I am still waiting for a refund after 9 days, even though I was initially told it would only take 3-4 days. When I tried to address the issue with the manager, I was disconnected. The manager also did not make any effort to help. The customer service was very poor, and her attitude was unacceptable. I believe in the importance of customers, as they are the ones who help pay my salary. Without them, there would be no job. Sadly, I was not given a chance to speak with the manager, who acted very unprofessionally. I was dealing with low blood sugar that night and felt really frustrated. The manager could have solved the problem but chose not to. When I called to provide feedback, she hung up on me. All I am asking for is my refund. After being a loyal customer for almost 40 years, I don't feel valued. Thank you for your help.

I went to Pizza Hut in Bracknell on Saturday night. I ordered a Margherita thin crust, a Meat Feast thick crust, and a Chicken Pepperoni and Onion thin crust, all in large sizes, along with two portions of potato wedges. We didn't check the order before leaving the store and discovered at home that instead of the Chicken Pepperoni and Onion pizza, I received a Spicy Meat Feast. The potato wedges were also disappointingly small, cold, and packed in pizza boxes. I tried to call to complain but couldn't get through.
This is the second time my order has been incorrect, and I am considering going elsewhere in the future. I couldn't return as I have a young child. The Spicy Meat Feast wasn't suitable for me as I can't eat spicy food. I felt that the total amount of 38.95 was not well spent. Thank you for your attention.

I ordered from Pizza Hut yesterday for dinner. Initially, my card was declined over the phone. So, I placed an online order for 36 traditional Buffalo mild sauce wings, 1 medium hand-tossed pizza without mushrooms, 2 large supreme pizzas, 2 hand-tossed pepperoni pizzas without cheese, and 1 stuffed crust pizza. Upon receiving my order, I noticed I was charged for a cheese pizza I didn't order, and they didn't deliver the 2 Pepsi, 2 Mountain Dew 20-ounce bottles, and the order of cheese sticks I had requested. I feel overcharged and demand a refund; otherwise, I'm considering legal action. Additionally, I was referred to as a liar during a phone call with them.

I am a frequent customer of your store on St. Johns Bluff in Jacksonville, Florida. I have been ordering online for years. However, during my recent order, there was a mix-up with the order stating it was for pickup when I had requested delivery. The manager was rude when I called to rectify the situation, insisting that I had requested pickup. I feel disrespected and disappointed with the service provided. I will not be doing business with your store again and will discourage my friends and family from doing so as well. It is unfortunate that a loyal customer like me was treated this way.

I contacted Pizza Hut's after-hours number one evening because my pizza order was incorrect, and the store was closed for the night. The representative assured me she would add the amount I spent that night as credit to my account. However, I am unable to locate the credit on my account now. Can you please advise me on how to verify if the credit is available and if not, how I can obtain it, as my previous pizza orders were made incorrectly?

I received an ice-cold pizza that was not prepared as I had requested. When I attempted to discuss this matter with the store, they were confrontational and impolite, eventually hanging up on me. Regrettably, we had to turn to a competitor for our meal since we were unable to consume the pizza from your establishment. The pizza was supposed to include double sauce, double cheese, and double pepperoni; however, it arrived extremely dry without enough sauce, with more crust visible than sauce. Since we are regular customers who order this pizza at least once or twice a week, we know how it should look and taste when prepared accurately.

On November 2, a charge of $51.99 appeared on my cash app card for a food delivery from Pizza Hut. The order included pizzas, chocolate brownies, and two-liter sodas. Surprisingly, the delivery was made to a wrong address despite my correct one being in Pizza Hut's system. After tracing the order, a Pizza Hut manager confirmed the error. However, when I contacted another manager at Pizza Hut weeks later, they explained that the restaurant's communication with the delivery system for phone orders was flawed, leading to the mistake. Unfortunately, the outcome remains that I did not receive a refund for the erroneous delivery made to another address, even though the correct address was in Pizza Hut's system as confirmed by the manager's investigation.

I placed an online carryout order and was informed it would be ready by 6:48pm. Upon arrival, I was told it needed another 20 minutes in the oven. After 35 minutes, they finally handed me my order consisting of 3 pizzas and cheese sticks, but they were not fresh. The items seemed like they had been sitting around for roughly 30 minutes. Moreover, one of the employees at the register behaved impolitely, making the experience even more disappointing. The extended wait times combined with the unfriendly service left me dissatisfied. My order was over an hour late, and the quality of the food was subpar. I kindly request a refund in cash because we have lost all our bank cards while traveling during these difficult times. I ordered food for a friend suffering from End Stage Liver Failure (ESLF), and unfortunately, he was unable to eat the food and broke a couple of teeth. This has been very distressing for him, and he is still upset about the situation.

