Piedmont came to fix a gas leak on my street today, but they had to cut into my new driveway to access the main line. The part they cut now needs replacing to match the rest of the driveway. Currently in Africa, I will return in mid-January [redacted]. I've attempted to pay my bill online with a credit card but received an error message stating it was a duplicate payment. Additionally, I encountered an error when trying to download the payment status.
It seems that my login from Africa is being flagged as suspicious by your system. Could you verify if my payment has been processed? If not, I would like to know if I can make the payment upon my return to the US or if there is an alternative solution available.
