I ordered Apaquel for my pet, and it has not arrived as of today, the 23rd. Despite contacting customer service for three consecutive days, I was informed it could take up to seven business days for delivery. I find this unacceptable as I rely on your company to deliver the medicine promptly. My dog has now gone three days without the medication, which is concerning.
After reaching out to the postal service, they stated that the package had not been shipped or the tracking number was invalid. I have been patient but have grown frustrated with the lack of assistance from customer service. When requesting to speak with a supervisor, I was informed none were available and promised a callback that never happened. I am disappointed with the level of service I have received.
