I visited Pizza Hut in Paw Paw, Mi on Jan. 21st around 5:00 PM to pick up my order. While at the register, I noticed an employee whose t-shirt was too short, revealing about 3 inches of their lower back when they leaned forward to work. This was visible to all customers at the counter and was quite unappetizing. I just wanted to bring this to your attention so it could be addressed. I believe providing longer shirts for larger employees would benefit everyone at the restaurant. I do not wish for anyone to lose their job, but this small change could prevent potentially hurtful comments from customers. I wanted to share my recent disappointing experience with Pizza Hut on Virginia St in Reno, NV. I placed an order for a corporate lunch meeting on 2/2/[redacted], scheduled for delivery on 2/3/[redacted]. Despite confirming the order, it never arrived. When I called, the line was constantly busy. I later discovered that the store was closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but my credit card was still charged. Another nearby store refused to help, citing being too busy.
The lack of communication about the closure led to a failed meeting. In the end, I ordered from Dominos, who promptly fulfilled our order. This experience has left me extremely unsatisfied, and I will not be choosing Pizza Hut again.

On January 10, [redacted], I placed an order with our local Pizza Hut. Despite contacting them multiple times after waiting 2.5 hours without receiving my order, I faced rude customer service. Each call ended with me being hung up on, leaving me frustrated. Even when I tried calling from another number, the experience did not improve. I provided my order details and contact information, but the issue was not resolved, and I never received my pizza or a refund. I had a bad experience with my recent order. It took 2 hours to arrive, and when it did, the food was cold and not prepared properly; the cheese sticks had hard cold cheese. The cinnamon buns and wings were also cold and unappetizing. To make matters worse, there was a discrepancy in the total amount charged, which resulted in my boyfriend leaving empty-handed. I placed an order online, but unfortunately, it did not arrive at the expected time. After attempting to call with no success, I drove to the store to inquire about my order. Upon speaking with the management, initially, they claimed the order did not register in their system. Moments later, they realized it had been delivered, which I had not received. When questioning the delivery person about my address details, they could not provide accurate information. Subsequently, when asked to remake the order with the correct specifications, the staff mentioned they were unable to make a stuffed crust pizza as per my initial request. Frustrated by the situation, I requested a refund. While the store mentioned contacting the head office regarding the refund, given the circumstances, I also intend to follow up.

I recently visited the Pizza Hut in Johnson City, TN, a place I frequent. On Feb 12, I called to order a stuffed crust pizza for $12, as previously discussed due to an incorrect order on my last visit. The initial employee was helpful, but the call got disconnected. Upon arrival at the store, I informed a manager of my phone conversation and requested the promised corrections, but she dismissed me and denied the deal. Despite my explanation, the second manager I spoke to was unresponsive and unprofessional. I have been a loyal customer at this location and was extremely disappointed by this experience. My pizza arrived undercooked and contained foreign materials. Additionally, the chicken and mushrooms were added after baking, and the garlic parmesan sauce was missing. The boneless wings were cold and did not resemble the usual breading, resembling panko instead. Some red substance was carelessly added as well. This experience feels like a classic bait-and-switch. I had to reach out to a relative for assistance. Unfortunately, I am now hesitant to eat it, so I'm left with no choice but to go hungry.

I ordered three pizzas from Pizza Hut's website in mid-February. Unfortunately, two of the pizzas had toppings I didn't ask for, and all three were too greasy. Since my phone wasn't working, I emailed them and filled out their survey, but heard nothing back. After waiting for three weeks, I called the store, but they were unable to help. I then contacted customer service and had to go through a lot of steps just to look up my complaints. After another three weeks of waiting, they informed me that they were looking into it. The customer service representative promised to escalate the issue, but I found it unbelievable that it would take almost a month to receive a credit. I mentioned calling back and even reached out to Pizza Hut on Facebook, but it's frustrating that after over two weeks, there's still no resolution in sight. It seems like they're banking on me giving up on receiving the credit, but I am determined not to let this go.