I placed an order online for store pickup. Upon arrival, the store was messy with trash and boxes everywhere, making it impossible to dine-in. When I went to pay, the employee at the register pointed out that the tip line had triple zeros. I believe tipping should be optional, especially considering the loud music with explicit language playing in the background. I placed an online order for a large cheese pizza with half bacon and pineapple from Brian Jordan Plaza store in High Point, along with cinnabon rolls, totaling $30.83 with the tip. However, upon receiving the pizza, I discovered it had pineapple on the entire pizza instead of half. I recently had an issue with my order where it was made incorrectly and tasted overly salty. When I called the store where I picked up my order to address the missing toppings and salty taste, they asked me to return for a correction. Due to being on the freeway already, I couldn't go back immediately. After attempting to claim my replacement order, I was informed there was no credit for it. The customer service representative I spoke to lacked solutions and professionalism, prompting me to contact the corporate complaint department. Despite being told someone would reach out in 1 to 3 days, I never received any follow-up after 24 days. Upon contacting corporate again today, they mentioned they would get back to me in 1 to 3 days, which left me feeling unheard and frustrated. I simply desire a replacement order or a refund, but the lack of communication and prolonged wait time for resolution has been extremely disappointing.

I placed an order for pizza on December 15th. After waiting for three and a half hours without receiving it, I called to cancel the order. However, they still charged my debit card $37. I went to the pizza store the next day at 4:20 to speak with the manager, but they told me he was running late. When I returned, they quickly locked me out of the store. I contacted my bank to request a refund, but they mentioned it might be considered a fraudulent charge with Pizza Hut. I would appreciate it if this matter could be addressed promptly, and my money refunded.

I phoned the number for the Pizza Hut on West Rd in Woodhaven. When the person answered, they mentioned it was for the west store in Woodhaven, to which I confirmed. I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza with one half cheese and one half pepperoni. The representative informed me it would be ready by 6:20. However, my husband arrived at 6:21, and the store had no record of our order. They mentioned it's a call center issue. Upon calling back, they simply connected me to the store. The store informed us it would take at least another 25 minutes to remake the pizza, which they suggested should be free. I am disappointed with this experience and will not be patronizing Pizza Hut again.

Ordered stuffed crust pizza, Cinnabons, and a 4-pack of drinks online. The Cinnabons were delicious. Unfortunately, the pizza arrived cold and hard as a 2-month-old loaf of bread. I tried calling the store at [redacted] N Josey Ln #82, Carrollton, for a replacement, but the representative kept unsuccessfully transferring me and wouldn't provide their name when asked. After waiting nearly 2 hours for the pizza and over an hour on the phone, I'm still hungry. I hope someone with more hospitality skills can assist me with my order and a refund. On December 24th, I placed an order for lunch at 3:15, totaling around $22. After waiting for quite some time and being told the driver couldn't find my house, I was advised to pick up the food for a refund due to the driver possibly keeping the order. Despite explaining I had just had surgery and couldn't drive, no resolution was reached except for a credit of $12 the next day, which did not cover the $22.14 spent. This situation has occurred multiple times, with the latest order including a large pizza, 8 boneless wings, and a 4-pack of soda for a total of $40 before tip. Not hearing back for over two hours, the manager simply said to go elsewhere. I have spent over $60 at this Pizza Hut location and was disappointed by the disrespectful treatment received, despite my loyalty to the brand. Respectful customer service is all I am requesting, especially during the holidays.

I want to address an issue with the Pizza Hut branch in Kuwait. Their app allows customers to receive orders directly in their cars, but I recently had a bad experience. An employee refused to bring my full order to the car, leaving me with missing items. Despite previous incidents, I hesitated to complain until now due to poor customer service. The complaints team failed to ensure the employee delivered the entire order to my car, despite my severe mobility disability.
There were also health violations - too many customers were present without masks, and some staff members weren't wearing masks either. I suggest reviewing security footage to verify my claims.

I placed a delivery order at the Pizza Hut store on Pipeline Rd in Hurst, TX on Jan 15, similar to my order on the 13th. When I called, the person taking the order was unsure how to process it for delivery to a rehab center. I suggested checking the previous orders, but I was told they don't keep records of the same orders. After speaking to the manager and requesting the $10 three-topping deal, I was informed it could only be done online. Despite placing a similar order over the phone two days prior, the manager was unhelpful and abruptly hung up. I opted for Papa John's instead, finding it more delicious, cost-effective, and with better customer service. The experience with Pizza Hut was disappointing, displaying immaturity, unprofessionalism, and a lack of willingness to assist. I have decided to take my business to Papa John's moving forward. Today at 4:30 PM at Pizza Hut in Americana Plaza, I ordered 2 vegetable pizzas for myself and my husband. I was informed that they couldn't fulfill the order as they had no dough ready, and it would take an hour to prepare. Initially skeptical, I realized the employee Omar was implying a refusal. I went back inside and expressed my intention to complain to a female staff member there. After some time, I redid my order, paid, and waited. Upon receiving the order, which I assumed was for takeaway, we found the pizzas cold when consumed two minutes later outside. I then felt discomfort. My wife stated this would be our last visit to Pizza Hut due to the unpleasant service. This is my second negative experience with Pizza Hut, indicating an issue with employee training and customer service attitude - they seem to consider it a favor rather than a duty to serve customers, and more so, they are indifferent.
