I apologize for the inconvenience, but I need to cancel my subscription. Due to my recent move since my apartment building was sold, I no longer have a suitable spot to receive the paper. Additionally, I'll be spending a significant amount of time in Florida over the next three months. Unfortunately, I no longer have a neighbor who could collect and hold the paper for me as before. I intend to resubscribe at the earliest opportunity. To confirm, my name is Ed Kelly from 64 S Madison Ave, Upper Darby. Thank you for your understanding.

I find it frustrating to report a missing newspaper as it is not as straightforward as with the NYT's simple click reporting system. Receiving the Sunday and weekday papers at noon is inconvenient. I have been a subscriber to the Inquirer for over 50 years but will cancel if delivery problems persist. Additionally, the inability to pause delivery and receive credit during vacations is bothersome. I am looking for a user-friendly website like the NYT's where I can easily report missing newspapers by clicking. I hope to receive a response acknowledging my concerns.

I have not received my print edition, and now I am unable to access my digital subscription. I received a bill, sent a check, but have received nothing in return. I haven't received the print edition for months or the digital one. I currently reside in a nursing home, relying on welfare, but still cherish the memories of reading the Inquirer from my past. I used to enjoy the crossword puzzles for many decades, but they are no longer a part of my routine. I am requesting a refund for the undelivered print editions and the recent payment I made. I am disappointed that instead of enjoying my newspaper, I am having to request my money back. I attempted to contact your customer hotline via email but have not received a response. I am in urgent need of the money as I am missing out on my daily read.

I've been having issues with pausing my newspaper delivery during vacations. This is the third time I've reached out to the newspaper about this. I call to provide the stop dates, and I expect the information to be entered correctly. However, we come back home to find papers we requested to stop scattered on our driveway. This situation poses a security risk as it signals that our house is unattended, making it a target for thieves. Can you please guide me on how to cancel my subscription? Your prompt assistance is appreciated.
Thank you,
R. Rapone

I had a digital subscription to the Inquirer for a few years, paying $15.96 monthly. On June 6, my credit card was charged $26.79 without notice of an increase. I canceled my subscription by phone on June 8. On June 9, a credit of $10.83 appeared on my credit card. Now, on June 15, I was charged another $15.96! I canceled and cannot fathom why I keep getting charged. I want a credit for both $15.96 charges in June and wish to avoid further charges.

I am reaching out because I received a check for $5.77 in the mail today, and I am unsure of the reason behind it. I did not request any newspapers from The Philadelphia Inquirer, so I am curious about this unexpected refund. I have additional details about the check with me if further information is necessary. Thank you.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months now, as I only agreed to pay .99 cents a week or month. Despite your claims of being able to cancel anytime, I have been unable to reach anyone to assist me. I have not used the service at all and have been charged approximately $30 per month for the past 6 or 7 months. The advertised weekday hours seem to end at 1 o'clock, and every time I have tried to contact you, no one is available. If necessary, I will escalate this issue to the Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for taking advantage of seniors like myself with misleading ad campaigns and overcharging for subscriptions. The statement "Cancel anytime" has not been true in my experience.

I've been attempting to contact the Philadelphia Inquirer customer service center to no avail. The website, www.service.pnionline.com, isn't functioning - it just keeps loading. I need to cancel my digital and home delivery subscriptions promptly but can't manage my account due to these issues.

I have been experiencing issues with my paper delivery recently. I did not receive my paper last Thursday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, or today. In the two weeks prior, I also missed two papers each week. Despite calling multiple times to address this, the problem persists. I contacted customer service on Saturday, and although I was assured the matter would be resolved, I am still not receiving my paper. I have been a loyal subscriber for approximately 30 years and missing out on my daily paper is quite disappointing for me. I would appreciate it if this issue could be rectified promptly. Thank you.
