PetCareRx.com offers a hassle-free return policy for products purchased on their site. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. The returned items must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. However, prescription medications, personalized items, and products that are marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return. To initiate a return, you need to contact their customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number should be clearly marked on the outside of the returned package. Once the returned items are received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time frame.
