely discourteous, claiming my order was delivered to the incorrect address. When I visited the store in person, he shouted at me aggressively, even suggesting I physically harm him. Furthermore, he stated I was lazy for not preparing food for my child on Christmas Eve. He demanded I submit a complaint and ensure his name is spelled correctly. I managed to capture part of the altercation on video for evidence.

On 12-19-[redacted], I had a negative experience at the Caro Pizza Hut, [redacted]. A Pizza Hut employee named Kayla Urban, whom I do not know, approached me in an aggressive manner in front of other customers and my boyfriend. She made hurtful comments about me and my family, causing me great distress and anxiety. I believe I am entitled to a refund for the $57.00 purchase I made on that day. No customer should have to endure harassment and embarrassment while dining at any restaurant.

On 11/18, I placed an order for a pan pizza at Pizza Hut for curbside pickup. After arriving and realizing I was given a hand-tossed crust instead, I contacted their customer service multiple times requesting a refund for the incorrect crust or a free pan pizza on my next visit. Despite being promised a resolution within 3 business days, I have not received any communication from the store. I prefer to be contacted via email but was informed they left voicemails which I never received due to not providing my phone number initially. I attempted to reach out to the store directly but was left on hold indefinitely. My total order cost $16.90 with the order number [redacted][redacted][redacted] placed at 6:52 pm at the Pizza Hut located on Kent Kangley Rd in Kent, WA. I am seeking a refund or a complimentary pan pizza for my inconvenience.

Please, I am Mohammed Al-Sharif, a Jordanian currently in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Today, I visited the Pizza Hut branch in the Bole area near the Friendship Hotel. The service was extremely poor in several aspects:
- The professionalism of the staff was lacking and almost nonexistent.
- The cleanliness level was very low, and the entrance to the restaurant was not up to standard.
- The menu includes about 30 items, but only two or three were available, missing the usual Pizza Hut taste.
- I had my meal in the restaurant and ordered a takeaway, but unfortunately, there were no bags available for packing the meal.
I tried to cancel the order, but the cashier refused. This led me to give the meal to the first beggar I met.

I placed an order for a dinner box from Pizza Hut on Turner on January 1st online for carry-out. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to reorder for delivery. Even though the order status indicated it was being delivered, the food was late upon arrival. After contacting the store, the manager assured me a fresh dinner box would be sent, but it never arrived. Following up on January 2nd, the same manager was rude and refused to remake my order for a later pick-up time. I was left dissatisfied with the service and would like a refund. I visited Pizza Hut on Broadway in Quincy, IL on January 28th. Our waitress was friendly when she took our drink order, but when we inquired about Line Up meals, she said they weren't available, despite being listed online. We asked if we could order as carry-out and eat in, which upset the manager. He loudly refused, causing embarrassment. The aggressive response was unnecessary, and it was upsetting to witness his behavior towards the waitress. This kind of treatment is why people avoid this location. Our bill amounted to $35 which seemed high for such a poor experience.

I ordered $54.23 worth of food for my family. The delivery, made by DoorDash, arrived three hours later and was a complete disaster. The delivery person gave me a large pizza box that was partially open. The two orders of wings were in a Pizza Hut bag, with one container of wings spilled out. The pizza was stuck to the top of the box, the food was cold, unappealing, and inedible. We ended up not eating any of it. Instead, we had to make do with hot dogs and chips that day. I requested a 2-liter soda, but they sent (2) 20-ounce bottles instead. This has been our worst experience ordering from Pizza Hut. I used my debit card for payment and would like to have the $ refunded to my account. I am very disappointed and unsure if we will order from them again.

I ordered two large NY pizzas last night. I am very dissatisfied with my order and feel I deserve a refund, not just points. The pizzas arrived hard, dry, and not hot - only slightly warm. I tried to warm them in the microwave, but that made it worse. I received a message from DoorDash that the delivery drivers could not deliver. It seems my pizza was prepared but had to sit until DoorDash could deliver, which did not meet Pizza Hut's advertised quality. I paid $40.69 for the order and feel it was a waste of money, especially as a retired individual. I contacted Pizza Hut to complain but was only offered points instead of a refund. I believe I should have been refunded the $41.00 I paid in cash, plus the $6.00 tip for the DoorDash driver. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly and respectfully, as I should not have to suffer for the driver shortage that led to DoorDash delivering my order.

On Thursday around 6:30 pm, I placed an order at Pizza Hut in Pueblo, Colorado on Bonforte. Unfortunately, my experience was terrible. Only one piece of the whole order was consumed, one was severely overcooked and inedible, and the supreme pizza was doughy with bad sausage, resulting in food poisoning. I am requesting a full refund to my debit card for this order from Thursday evening in March. I am only able to use a card, no cash. When attempting to resolve this over the phone, I was treated rudely, hung up on multiple times, and even worse, my husband found something hard in another pizza that broke his tooth. I am extremely frustrated and seeking an immediate refund.

I placed an order for a pizza at 4:10, but it didn't arrive until around 5:30. The delivery person called me to say my address was incorrect and had difficulty communicating in English. He mentioned he was at the office, but when I went there, he claimed to be at the front of the complex. After some confusion, I realized he had already delivered the pizza at 5:30 while I was searching for him. Unfortunately, the pizza was cold by then. It was quite a hassle, and I believe a refund is appropriate.

Llamé a las 8:36 p.m. y no respondieron, solo me tuvieron en espera. Tuve que ir a la tienda porque nadie respondió durante 15 minutos. La encargada me explicó que lo hacen para no retener pedidos en la tienda, lo cual me sorprendió. Le sugerí que informaran a los clientes que llaman y que cobraran por adelantado con tarjeta de crédito, pero me dijo que eso no era su política. Este tipo de servicio ha afectado la calidad. Solía comprar allí al menos dos veces por semana, pero tendré que dejar de hacerlo.

We ordered delivery, and when the driver arrived, he handed us the order. As he walked off, he said, "Thanks for the tip, bitch." We didn't respond. This is why we choose not to tip at this place. It's not the first time we've had issues with them. Despite giving them chances, nothing changes. I expect action to be taken. I've always shown them respect, but I'm tired of being treated poorly. I won't be ordering from there anymore.