I placed my correct order for curb-side pickup. Upon arrival, I called their number multiple times, getting placed on hold for various durations. Frustrated during my lunch break, I went inside to speak with Evelyn, who gave me my order and proceeded to laugh at me. When I inquired about speaking to the manager, she identified herself as the manager and was exceptionally rude on the phone before laughing and hanging up. I have been a long-time customer and even assisted with translations in the past. The behavior I experienced was unacceptable for a loyal customer. Evelyn definitely needs customer service training if she is to continue as a manager.

Last night, I went to Pizza Hut in Hatillo and ordered two pizzas. Initially, they said they had no spaghetti, then no pineapple, and later no ice. It took 2 hours to deliver the order. They then informed me they were out of Carbonara. After an hour of waiting, we finally received the rest of the order. I ordered 2 large pizzas and a pitcher of soda, which arrived very hot. To top it off, the manager was extremely rude. He openly told my whole family, including my kids, that they couldn't make my chosen pizza because they were out of ingredients, showing no willingness to resolve the issue. His name is Melvin Gonzalez from Pizza Hut Hatillo. Completely disrespectful. My wife and kids can attest to this incident. Please address this matter promptly.

I visited the Pizza Hut in Brantford to pick up my order. I bought a personal-sized pizza, a panormous triple crown, and a regular garlic bread with cheese, totaling $43. Unfortunately, they ran out of mushrooms, and substituted with sausage which was also unavailable. The garlic bread was served with only two slices without cheese, priced at $5.25. I had to cut them into smaller pieces to share with my family. The pizza was small, lacked toppings, and was mostly thick crust, which I found unappetizing. I tried calling to complain, but couldn't reach anyone. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, prompting me to order from Domino’s instead, despite not preferring their pizza. I still have my receipt and planned to address my concerns in person, but I've been too upset about the situation. I am unsure of what steps to take next after spending $43 on what should have been a decent meal.

I work at the Pizza Hut located at [redacted] N Rock Rd in Derby, KS, and my colleagues and I have concerns regarding our district manager and general manager. Our district manager has appointed her daughter as the head of our establishment, despite there being more qualified candidates. The daughter has hired her boyfriend and scheduled him for an unusual amount of hours for "training," cutting other employees' shifts in the process. Our general manager has been observed vaping while working and displaying inappropriate behavior. Since the district manager is the mother of the daughter in question, it's challenging for us to voice our grievances. The favoritism shown towards certain employees regarding scheduling is causing frustration among the staff. As a driver at Pizza Hut in Williston, North Dakota, I enjoy my job. On April 9, [redacted], I delivered order #[redacted], and upon my return, Russ Klug accused me of causing another driver to leave by simply saying, "I wish I could help." Despite my innocence, I was blamed for her departure. I have reached out to Russ Klug via text regarding employee Tracy Keller and her inappropriate behavior towards me on April 9, [redacted], which was captured on camera. Tracy, abusing her managerial power, confronted me aggressively, using vulgar language and threats.
I am concerned about the toxic work environment she creates, and I wonder how long the camera recordings are saved for the office to review Tracy's misconduct. Additionally, I question the lack of intervention from Russ Klug. There have been instances of employees disregarding company policies, including health and safety regulations, with management failing to address these issues. Despite my efforts to bring these concerns to Russ and his wife's attention, the problems persist within this Pizza Hut location, leading to multiple manager resignations.
I am hopeful that the office can assist Russ in rectifying these ongoing challenges and improving the overall operations at Pizza Hut.

I canceled my recent order at the Byford store only three minutes after making the payment and was informed I would receive a refund in 5-6 days. However, I have yet to receive the refund. Also, as the delivery was not fulfilled due to the cancellation request, I am concerned about the delay in the refund process. I would appreciate clarification on why the refund has not been processed as promised. Kindly expedite the refund and provide a receipt for verification purposes. I usually don’t write reviews, but I had such a terrible experience at this store that I felt compelled to share. As a loyal customer of Pizza Hut, I have never had any issues before. Recently, I ordered delivery from them twice, and both times the food arrived completely cold after a lengthy delay. Being pregnant, this added stress to an already frustrating situation. When I asked for a remake and offered to pick it up myself due to the long wait, the staff refused. Despite explaining my hunger and dissatisfaction, they declined to remake my order or provide a refund. To make matters worse, they called the police on me when I insisted on a refund before leaving. The way they treated me was completely unacceptable and I hope that others don't have to go through the same ordeal.
