During my recent visit to Orlando, FL, I placed a carry-out order at Pizza Hut #[redacted] around 8:10 p.m. Despite being informed that my order would be ready in 10-20 minutes, I arrived at the store at 9:20 p.m. due to the busy tourist season and Spring Break. Upon attempting to pay, I was told to wait an additional 5 minutes. After a total wait of 1 hour and 15 minutes for a simple order of 3 regular pizzas and 2 orders of wings, I inquired about the delay. The cashier fetched the manager who then handed over my order, which disappointingly turned out to be cold upon arrival back at my resort. The service was poor, from the initial wait to the unempathetic attitude displayed. Despite receiving a refund and a $50 credit valid only at that location, I found the overall customer service to be the worst I have encountered at a Pizza Hut.

Hello, I am encountering an issue with the Gardner, KS store location. I have observed that one of the drivers, Candice Van Houtan, is frequently smoking marijuana and storing it in her vehicle while making deliveries. It appears she may be engaging in related activities around town. Additionally, the store manager, Chelsea, seems to be aware of Candice's drug use and provides advice on how to conceal it. It is important to note that Candice, whom I am currently separated from, receives financial support from me, which she uses to purchase more drugs. I have informed the authorities about this concerning situation related to my children's well-being and custody. My intention is to ensure that the employer is informed of these actions. Thank you. I recently purchased a pizza at the US1 location in Port St. Lucie, Florida. I paid over $15 for a pizza with four toppings, only to find that it had barely any toppings on it. I tried to speak to the manager to get the corporate number. When I mentioned the issue with the lack of toppings compared to other locations we have visited, I was abruptly told that they were all making pizzas incorrectly and then got hung up on. I tried calling back to get the name of the woman I spoke to, but no one is answering the phone. If this location is the only one supposedly following corporate protocol, as I was told on the phone, it is disappointing to see the standards of your company dropping.

I placed an online order with Pizza Hut and waited for an hour and a half. However, my food never arrived. When I called the restaurant, they claimed it had been delivered. Despite explaining the confusing apartment numbers in my building and insisting I hadn't received my order, I was repeatedly questioned as if I were lying. The customer service representative seemed skeptical, even when I mentioned the possibility of multiple units with the same number. Frustrated by the lack of assistance and the insinuation that I was being untruthful, I requested a refund instead. It was disappointing to be treated this way after waiting so long for the food I had paid for. Yesterday, my experience at the Worthington MN Pizza Hut left me extremely disappointed. We were seated at 4:30 pm and asked about specials, but our server was new and didn't know. Despite her promise to find out, she never returned with the information. We overheard loud arguments between kitchen staff, mentioning absentee coworkers and criticizing performance. After waiting for 30 minutes, our pizza order wasn't even placed because our waitress had left without attending to it. The lack of service, apology, and the unprofessional behavior of some staff members were truly appalling. This experience has left us frustrated, and we have decided not to return to this Pizza Hut location.

I had a concerning experience with a Pizza Hut driver and manager. One of your drivers nearly collided with me as she was driving the wrong way on a one-way street and proceeded to yell at me for being in her path. Upon reporting this incident, I was informed that drivers are encouraged to prioritize speed over traffic laws, including running stop signs. When I contacted the store, the manager claimed that the driver was new, which is not a valid excuse since the street layout is clearly marked. I am considering filing a report at the police station regarding the driver and the store's behavior that reflects poorly on your company.

I have had several deliveries with missing items in the last 10 years. I turned to ordering online to avoid these issues, but recently my order got mixed up, and I had to wait for a replacement. The replacement order was incomplete as well, with missing marinara sauce for the breadsticks and a 2-liter soda that I didn't take in my frustration. They promised a $5 credit for the next order, but it didn't reflect today when I called after my $50 order arrived cold. The staff was unhelpful, the manager wasn't available, and they claimed not to have a corporate number. I had a disagreement with a staff member over a camera misunderstanding, and later received a call from the manager accusing me of video recording when all I wanted was for them to address the ongoing issue with my orders.

I organize an after-school league for children on Fridays. Last Friday (4/26/19), I purchased 8 pizzas from Pizza Hut on Styers Ferry Rd, Lewisville NC. Unfortunately, the pizzas left much to be desired. They lacked flavor and were difficult to serve to the students because they were not sliced properly. We had to manually tear the slices apart, resulting in us discarding 4 pizzas. I reached out to the store after the event, and all I received was an apologetic response. Although the staff member was polite, no refund or gesture of goodwill was offered to retain a loyal Pizza Hut customer. With numerous pizza establishments to choose from, I am disappointed with this experience and am hesitant to order from Pizza Hut again.

I witnessed a delivery driver in a black older model Crown Victoria driving 15-20 mph above the speed limit on several roads (Dunlawton, Yorketowne, Bourbon, Girog) in our residential area, where children were present. I contacted the manager at the Pizza Hut located at [redacted] S. Nova Road, Port Orange, FL. The manager did not take my complaint seriously when I reported the incident between 7:15 pm and 7:20 pm on 4/27/[redacted]. As a retired public safety official, I am troubled by this behavior. The driver and manager's actions are unacceptable. I urge immediate corporate intervention. Accountability for this behavior will be handed over to law enforcement. While dining at Pizza Hut in Moundsville, WV, I had a concerning experience with the manager, Zeb. His behavior included inappropriate and graphic discussions about drug use and sexuality, which made other customers uncomfortable. Additionally, he tried to promote himself as a celebrity through social media while displaying immaturity and seeking attention. This is unacceptable behavior for someone in a public-facing role. My family overheard his remarks, and I am now hesitant to return to this Pizza Hut location while he is still employed there. It would be best for the company to dismiss Zeb promptly, and I believe there is a need for improved employee screening processes to prevent such issues from arising in the future.

I had a negative experience with a Supreme pizza a few months ago. When I reached out to the company, they were unhelpful and even mentioned I should contact their corporate office. Despite their promise of sending a coupon, I never received it. On another occasion, the Bone-In wings I ordered were subpar, but my local Pizza Hut was dismissive and uncooperative. They even implied I was lying about the order. The wings were cold and lacked sauce, leaving me dissatisfied. I am disappointed by the lack of concern for customers. After seeing a recent Pizza Hut ad, I am reaching out for resolution. I hope to have my concerns addressed and receive quality food in the future.

As the manager of Hibbett Sports in Mt Pleasant, IA, I want to address a situation involving one of my employees also working at the nearby Pizza Hut. On Saturday, March 27th, this employee was scheduled at my store at 3:30, after finishing work at Pizza Hut at 2:45. However, the Pizza Hut manager, Carl Lord or C.J., allegedly insisted he stay later, causing the employee to be late for their shift at my store. The employee, who is conscientious and proactive, is now feeling pressured to quit Hibbett by Carl, who has made disrespectful comments about me and the company. This has placed the employee in an uncomfortable position, leading them to consider alternative employment options. I find Carl's behavior unprofessional and disappointing, especially considering the impact on my employee's enthusiasm for part-time work. I believe it's concerning that someone with this attitude represents a reputable company like Pizza Hut.

A couple of weeks ago, I received a $10 credit due to a prior unsatisfactory experience at Pizza Hut, where my friend Mary Brinkman treated me to a disappointing pizza. After being contacted and offered the credit, I recently tried to use it but the store in Cleveland, Ohio on W.117th street had no record of it. Upon contacting the [redacted]-number, they acknowledged the credit but it hadn't been applied at the store. During the call, I was assured a $20 credit, but I haven't received any updates since. I'm disappointed as this is the second time there's been an issue with my credit. I'm requesting my $20 credit to be issued promptly.

I placed an order at the [redacted] West North Avenue location. I tracked my delivery via texts and the website, which indicated the order was out for delivery. Despite living only 5 or 10 minutes away from the store, my order took over an hour to arrive. I contacted the store and spoke with the manager, Heather, who assured me the order would be there shortly. After 20 more minutes passed, the driver finally arrived. However, she remained in her car, so I waited for her to exit. When she handed me the food, she had stored the soda with the pizza, resulting in it being warm and causing the pizza box to be wet. Even the driver acknowledged this mistake. Upon opening the pizza, I found it to be dry and cold, clearly having been out for a while. Despite the manager's claim of trying to call me, I never received any calls, only app updates. I expressed my disappointment and annoyance to the manager, who offered me a store credit. This whole ordeal was one of the worst experiences for me.

Yesterday, I ordered a Medium pepperoni and a Medium chicken on pesto pizza for delivery from the New Westminster location. However, I had a terrible experience with the delivery service. The manager initially stated the delivery would take 35 minutes, but after 45 minutes, he denied saying that. He offered a small 10% discount, which the delivery person was not aware of. When we finally received the pizzas, the chicken was minimal, and the pesto was on top of the tomato sauce. The overall ingredient portions were disappointing. This was by far the worst pizza I have ever tried. I would like Pizza Hut to reevaluate the store's operations and food preparation, provide a gift card, and recommend better locations as I will not return to the New Westminster store.

I made an order tonight (05/03/19) at [redacted] Moye Blvd. Greenville, NC [redacted]. I used a coupon for a free large pizza from a previous order. I also ordered 6 wings. The person I spoke with while placing the order was rude, only instructing me to give the driver the coupon without asking about my payment method. When I called back twice, I was put on hold for a total of 15 minutes. After calling from another phone, I requested to speak with a manager while still on hold. The manager eventually resolved my issue but declined to provide the corporate number. This experience left me feeling mistreated, especially since I believe the previous order mishap was not my fault. Having worked in customer service for a decade, I rarely complain, but this behavior was unacceptable. I value the service I provide in my own job and expect the same level of professionalism from others. I hope to receive a prompt response regarding this matter.

I was charged for 8 ULTIMATE Hershey Chocolate Cookies and a HERSHEY Triple Chocolate Brownie through the app. When trying to place the order, the app displayed a processing error. Even after restarting the app and attempting to reorder, the issue persisted. Consequently, I ended up ordering only 2 pizzas. Reviewing my receipt, I noticed I was charged for the cookies and brownie that I didn't confirm. I am seeking a refund for those items and am currently waiting on hold with the store, where I've been on hold for 12 minutes.

I had a disappointing experience at Pizza Hut in Dawson, GA. Initially, I had trouble hearing the order taker over the phone, so we decided to go in person to place our order. I ordered the $19.95 special but was charged extra for pan crust and pepperoni, totaling $69.83 for my order. When I got home, I found the pizzas and P'Zone to be dry and lacking sauce, which was very dissatisfying. Another customer even requested more sauce and was told they were running low. The toppings on the pizzas were minimal, especially the meat lovers and pepperoni. I typically expect better quality from Pizza Hut, but this experience fell short. My ticket numbers were 99 and [redacted] on 5/4/[redacted] at 19:47 and 20:10. I hope to hear back about this issue.
